After building the kitchen and rec room it wasn't a huge leap to finish off the east entry building. Now that we have it though we have an enormous space for storage and workbenches. We have a population problem. Too many medium and high security prisoners and nowhere to keep them. Right now they're a powder keg inside the dorms and they need to be separated.
