Great home on the east side of town.
My previously first-time buyers were now looking to upsize and move to a different neighbourhood. They took good care of the home, so my job was to maximize the best features and garner enough interest from every viewer to come take a look in person. As usual, it worked, and well! Sold high and on time (I had already found them an awesome home to buy.)

Amazing condo in a great building, on the east side of town.
This was the highest sale, at the time, and it was quick. The staging (regroupps.com) was so good, the owners barely recognized their own place. The buyers had a similarly strong reaction (nice!!!)

Fully renovated home in the north end - great flip success story!
I found this home for my flipper/investor clients in one of my exclusive (off-market) circles. After getting it for them for an amazing price, they had the whole place gutted and renovated. We staged it (www.regroupps.com) and marketed it as soon as it was done. The neighbours were wowed with the way the "new" home looked, as were all of those that came to see it. This, of course, included the buyers, who bought for a record price. Great product for the buyers, great profit for my investor clients. Win/Win!!!

Beautiful, well-kept bungalow near the Bluffs.
The owners renovated this place beautifully. Main job on this one was to find them a great home (check!) and then market this property to absolutely maximize the interest (and showings!!!) Done and done!

Record price for a townhome, sold in a few days.
Staging and marketing mainly used to focus on the home's location and the amount of sunlight in the home. See if you can see where the stagers (www.regroupps.com) masterfully took an awkwardly ambiguous living space and made it look like it's split into three rooms. Skill!!! The result was another record price.

Great condo sold for a great price in a sluggish market
The owners kept the place in immaculate condition, so the focus of the marketing was more on location, amenities, and the bonuses of the building. Some of my all-time favourite clients, so it was great to help them with this sale.
