#MarshawnLynch #Bodycam #zieobog Marshawn Lynch FULL Bodycam in Suspected DUI Arrest.
Former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch's arrest for suspected DUI was released by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Lynch was apparently found sleeping in a vehicle that was in an undrivable condition leading them to assume that this was the aftermath of a driving under the influence incident. The front driver's side wheel had no rim or tire and that both passenger's side tires were about to fall off.

Brianna Grier case: GBI STORY DEBUNKED in 2 minutes.
On July 27th, 2022, The Georgia Bureau and Investigations (GBI) rendition of what led to the death of Brianna Grier is as follows:
"Both deputies and Grier were at the rear driver’s side door of the patrol car. Grier was on the ground refusing to get in the patrol car. Grier made a statement that she was going to harm herself. To put Grier in the patrol car, one of the deputies walked around and opened the rear passenger side door.
The deputy quickly returned to the rear driver’s side door. Both deputies put Grier in the backseat of the patrol car. The deputies closed the rear driver’s side door. The investigation shows that the deputy thought he closed the rear passenger side door."
On July 29th, the GBI released video footage that clearly contradicts their explanation for Briannas Death.

Bodycam Footage of the Brianna Grier Arrest. Officers allege that she fell from the police car.
Around 12:30 a.m. on Friday, July 15, Brianna Marie Grier’s mother called 911, seeking support for the woman as she suffered through a schizophrenic break, possibly brought on by alcohol or narcotics.
When Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the middle Georgia home, according to her father, Marvin Grier, the parents asked them to take the 28-year-old mother of twins to a hospital for evaluation.
However, after assessing the woman had been drinking, a fact that Brianna vehemently denied as she repeatedly requested a breathalyzer test, the deputies chose to handcuff her hands in front of her body, and roughly carried by her hands and bare feet to the vehicle before violently jamming her into the back seat of the car with the intention of taking her to jail, though she broke no laws.
Brianna suffered two fractures in her skull. Brianna was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, where she lay in a coma for multiple days before being pronounced dead on Thursday, July 21, at around 1 p.m.
Here at the Zooming In On Every Blade Of Grass Podcast, we do not believe that she fell from the car. Where is the footage that shows her inside the car? And where is the footage from the car at the rear showing her falling from the car? It is highly unlikely that the deputy would not notice the car door was open. And if Brianna wanted to escape, why would she wait until the car was moving? This story does not add up.

Treyvnn Conley and Clarence Wright Shooting video. ( enhanced )
Trevynn Conley and Clarence Wright pull into the parking spot next to Josh Stewart and Matt Turpin.
According to the family of Mr. Conley,
"Within 3 seconds of pulling up, you will see Josh Stewart lunge out his car and shoot into the car which also hit my brother in his LEFT shoulder. As you see, Clarence took of running into the opposite direction, as someone in FEAR FOR THEIR LIFE would do!! You also see a man running behind the building, right after this happened.
What happened to Josh Stewart’s gun???? The detectives NEVER searched around this crime scene for a gun from Josh or Matt, never tested their hands for gun shot residue, never searched their car thoroughly! None of that! They assumed from the jump that Tre & Clarence were criminals! Also, my brother drove himself to the hospital, and they continued to say he “fled” the scene! Yeah, for HELP!!! AND the DA keeps stating that Clarence shot Tre, in his LEFT shoulder. Please tell me how that is possible!!! It’s not!! "
Treyvnn Conley was convicted of 1st Degree Murder and sentenced to Life in prison and Clarence Wright was convicted of 2nd Degree Murder and senteced to 28 years in prison.

Capital Murder Charges against Morris Bevily dismissed for lack of evidence.
Following the Not Guilty verdict in his wife, TKia Bevily's Capital Murder case, Morris Bevily's attorneys immediately requested Morris's charges to be dismissed. Amid rumours of a corruption investigation, District Attorney Danielle Shorter's office filed a Motion to Dismiss all charges against Mr. Bevily. Morris had not been present in either of his wife's trials due to being Subpeonaed by the State but never called as a witness, which is a tactic used to create the impression that Morris did not support this wife, making it appear that he too blamed Tkia for the untimely death of his beloved child. Underhanded tactics such as that were the hallmark of the efforts of District Attorney Shorter's prosecution of the Bevily Familiy.

Officer Jefferson & D.A. laugh while a picture of the deceased child is on the Evidence-monitor.
T'Kia Bevily was recently unanimously found Not Guilty of the Capital Murder crime she was charged with by small town District Attorney Daniella Shorter. During the 1.5 days of Streamed coverage of the Trial, DA Shorter exhibited very many behaviors that seemed, in my unqualified opinion, to indicate that she was not much of a lawyer. And it didn't make sense to me until I found out that she had run unapposed for the District Attorney job she occupies. Her courtside manner was off-putting.. to put it nicely. Rarely did she talk to or look at the Jury. She seemed to be looking inward and/or performing for the Gallery. This short clip is one of many that illustrates her apparent lack of empathy for the family of the deceased child and the Jurors.
Day 8, Part Two: VERDICT WATCH: Dan Markel Murder for Hire Retrial - Fl v. Katherine Magbanua |
We are awaiting the Verdict.
In 2019, a jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict in the 2014 shooting death of FSU professor Dan Markel. Magbanua was on trial with Sigfredo Garcia, the father of her children. Garcia was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
Prosecutors argued at trial that Magbanua was an intermediary in a plot to end the victim’s life. She got Garcia to do it, who in return recruited Luis Rivera for backup, investigators said. Markel was murdered in his garage.
