The lives of the reals here are engineered. There is certainly a micro-management of our lives with forces working against us. The engineering is very specific as new counterfeits are being created all the time for us. Our timelines are constantly being messed with to get us to lower frequency timelines and can greatly collapse due to the extreme degree of engineering. We have a "don't question programming" or "don't look further programming" not to question deeply enough our cover or surface daytime life. The system is sending a lot of distractions our way and there are forces organizing our human experiences if we don't pay attention enough. Here, many things or little actions only take us a little time. Yet sometimes it takes us weeks or months before we are able to exit apathic states due to the density of our experience here. In 2018 I faced more layers of food addictions and I designed a rhythm to go towards cellular detoxification. Food is directly related to the time and energy we have. I walked away from the density of mucus forming foods and even most of the mucuslean food that densifies us. I have found keys to walk in empowerement about my own health and to understand my body and the human body avatar. I have learned to take time for self care and rewire my programming that was in the way for me to be able to do certain things in another kind of order. Most food densifies us and slows us down. The more we consume light and hydrating food, the faster we can go with our own processes. Food addiction runs deep. What is cognitive dissonance? It is about rejecting part of the information that is present around us and accessible to hold on to denial. It’s a process of deep entanglement and complexity through the structures of our minds. The mind generally overrules the body. Why is it so? Why this mechanism? Does it have a protective function? How to recognize we are in cognitive dissonance, or others around us? Our cognitive dissonance is triggered all the times and is active at different degrees. Time allows us to realize we were in cognitive dissonance in the past, when we reread our own notes. There is a lot of cognitive dissonance going on in families or on social media. All psy-ops out there do count on our cognitive dissonance, on us not perceiving some layers of the deception. We often are in cognitive dissonance around handlers, not seeing them for who they are and finding justifications for the way they are crossing our boundaries.
