In this video I cut down and hauled a fair number of logs up to my hut to use for the walls and the roof. It was pretty hard work getting some of them up to where I could get to them. Hopefully, this will be enough logs to last me for the walls and roof. Otherwise, I may have to get a couple more.

In this video we hiked up to the top of Little Spy Mountain with a thunderstorm nearby. It was a nice hike with some nice views at the end. For a better idea of what it was like, watch the video.

In this video we actually crawled down into the culverts of a subdivision at the place where the emptied out. The pipe was fairly large and we were able to go through them pretty easy.

In this video i reviewed the Akaso Brave 8 camera. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good camera. It did get kind of long, mainly because of my more in-depth unboxing. In this video we hiked the white rock falls trail. It is a cool trail with nice waterfalls and other things. The main falls was down in between two cliffs, but it was still accessible from the trail. It was not a strenuous hike, but it was a bit on the hard side in some spots. This hike was about a four and a half mile loop hike.

In this video I finish up digging out my hut. Of course, I'm not done with the entire hut yet, but the digging part of it is pretty much done, so all that remains to be done is the building part of it like the roof,etc. I'm glad that the digging is finally done.

In this video woodburned a horse. It turned out better than I thought it would.

In this video I explored an old bank barn. There was a green piece of fiberglass in the one wall, which allowed a greenish light to filter in to the basement of the barn. It gave it a weird look. I also saw a baby rat snake, which are a non-venomous species of snake.

In this video I dug my hut out some more. I got quite hot and sweated up a storm. The humidity must have been really high or something because it didn't feel that hot when I went out. Maybe I was working so hard it seemed like that. I don't know.

In this video I went back to the sinkhole that I found earlier in another video. I dug it out in the center of the sinkhole and pounded an eight foot post all the down as far as I could go. I was still in sand. Because of this, I'm guessing that this is a sandpit of some sort where either sand was deposited by something or somebody or it was a place where people got sand. However, it could have been a spring. Maybe we should come back and dig in the side on the deep end and see what we find.

In this video we went to Mount Pleasant in Shenandoah National Park and hiked it. It was a great hike and I enjoyed it. The fog made so we couldn't have good views at the summit, but it still looked pretty cool. On the way up we saw a garter snake beside the path.

In this video I reviewed the nebo torchy flashlight. It's a great little flashlight, at least it is right out of the box. I haven't had it very long, so I don't know just how long it will last. In this video I found a large sinkhole out in the woods. It looks very much like a the sort of sinkhole that a cave would be under, but when I dug it out and pounded a pole down into it, I found just a bunch of sand. This makes me think that is most likely a sandpit or something down that line or a place where the sand compacted and collapsed onto itself, leaving a sinkhole.

In this video me and some friends went to colonial Williamsburg. It was a great place with some very interesting tours and other things. Due to the rain, the carriage rides were canceled. Also, the reason there's not much footage about inside the Governor's palace is because I wasn't sure if I should video inside or not. It was the same way for the courthouse.

In this video I get started on the big dig. For some reason it seemed really hard and even though I spent quite a bit of time digging, it seemed like I didn't really get a lot done. The clay was pretty hard to dig though. We still have a lot more to do yet.

In this video I work on digging my hut out some more. I was able to get it leveled out and got started digging it down one foot. The thing about the dirt clods was that they were extra hard and the dirt doesn't normally come out in clods like that.

In this video I worked on my hut again, but it was a bit rainy and wet, so I really didn't do a lot or get much done.

This is the second video in this series. I spend a lot of time digging out the side of the ditch so that it was straight down. I am also running into a problem. The thing is getting crooked and it is not turning out so straight. I'll see what I can do do fix that.

This is the first video of a series of videos where I am working on building a primitive shelter. In this particular video, I work on first digging out the banks so that they are straight up and down.

In this video I get a butane torch, a bottle with a small opening, and some fine powder like cornstarch or powdered sugar. When I directed a stream of this powder over the open flame, it created a large fireball because of the large surface area of the fuel.

In this video I shoot an egg and it blows apart.
