We’ve asserted that Obama was the only President We voted for that personally, (positively), influenced the ‘day to day’, ‘year to year’ for Us & Ours. (‘Obamacare’ granted Us healthcare.) Flash forward- Barracks’s ‘then’ Vice President, ‘SleepyJoe’, Biden has somehow became the only President We’re living through that’s directly impacted Our daily affairs in a negative way. (BushJr an exception as we were 9 when the towers came down.) Things are glib… grim… essentially We at DaamnTalk have narrowed it down to 2 major actions by the Biden administration; Sending between $60 & $100 Billion dollars to further ‘foreign Democratic freedoms’, (Ukraine), & the way in which “We’ve” adjusted to the resulting inflation of Our countries currency, US Dollar. Would these (2) occurrences have manifested with a different @$$ in the POTUS chair (?) Economically, the state of our Nations affairs would surprisingly be strikingly similar, all be it for extremely different reasons! Imagine if *The Establishment, (almost every democrat in 2020’s race), didn’t coalesce behind Biden at that same crucial moment… Imagine if SleepyJoe’s main Democratic opponent, (overwhelmingly the most popular candidate of his party in the last 2 presidential races), #BernieSanders - would have won the race (?) #DaamnTalk : Our point is this; to have these discussions is to allow the potential for ones viewpoints & values to be threatened... To not have the discussion is to allow the dismissal of an idea to proceed it's presentation, (to abandon any inherent discussion)! That amount of power is a far more threatening prospect! Social media has become increasingly more culturally & politically influential, (& divisive),We've been facing a MAJOR decision; (On three levels) *as private citizens, to agree to 'terms of service', *as a people, (*group of consumers) to negotiate what 'terms of service' are 'fair' and finally, as a *governing body. I'd make the argument that the second decision was made despite a discussion never properly happening & now that it looks like FB isn't going anywhere (despite a swarm of lawsuits & investigations into criminal activity dating back to when they unlawfully ran their competitors out of business), we're all 'profiles' 'trapped' in a 'non-negotiable agreement'. Thanks so much for reading! The support We’ve gotten has been truly incredible! For Us personally, apprehending Our disease was only possible once We were able to shed the stigma that We’d unintentionally stapled onto ‘mental-illness’. Believing all Our problems arose from Our disease of #addiction - viewing any perspective diagnosis (#bipolarawareness) as a weakness / - We are man! Brought up by the Schwarzenegger handbook!!) #Daamn if We didn’t have a lot to learn… Just as We couldn’t make the move from ‘sobriety’ to ‘recovery’ without first acquiring that honest *desire & *willingness… *remission became an option for Us only after complete *integration!!!!! Owning Our state of mental health, admitting to ‘Self’ that this is a real condition! That, whether by fault or design, genetics or conditions; *Our brain is physically different from most folks, requiring Us to ‘adjust Our levels’ through a medication-assisted-therapy-treatment regimen in order to be operating with what ‘most folks’ already have. ~{Oh how so ‘Hard to swallow’… pardon the pun.} With nearly 30 months of solid, well-earned, (consecutive) #Recovery from addiction- Keeping Our mental health in check is no different from keeping Our disease in check! We’ve asserted that Obama was the only President We voted for that personally, (positively), influenced the ‘day to day’, ‘year to year’ for Us & Ours. (‘Obamacare’ granted Us healthcare.) Flash forward- Barracks’s ‘then’ Vice President, ‘SleepyJoe’, Biden has somehow became the only President We’re living through that’s directly impacted Our daily affairs in a negative way. (BushJr an exception as we were 9 when the towers came down.) Things are glib… grim… essentially We at DaamnTalk have narrowed it down to 2 major actions by the Biden administration; Sending between $60 & $100 Billion dollars to further ‘foreign Democratic freedoms’, (Ukraine), & the way in which “We’ve” adjusted to the resulting inflation of Our countries currency, US Dollar. Would these (2) occurrences have manifested with a different @$$ in the POTUS chair (?) Economically, the state of our Nations affairs would surprisingly be strikingly similar, all be it for extremely different reasons! Whether daily driving to & from work or while on vacation traveling across country on nearly any stretch of road, the present condition & maintenance of Our highways & byways is seriously appalling! (Especially once factoring in the revenue generated directly from Us citizens). Maybe your thinking, “large news cycles aren't a problem when I’m chill with simply 'Surfing' the Wild West’’ —oops-**Webb)- HOWEVER- This is arguably to blame for the death of independent-journalistic-coverage in mainstream media!-(We’ll say, “the death of the ease-of-access to credible independent journalists’.) Does Todays fast paced news cycle lead to brief coverage & little chance to land with you? (We feel stories impact Us when recognized & registered on an individual basis, only then can any potential outcome be acted out (which often doesn't happen when the story's only run once). Does it feel like it’d take too much to get involved(?) Or like You couldn’t make a real difference anyway.. so why bother(?) We know. Rarely does follow up coverage occur on the Nation's 'Big-4', major corporate media outlets, (which in reality are all owned by the same entity) They’ve been thinking, “Maybe it’s hightime the Nation’s ‘Information -Highways get a little re-vamp action?! !!!” ~sounds like good news, right? Let’s TALK about it! ~We invented, (discovered), the internet as a Nation. As a Daamn Nation, believe it or not, now we are behind when it comes to online-capabilities. This isn’t to say we don’t have a wider ease of access to greater content, & this definitely isn’t to complain about what a Privilege it is to possess such potential. (The average middle-class-folk today is better informed than the President was forty five years ago!) (Additionally, blue-collar-class people today live like the lucky Luxuriant kings one hundred fifty years ago!) We digress… rather, what We’re attempting to say is that our total-sum ‘internet-infrastructure’ is failing in comparison. *We’ve heard speculation for a while now that the time of unregulated internet - is Over. Imagine all web addresses filtered through a Federal database before We can access them ... Imagine a watercolor rendition of North Koreas(?) It could be ushered in all at once, as 'Patriot Act 2.4', or more slowly through increased censorship & governmental 'shadow-banning'. -"To 'Shadow-ban' is to go behind the scenes & alter {a videos} availability to any given audience. Creating algorithms to 'down post' without actually taking the post down."dk We felt this all compounded by Our country's politically-dividing 'Educational writing'… ..(“GAY”) Magnified by China’s contribution of culturally-devising -a 30sec-span- attention-generational-‘tik-tok'~timing’. We figured it's high-time We start~finding other means of strategizing-- together! -- We can (& Do!) believe in *Freedom of Speech - {While still deeming necessary the ensuing {Limited} restrictions that are on said freedom.} ...ever told a dad-joke on an airplane, accidentally saying, " da BoMb " !? )- {consequences of which aren't pretty!}- but maybe We'll better relate to the 'pre-paternal-period'{IF so ... ever nervously flicked a lighter while walking through an airport with your friends, repeatedly trying to convey something, louder & louder too because it's just 'so-Daamn-crowded'... "...Bong... .....BoNg.. ..." ...Ok,Ok,Ok ... We'll cut to the point. We discovered the simple concept of a 'pay-wall'. This is what We'll call, 'content protected from regulatory transit & transactions'. In other words- 'They'll struggle more shutting Us down on Our own website.' A paywall is 'privatized internet'- still regulated... now, by Us ! To talk freely - is to think! - Those of you who know Us know We love to talk!
