Snow Bike
I rode my dirt bike in the snow over Engineer's Pass on the Alpine Loop in Colorado. No problems, but probably not the smartest thing to do without any fellow riders.

Building the Hoover Dam By-Pass
Great Basin Hwy US/93, Henderson, NV
Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge
>Spans the Colorado River between NV and AZ
>900 feet above the river
>First concrete/steel composite arch bridge built in US
>Widest composite arch bridge in Western Hemisphere
>Second highest bridge in US
>World's highest concrete arch bridge
In actuality, 3 bridges were constructed to complete this work. Watch for:
1. A cable/gantry crane/supply bridge to supply all materials to the work site.
2. A cable stay suspension bridge to construct the main arch.
3. The final arch supported main bridge.

Grand Canyon North Rim, Arizona - Can Am Maverick Sport XRC
The north rim of the Grand Canyon is much more beautiful than the south rim. It is 1800 ft higher in elevation, heavily wooded in national forest lands, and not nearly the tourist trap of the south rim. It takes about 200 miles more driving to get to the north rim - that's undoubtedly why there are fewer visitors (relative to the south rim). The North Rim Lodge is spectacular; well worth the extra drive to get there!

Departing Nutrioso, AZ and heading west toward the Crescent Lake area where we camped. This area was devastated by wildfire in 2012, but is still beautiful with the new growth aspen forest. We experimented with our 360 camera (Insta360 ONE R) and Insta360 production software.

Social Distancing in a Side-by-Side - Can Am Maverick Sport XRC
Social distancing with our friends in our side-by-sides. No, it has NOTHING to do with Covid. It is all about not having to breath someone else's road dust. The idea is to stay back far enough to stay out of the dust of the vehicle in front - but not so far that they have to wait for too long at each intersection. Unless you are the last vehicle in line, we stop at each intersection and wait for the trailing vehicle to catch up enough to see which direction the group is going - then hammer down again. That way the group stays together. It is great fun, much safer, and enjoyable (not eating dust all day). The dust (or lack of it) determines the separation distance - on a muddy road, the only rule is not to run into someone else. But if you can spray them with mud, then go for it LOL!

This is a non-sponsored user's review of the Can Am factory flip-up spare tire rack. This is a great rack. Note that you will need side rear view mirrors as this rack severely restricts viewing behind you with a center rear view mirror.

Main Drive Belt Replacement, Can Am Maverick Sport XRC
If you own a side-by-side (SxS), you need to carry a spare drive belt plus have the tools and knowledge to be able to do a field replacement. The best policy is to purchase a spare belt, then change it at home using only tools that will stay IN your SxS. Keep your original belt as an already broken in spare in your SxS. You owe it to yourself, your passenger, and the others who ride with you to be prepared for this common failure.
