My mission is to encourage people to seek God through reading his word. This weeks study: Being Born Again - The Operation Made Without Hands - What is Circumcision? This week we are going to pause our mini-series on Being Born Again, and dive into a topic we opened last week. We discussed the difference between the words "faith" and "belief", and demonstrate from the bible that faith is a work. We are saved by Jesus's faith, not our faith in jesus. Jesus did all the work to make a way for salvation. Jesus's way is the only way. Through Jesus's faith all who believe are reconciled to Jesus the moment they believe. Those believers are now in Jesus body, and will be his agents he uses to reconcile all things in heaven. The jews are Jesus's agent to reconcile all things in earth unto him. This weeks study: Being Born Again - Part 3: Jesus's Plan for Reconciliation As we continue through the most important doctrine of the Bible, we are diving into the topic of "being born again". We have already covered what God is to understand what it means to be created in his image. Man's fall caused his image to be changed. The change was spiritual death. The only way to be reconciled with God is by being reborn spiritually. As we wrap up this series we will be discussing why men need to be born again, how we are born again and what happens when we are born again. In this video we cover the topics of "right division" to see how when you rightly divide the word, you can see there have been multiple gospels preached in the bible. The only way to gain salvation is by following the instructions give by God through his word, so understanding his word is key. You have to study the word the way it tells you to study it , in order to understand it the way it is written. We first looked at God and how he tells us what He is, then we looked at how Man was created in the image and likeness of God. God tested Man and he fell, and by the fall of one Man, all men fell. Something changed in Man at the fall. The living spirit that man was created with died in the garden, and all men after adam were born in the some condition as him, dead. (As an entity) How we are created - Part 1 It is impossible to unpack the mysteries of God and who He is as an entity, from the Bible, in a half hour video. That being said, this is my attempt. Not everything in the Bible is easy to understand, but just because we can't understand something doesn't make it any less true. Regardless if our human brains can wrap themselves around the concept of the triune God of the Bible or not, doesn't make this concept any less true. The Bible clearly tells us God is a father, God is a son, and God is a spirit. The Bible also clearly tells us that God has a body, a soul, and a spirit.
