The LORD, Our Maker (8) : What Are You Becoming?
God is in the business of making those who follow Jesus into His image. But there are worldly forces around us every day endeavoring to conform us too. Our born again man sides with God, while our fallen nature agrees with the fallen world. Whether we give place to God or the world will determine what we become. Sow to the spirit and we will reap eternal life, sow to the flesh and we will reap corruption. And in the harvest is the change . .

The LORD, Our Maker (7) : GRACE to the Humble
What must we have to become everything God wants for Him in this life? GRACE. Every step of the way. Simply put, Grace is God's willingness to use His power on our behalf for good. Not everybody gets the grace of God. The Humble get the grace. Because we need grace to make it, we also need to know what true humility is and how to practice it. Pride will keep us down and out of everything from God! With humility and faith on our part we can make it through every successive stage of life, and become who God is making us . .

The LORD, Our Maker (6) : David's Mighty Men
One of the things God is Making us all into is a people of Honor. The LORD spoke through the Old Testament prophet, '...for those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me will be lightly esteemed' (see 1 Samuel 2:30). Honor is a huge part of who God is and how He wants His people to be. And honor is how David's men became Mighty. They first became men of honor. We shall see they are examples of 1 Peter 5:6 — "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. . ."

The LORD, Our Maker (5) : Like Father, Like Sons
Tonight we continue in our powerful series looking at God's Redemptive Covenant Name : Jehovah Asa, The LORD Our Maker. The LORD Our Maker has to do with us whom He has redeemed - that's us! He is making us into the image of His Son. Jesus is the prototype Son of God - the first among many brethren. He is the perfect representation of His Father. So in being made in to Christ's likeness and image we are being conformed to the way God is. We are of course not God, but we are God's kids imitating our Father . .

The LORD, Our Maker (4) : In HIS Image
In Christ Jesus, God The Father is bringing EVERYTHING and EVERYBODY who will back into conformity with Himself. For us to be made in His image and likeness is not incredible. Oh yes, it's amazing! But not impossible. It is in fact a foundational part of God's design for all mankind — the very plan and purpose of God from Genesis 1! This has never been about what we intended ourselves to be — but what God intends us to be. And God wants us all to be like Jesus . .

The LORD, Our Maker (3) : Trust the Process
Never let your present condition or situations discourage you concerning God's will for your life. When God called Abraham the "father of many nations", he was the father of nothing, in his mid 70's and his wife had been barren all their lives. The only thing that matters is that Abraham Believe what God said and continued to follow God. God sent His Word, Abraham believed that Word, and so. . . he Became that Word. God even took a man like Jacob and made him into Israel . .

The LORD, Our Maker (2) : Formed By God's Hand
Natural people emphasize the natural – spiritual people emphasize the spiritual. God is Spirit and the way He works is by the Spirit through His Word in our hearts. The LORD Our Maker does not want His people looking to outward things to conform us according to God's purposes, cause that's the devil's realm – Satan is "the god of this world" (see 2 Cor. 4:4). People of Faith are not supposed to be outside-in people, we are to be inside-out people. Let us learn how God is shaping and molding us into His image. By the Spirit, on the Inside. Hallelujah!

The LORD, Our Maker (1) : The Master Maker
The God of the Bible is a 'hands-on', involved God. He is not somewhere off in the nethers of the universe busy with much more important things than us. No! We are the object of His affection – Praise God! Because of sin we are not fully lovable in our fallen state. So Father endeavors to Make Us lovable. One of His Redemptive Covenant names is The LORD (Jehovah), Our Maker. And that's what He does. He makes us what we ought to be in Christ Jesus, as if sin and the curse had never touched us . .

Full Redemption II (7) : Kept From Perishing
Jesus is the Good Shepherd and He is able to take care of His sheep best when they follow Him. A big part of the Shepherd's job is to keep the sheep from all harm. We won't have to worry about harm in Heaven, that's why He is our Shepherd NOW. It is so important to be a good sheep, an obedient sheep. Not because God wants us burdened with commandments, He wants us Blessed with eternal life and kept from perishing in this life — because we follow hard after Him . .

Full Redemption II (4) : The LORD My Shepherd
"The LORD is My Shepherd, I shall not want." What does that mean and how do we come to the place where we want for nothing? A shepherd is a keeper of sheep. The Bible tells us The LORD is Our Shepherd and WE are the sheep of His pasture. As Our Shepherd, He leads and feeds and protects and heals us – if we line up with Him in our faith and obedience. If we are going to be good sheep we must follow our Good Shepherd. Which will lead us to the Provision and keep us in His Protection.

The Healer is in the house tonight! Jesus IS the Healer. One of God's Redemptive Covenant Names is Jehovah Rapha, The LORD Our Healer. He WAS The LORD Our Healer then, He is STILL the Healer today. Nobody can say He is no longer the Healer of our physical bodies today because God Himself said, "I the LORD do not change. So you... are not destroyed" (Malachi 3:10). "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever" Hebrews 13:8).

Full Redemption II (2) : The LORD Our Righteousness and The LORD Who Sanctifies
God's Redemptive Covenant Names reveal who He is and what wants to be in our lives. Two of the names by which God has revealed Himself in His Word is The LORD Our Righteousness and The LORD Who Sanctifies us. Righteousness is the ability to stand in the Presence of God without any sense of sin, guilt, shame or insecurity – and only comes through faith in Jesus. Sanctification is the process of being made Holy. The Lord Himself is the one who is our Rightness and the One who makes us Holy – not our pious rule keeping or devotion to men's traditions. We can say with the Psalmist, "For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name" (Psalm 33:21 NASB95) . .

Full Redemption II (1) : Redemptive Covenant Names of God (The LORD Our Provider)
God has many different names throughout the Bible, but there is actually a vein of names we refer to as God's Redemptive Covenant Names. These names reveal who God wants to be to us. And He NEVER changes. They are the combination of God's Covenant name of Jehovah or The LORD with titles such as our Provider, our Healer, or Peace, our Righteousness and others. These describe what God does for us and who He is to us. No one can say the great I AM is the I WAS. These names reveal who God IS and always will be to those in Covenant with Him . .

Full Redemption (9) : To Save Or To Destroy?
There is an important question everyone, especially every child of God, should be clear about. My thoughts or your thoughts won't satisfy the heart's longing for Truth. We look inside the Bible for answers to Bible questions. Is it God's will for men to perish and be destroyed? If you think it is God's will for some men to perish at some times, you cannot stand against destruction when it comes to you. Because you are not certain of God's will. The Word of God reveals the will of God. Faith begins where the will of God is Known . .

Full Redemption (8) : Revelation or Tradition
For the majority of people who call themselves Christian, most of what they believe is not what the Bible actually says, but only what men have taught them that it means. Which is not the same at all. One makes you religious and even nice, but the other actually changes you and makes you like Jesus, effective for the Kingdom of God. His Kingdom is not a matter of talk, but of Power. Can others see the fruit of the Word in your life? Or are you satisfied with being nice and religious . .

Full Redemption (7) : Redemptive Revelation
All throughout in Scripture God tells us about the good things He has paid for His people to have. But do you know how many believers' lives are being destroyed from things Jesus redeemed us from? . . . Most. . . Because they don't have the Revelation of Redemption. The knowledge of God, who is Spirit, is spiritual. And spiritual knowledge comes by the Holy Spirit revealing it to our hearts. That's why hearing the Anointed Word is so important. It deposits the Revelation Knowledge of God in our hearts where it can begin to grow and produce fruit . .

Full Redemption (6) : He Redeems Your Life from Destruction
Forgiveness of sins is the first benefit for those who believe in Jesus because sin is the cause of all the rest of the bad things that you need redeemed from. Not complicated, right. Once Jesus solved the sin problem He dealt a death blow to everything else springing from sin – death and destruction, disease and troubles. There are many things Christ did not have to redeem us from in order to forgive us of sin and allow us into Heaven. There are a lot of things Jesus did not have to go through if all God wanted done was the forgiveness of sin. But He paid the price for all of it anyways . .

Full Redemption (5) : By His Stripes We Were Healed
As true believers in Jesus, we do not merely have a positive religion – we have a Powerful Faith. Real faith can receive and walk in what Jesus paid for. One of the things Jesus paid for that our faith can receive is Healing for our physical bodies. Hallelujah! We have experienced this blessing for many years to the glory of God. The Bible says that "the rod" and "stripes" are part of the punishment due sin and foolishness. Jesus took our punishment for sin and foolishness when He subjected Himself to the Roman scourge, receiving stripes on His physical body. He did it on our behalf, thereby purchasing Healing for us all . .

Full Redemption (4) : He Bore Our PAINS, Carried Our SICKNESSES
What is Healing? In a few words it is Recovery, to be Cured, Restoration. Healing is the restoring of something from a damaged, distorted, or broken condition. The good news is that Healing is in the Redemption. Which is what Jesus paid to have us, and what Jesus paid for us to have. Certainly anything that Jesus paid for in Redemption, you don't have to ask if it is God's Will or not. He proved His Will when He showed what He was willing to pay for it. Therefore Healing is not a mystery, it can be received by any child of God who will pray the prayer of faith Jesus instructed us about in Mark 11:24 . .

Christ has Redeemed us from the Curse of the Law. When did He do this? At the Cross. In the very same action that paid for sin. Galatians 3:13 NKJV says, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”)." Everything in the Curse is something Christ has redeemed us from. Hallelujah! All sickness and disease are part of the Curse. Full Redemption (1) : Paid In Full
There used to be a joining between me and sin. I identified with it, I was under it's authority, sin was my master. But since Jesus came and paid the price for my freedom – I have been set apart from sin and all the death came with sin. I have been joined to Jesus, I identify with Him now, I'm under the authority of grace, and I have a New Master. Because of Christ's redemption I am no longer cursed in sin – I am Blessed in Him!
