This week, Dan chats with John O'Connor on Trump's indictment. President Trump makes history becoming the first president criminally charged. John O’Connor is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing law in San Francisco since 1972. He has tried cases in state and federal court throughout the country. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California, representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases. Among his interesting assignments have been representation of the government during the OPEC oil embargo of the 1970s; writing Fifth Amendment and “state of mind” briefs for the prosecution in United States v. Patricia Hearst; representing the FDIC, FSLC and RTC during the savings and loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s; representing California Attorney General Dan Lungren in campaign-related litigation; defending R.J. Reynolds Tobacco in significant smoking and health litigation; representing Coach Don Nelson in litigation with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban; and representing W. Mark Felt regarding the revelation of his identity as Deep Throat. His father, John C. O’Connor, was a former FBI agent, a prominent Indianapolis lawyer and Democratic politician, and senior partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Ruckelshaus, Bobbitt and O’Connor.

Larry Elliot Klayman is an American attorney, right-wing activist, and former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor. He founded both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. In addition to his numerous lawsuits against the Clinton administration, which led him to be called a "Clinton nemesis," Klayman has filed a number of lawsuits against political figures and governmental agencies. Klayman's goal in initiating the lawsuits is often to obtain information through the discovery process, rather than to win the lawsuit. We chat with him this week - listen in!

Vickie Tonkins was elected Chairman of the El Paso County GOP in October 2019 and re-elected as Chairman on February 6, 2021. Prior to that, she served as Secretary of El Paso County GOP. Also in 2017, Vickie was elected Bonus Member to the El Paso County Republican Party and served on the Party Bylaws Committee. In 2015, she was elected President of the Colorado Springs Republican Women’s Club and she is still President as of the date of this installment. In 2018, Vickie joined the Mill Levi Oversight Committee (MLO) for Colorado Springs School District 11. Vickie attended Colorado Christian University (CCU) in 2002 to complete her degree in Organizational Management. She helped start James Erwin Charter Middle School, hiring staff, and overseeing student discipline, while attending college. She graduated from CCU with honors in 2004. Vickie earned her Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix in 2006 while working full time. She completed her license exam in School Administration in 2008 and her license is still current. Vickie was a professor for the University of Phoenix, teaching Critical Thinking to students all over the world, from 2009 to 2017. Vickie and her family have been a part of the Colorado Springs community since 1996. Her family has a proud tradition of military service. Four of her six brothers served honorably in the Navy and Army, with three of them retiring after selfless and dedicated military careers. Her brothers‘ service our great nation connects Vickie to Colorado Springs’ numerous military installations.

Prior to joining DHS, Christina served in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. During her time on active duty, she was as an operational law attorney in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, assisting the Command in all legal matters relating to operations and intelligence. While stationed in Quantico, Virginia, Christina worked as a defense counsel, representing marines and sailors in courts-martial and administrative separation hearings. Christina also mobilized to Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa in Stuttgart, Germany as an operations officer. In this role, she was responsible for briefing the senior leadership on current operations in both Europe and Africa on a daily basis. In addition to her military service, Christina spent several years as a civil litigation attorney, representing clients in all stages of trial, negotiations, mediations, and arbitration at the law firm Higgs, Fletcher, & Mack LLP in San Diego, California. Most recently, Christina clerked at the Office of Legal Counsel for the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy. Christina holds a B.A. from Arizona State University, an M.B.A. from San Diego State University, a J.D. from California Western School of Law, and an L.L.M. in National Security Law from Georgetown University Law Center.

Dr. Malone is an internationally recognized scientist and the original inventor of mRNA vaccination, DNA vaccination, and multiple non-viral DNA and RNA/mRNA delivery technologies. Dr. Malone received his medical degree from the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed the Harvard Medical School fellowship as a global clinical research scholar in 2016 and was scientifically trained at the University of California at Davis, the University of California at San Diego, and at the Salk Institute Molecular Biology and Virology laboratories. Dr. Malone has served as an assistant and associate professor of pathology and surgery at the University of California at Davis, the University of Maryland, and the Armed Forces University of the Health Sciences.

Project 21 member Craig DeLuz is the founder of the Uncommon Sense Media Group. He has almost 30 years in media, political advocacy, policy analysis and grassroots activism. He is President & CEO for 2A News Corporation, as well as Spokesman for the California Republican Assembly, the golden state’s largest and fastest growing Republican volunteer organization. DeLuz has also served as the Spokesman & Senior Legislative Advocate for Firearms Policy Coalition and as CEO for the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California. He was the interim executive director of the Women’s Civic Improvement Club of Sacramento, editor of Red County-Sacramento and publisher of Voice of North Sacramento. He served on the legislative staff of California Assemblymen Kevin Jeffries and Tim Leslie. Craig has served on the Roba School District Board of Trustees – including as president – for almost 20 years. He is a graduate of California State University at Chico, where he was the first black president of the school’s Associated Student Government. Currently, Craig also hosts a number of programs focused on political and Second Amendment Issues. They include FPC’s “Morning Coffee with Craig” “CRA-TV” for the California Republican Assembly and the “The DeLuz Brothers” in which he and his twin brother David debate politics from the left and right. Most recently he launched a daily news commentary program called “The Rundown” which airs Monday- Friday on YouTube, Facebook and Spotify.

Donna Jackson, who serves as the the director of membership development for the Project 21 black leadership network, is a seasoned accountant with public and private sector experience as well as previous forays into politics and ministry. Donna earned a Bachelor of Accountancy (cum laude) from the California State University San Marcos. She has worked in accounting, auditing and management roles with major companies such as Ernst & Young and Marriott International in the private sector before serving in the public sector as a deputy controller for the Export-Import Bank of the United States. She is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants. Prior to her career in accounting, Donna was a political operative in the state of Arkansas. She worked on the successful campaigns of Governor Mike Huckabee, Senator Tim Hutchinson and Representative (now Governor) Asa Hutchinson. She was active in campaign recruiting and communications. She played a vital role during the Huckabee governorship in recruiting black candidates for executive-appointed boards and commissions in addition to helping create job-training programs at a local community college and the Arkansas Office of Workforce Development. She is a former board member of the Little Rock Minority Disability Advisory Network and a former member of the Crittenden County (Arkansas) Workforce Development Planning Committee. She was also a contributor to the Ernst & Young Diversity Think Tank. Donna originally sought a role in the church. She is a former divinity graduate of Charles H. Mason Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. It was there that she was taught the gift of administration as a vital part of the Christian ministry. Donna is a firm believer in free markets and entrepreneurship, rather than government, as a means of lifting people out of poverty.

This week Dan chats with Dr. Stephen Soloway. Dr. Soloway received his B.S. in Biology from Stony Brook University, and M.D. degree from American University of the Caribbean, Internal Medicine training from Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Rheumatology Fellowship from The Medical College of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia VA Medical Center headed by the late, great Ralph Schumacher, Jr., M.D., and pediatric rheumatology training at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia with the venerable Dr. Goldsmith. Next came three months at Boston University Hospital, Creighton University Medical Center and the Omaha VA. He has been a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2003. While he authors many peer review case reports and papers, he has recently completed two nonfiction books: Bad Medicine and Medical Politics. Each contains a patient guide on information that is found nowhere else and is considered a better source for patients than any other published literature on the following topics: gout, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, PMR, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and vasculitis. Dr. Soloway serves a worldwide clientele. He is regarded the leader in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware area for rheumatologic care. He has authored two books: Bad Medicine and Medical Politics. He currently serves as Chairman of Rheumatology, Inspira Health Network since 1996. He is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. Fellow of the American College of Physicians and Rheumatology.

This week, the moms chat with Dr. Daniel Haller is a general surgeon in Rockville Centre, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mercy Hospital-Rockville Centre and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital. He received his medical degree from Technion-Israel Inst of Technology Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years.

Scott Shepard is a fellow at the National Center as well as the director of the National Center’s Free Enterprise Project, the conservative movement’s only full-service shareholder activism and education program. Scott has taught at law schools including the Wake Forest School of Law in North Carolina and the Willamette University College of Law in Oregon. He is the author of the legal textbook Wills, Trusts and Estates in Context. He previously served as a policy director with the Yankee Institute in Connecticut and the manager of the Water Law Project at the Pacific Legal Foundation. He also has experience in government and private practice. Scott earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond.
