- Upside was the size of the home, the area, and potential, potential, potential.
- Downside was that the home needs A TON of tlc.
- Arranged and scheduled both tenant parties to declutter as much as possible.
- Got professional cleaners into the home, and left them there for almost a full day.
- Then, we worked with what we had on hand.
- Marketing idea was to focus entirely on the incredible value and potential of the home, while being honest about the condition of the home. No stone was left unturned.
