A 4x200 Lineup || Gabby Thomas || Abby Steiner || Jenna Prandini || Tamari Davis
Here is the source of the 2019 4x200 race. Must watch. Very interesting and funny for most.
World Athletics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHOcqQ6U06o
Date of Appearance: April 19, 2021
Description:
Welcome to the Jacob the Analyst YouTube channel! Get ready to experience some high-energy discussions about the world of track and field.
In this video, we are going to talk about the four X 200 relay and the potential lineup for the US team. We'll take a look back at the last international event in 2019, where the US team finished third, behind France and China.
But before we get into that, let's talk about some of the recent events in the track and field world. Americans have been performing exceptionally well, with impressive times and strong finishes. Massive Jamaicans are also making their mark, but their baton exchanges have been sloppy.
Now, let's fast forward to the end. France, from lane nine, will win the relay, with the US finishing strongly but falling short. Why haven't we had this conversation before? We've been overly focused on the 100 meters and four by 100, but we have yet to talk about the four X 200.
In 2019, the US team included Cairo, Jefferson, Shania Collins, Gabby Thomas, and Jenna Prandini, but due to politics, the US sent a different team in 2021. So, let's take a field trip back to 2019 and discuss the possibilities based on what we're seeing on the track now.
My lineup for the US team would be Gabby Thomas on the first leg, Abby Steiner on the second leg, Jenna Prandini on the third leg, and Tamari Davis on the anchor leg. Let's dive into why.
Gabby Thomas has been clocking impressive times, including a season's best of 22.21 seconds in the 200 meters and 49.68 seconds in the 400 meters. Her ability to get out of the blocks quickly makes her an ideal choice for the first leg.
Abby Steiner has been shining on the second leg and has the third-fastest time in the world this year with a 22.23 in the 200 meters. She also broke the indoor 300 meters record at the Merrill's Games.
Jenna Prandini has experience in the four X 200 from 2019 and has performed well in the four X 100 and four X 400 this year. Her chemistry with Abby Steiner makes for a flawless baton exchange.
Tamari Davis is having a phenomenal year and has a bright future ahead of her. She has already blown the competition out of the park in the 100 meters and 200 meters this season.
But the four X 200 relay is not forgiving, and a smooth baton exchange is crucial. The Jamaicans have been struggling with their exchanges, while France and China have been successful. The US team will need to focus on both endurance and speed to have a chance at winning.
Let us know in the comments what you think about our US team lineup and who you would include in your ideal lineup. Do you think the fastest athletes should be in the relay, or should endurance be emphasized more? We want to hear from you!
Thanks for tuning in to our energetic discussion about the world of track and field. Have a great day!

We discuss her upcoming races, including Track Fest on May 6 in Los Angeles, where she will compete in the 5K, and speculate on what her performance might be. The race also featured other talented athletes, including Konstanze Klosterhalfen, Angel Piccirillo, and Fiona O'Keeffe, which made for an exciting competition. Overall, it was a good race, and we're excited to see what's in store for Tuohy and the rest of the competition this season. If you're a fan of distance running, be sure to check out this video!

Abby Steiner at Michael Johnson Invitational. Aleia Hobbs and Tamari Davis at LSU Recap.
Welcome to our latest recap of the weekend's track and field events! This time around, we had some of the top athletes in the sport, including Aleia Hobbes, Tamari Davis, and Abby Steiner. While Steiner had a solid showing in both the 100 and 200 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco, Texas, we feel that the coverage and marketing of track and field can still be improved to showcase its potential.
While Steiner's performance in the 100 meters may not have been her best, she still managed to come in strong with an average time of low 11 seconds. Her average performance this year may be down compared to last year, but we can expect more exciting times as we approach the US Track and Field Championships and the Diamond League.
Although Steiner may not be focusing on the 100 meters as much, we would love to see her compete against stronger candidates in the future. It's a balancing act to improve in one area without hurting performance in others. However, if she can work on her short bursts and reaction times by running more 100-meter races and taking advantage of the indoor season, we believe that Steiner can become unstoppable.
Aside from Steiner, we also want to highlight the outstanding performances of Aleia Hobbes and Tamari Davis, who both finished the 100 meters with sub-eleven times. As we approach the US Championships, we can expect to see a battle between these two impressive athletes.
Overall, it was an exciting weekend for track and field, and we're looking forward to seeing what the future holds for these incredible athletes. Stay tuned for more updates!

Twanisha Terry, aka TT, Kicks off 2023 Season with Impressive Races & Top Performances || 2022 Recap
Twanisha Terry (Tee Tee). Gearing Up For Explosive 2023 Season || Recap 2022
Twanisha Terry, also known as TT, has started her 2023 season strong, participating in two major races, including the Texas Relays 4x100 alongside former college teammate Sha'carri Richardson. At the Miramar Invitational in South Florida, Terry secured second place with an impressive time of 11 seconds. In 2022, she averaged 11-flat in the 100 meters and has potential to go sub-11 or 10.8 this year.
Terry's 2023 performances have been better in the US than overseas, with her fastest times achieved domestically. Highlights include her 10.82 time at the Bill Murphy Classic and 10.87 at the Toyota Championships. Her performance in Monaco, where she finished fifth with a time of 10.93, is an exception.
As Terry is just 23 years old, she has a promising future in the sport. However, her friendship with Sha'carri Richardson, who has faced controversy, could potentially be a concern. Despite this, Terry's consistent performance and potential to shave off two-tenths from her average time make her an exciting prospect for 2023.

Sha'Carri Richardson 2023 is "Practically" UNDEFEATED IN BAD WEATHER || Miramar Invitational
Sha'Carri Richardson 2023 is "Practically" UNDEFEATED IN BAD WEATHER || Miramar Invitational
Miramar Invitational in South Florida. Time of 10.57 which converts to 10.77.
Clip of race can be found in RunnerSpace. Here is the URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05st6xiedCM
Sha'Carri Richardson showcased her speed at the Miramar Invitational with an incredible time of 10.57 seconds in the women's 100 meters, placing her as the fastest woman this year. Her performance comes after a shaky end to her last season, with critics attributing her success to wind assistance. Despite this, she proved her strength alongside Twanisha Terry, another consistent athlete. With Aleia Hobbs running a 10.87 at the Lloyd Wills Invitational, the 4x100 relay competition is heating up, featuring talented athletes like Abby Steiner, Jenna Prandini, Twanisha Terry, and Melissa Jefferson.
As the outdoor season kicks off, the relay teams will need to focus on teamwork and practice. Sha'Carri Richardson is known to perform well in challenging weather conditions, so fans should look out for her in upcoming events like the USATF Golden Games and the Pure Athletics Global Invitational. As we follow Richardson's journey, remember to like, subscribe, and comment to support the channel's growth and help it become more community-based.
