Maitreya Rael: Wow! Maitreya Rael: 3 Fundamental Questions (75-02-07) On February 7, 2021, 75 a.H., during a gathering held in Okinawa, Japan, Maitreya Rael spoke about the meaning of life, reminding us of the importance of always asking ourselves those three fundamental questions: Where? Why? What? “When you wake up every morning, as soon as you open your eyes, always ask yourself: where am I? Why am I alive? What is the purpose of my life? Inside your finger there are planets, galaxies. In your body there are billions of living beings. Feel it. How can you feel alone? This is the message, infinity is the true message". Maitreya Rael: There is only one you (70-08-16) On August 16, 2015, 70 a.H., at a gatering held in Okinawa, Japan, Maitreya Rael spoke about the importance of love and how indispensable it is to bring change to humanity. On this occasion, he taught a new meditation to help us increase the love within us. Maitreya Rael said: "Each of you is unique, there is only one you, you are not a little human being, you are the most important person on Earth. Feel this energy within you, because it gives you the energy to be happier. How can you be sad or depressed if you feel that you are unique?". Every human being is a gift to this planet, and love and happiness of each can unleash enough energy to change the world. Maitreya Rael brought the example of the great men who have made history, such as Buddha, who alone brought peace, harmony and hope to millions of people. Maitreya Rael invites us to be ourselves, to cultivate our color and to offer to humanity what makes us unique, he invites us to offer to the world our personality: "Don’t live your life in half without giving all of you". On this occasion, Maitreya Rael taught the difference between humility and pride: "Being proud of being yourself is not the opposite of humility. Humility is lacking when you think you are better than others". To remain humble, we must never compete with others, each of us has a unique and special color to offer to humanity, just like the colors that compose the rainbow: they shine in the sky all together and are not in competition among them, there is no one better than the other. Maitreya Rael also explained that being shy is the opposite of humility and that thinking you are stupid or little, is an insult to the Elohim: "They created you in their image, be proud of it with humility”. Maitreya Rael: 4% (75-08-06) Each year, on August 6, Maitreya announces the percentage of survival of humanity. Maitreya Rael: Love is Speedless (72-06-15) - Part 11 of 12 Asian Happiness Academy, June 15th, 72 aH, Okinawa, Japan On this fifth day at the Asian Happiness Academy, Maitreya Rael reminds us of one of his key teachings, which is to do everything "slowly, kindly and laughing." He then explains that these three rules should not only apply to action, but also to our thinking and talking. We should think, talk and move as slowly as possible in order to gradually stop thinking, the ultimate target. Meditation is the right tool to help us stay in the non-thinking brain, the supraconsciousness. When we meditate, we are not thinking about anything at all. The slowest we are, the closer we are to no thinking. Supraconsciousness, love and infinity are speed-less. We are used to thinking quickly, speaking fast, moving fast... all of it has made our world sick. Even psychiatric diseases arise from the thinking brain, and never from the supraconsciousness. So, slow down to gradually reach zero speed. The Buddha state is zero speed. Everything important in your life has no speed. That is how we can change this world. Maitreya Rael: The 0.0001% of Humanity (73-02-10) On this Sunday morning, Maitreya Rael spoke about a dangerous illusion that could make some Raelians lose their enthusiasm for the Messages: the illusion that we are not important because after 45 years we still remain a small minority. Yet, he considers that we are a big success, because success is not measured in quantity but in quality.
