" Abraham jumps right in to explain that at this level of understanding we know what negative emotion is, and therefore we can use to our advantage. When we have a negative emotion we can pivot to a different thought, sort of like switching trains, because we catch early on and that elevates our personal vibrational stance. For example, you remember a thought of a negative conversation with a dear family member. Instead of criticizing them for there reaction, or worse criticizing yourself for the way you responded you say you know that was unpleasant, but what is it that I do want? I want great relationships, that includes this family member, help me inner being, and universal forces to seize better opportunities for creating that desire. I leave this in your capable hands, I know I am doing the best that I can ,and I know their inner being feels the same as my inner being does. Now how do I want to feel in this moment? Now it is important to remember we accomplish these sorts of thoughts and ideas, when we are in alignment or close to the vortex. " Abraham goes on to explain the tug of war of thought is available, but that if we focus and if our desire is to feel good we will be more inclined to feel good. However the acknowledgment of that comes with airtime given to the wanted subject. If for example you watch scary movie for 90 mins. Those are 90 minutes are ripe for momentum what do you do next? Another scary movie ? Walk in the park ? Let's say you have time and you want watch another 90 minute scary movie, what happens is that momentum is picking up because now it's 180 minutes of your day dedicated to something that has your full attention because of the single minded focus, and because it is suspenseful. But what if you have been mediating, doing positive aspects, journaling and feeling good. You will not be inclined to watch the movie. Why? Because it's all about momentum, more of your airtime has been given to positive and that will make the decision. " Abraham explains that we as collective do not launch our thoughts from a premise that wellbeing abounds. " Abraham jumps right in to advise hot seater while we are asleep the normal wake state momentum that Law of attraction guides is not in focus for us. Now if we have been worried sick about something or we have a very active subject it is likely we take the subject and it's attributes into our sleep state. It all depends on our wake state how much airtime we give any given subject.You might say what's the big deal? I would say that the only caveat I can see is when we wake up. If we fell asleep in the vortex we wake up in the vortex. Likewise we fall asleep in a panic we wake up in a panic. So what's the remedy? I would say airtime is our alley, meaning making sure we go to sleep in a emotionally content way, thereby assuring you can reach your highflying disc in the morning. For example 60 minutes to 90 minutes before bedtime you should do everything to make sure your relaxed and at ease. Don't watch news reports, scary movies, or read suspenseful books. Why you might ask? If you want to take it into your sleep state continue and increase that. But what if you decide to take a warm bath, read a little of your positive aspects lists, and mediate right before bed. You will wake up refreshed ready for the next day and even remember your dreams. Hot seater wants clarity on a dream that she had that was unsettling for her to discern the whole of her feelings while in this dream. Abraham explains with ease, that there are dream episodes sometimes that can be tricky to identify from out of body experiences in the sense that they come so close in experience to one another. Abraham goes in to clarify that we can also see this current experience as a dream. Now with all that said and done, we can use our dreams as a compass of sorts. For example, if you are having trouble coming to a decision of some sorts, before you go to bed, ask you inner being to guide your dreams to give you the answer that you are so looking forward to receiving. That's one way of doing it. The other way is to enjoy our dreams by asking the universe to give us happy exciting dreams, ones that we don't want to wake up from.
