Still clearing spruce that are not doing well. I take my time doing it because its not pleasant work but its a required step to run a tree farm. Got quite a pile of branches, still have to take the trunks down with the chainsaw. That’ll happen once the snow is gone and I can get the tractor in the area properly. The sheep are really ready to be out on pasture. Its been a long winter cooped up in their pens (as big as they are) Also yes for the eagle eyed viewer there is a bit of black knot on the chokecherries in the sheep’s small pasture area. Sheep are doing well - looks like both ladies are expecting lambs soon. They have widened up quite a bit in the past couple weeks. Its been great having them - by far the easiest animal to have so far. Looking forward to hopefully being able to expand the herd this year. Like my content? Sheep have been doing well - about 3 weeks away from lambing according to the expert. Put them out on some pasture to let them enjoy some proper foraging for the first time since October!

Had to upgrade the pump and in the end had to use two pumps to keep up! Another inch of snow was just insult to injury.
