An overview of major problems with our elections was that presented to Lancaster County Commissioners. In May, 39 affidavits of possible fraudulent occurrences were given to Commissioner Deb Schorr who did not respond to repeated calls on the issues. Nebraskans went to the polls and were told they already voted with 16 cases of multiple ballots received by mail, two up to as many as four for the same individuals. Voter verification proved results are not accurately reported on voter rolls in Lancaster, Nebraska. We ask for a sheriff's investigation. Mathematical statistics of Douglas County Nebraska's Voter Registration correlation to vote results is almost a perfect correlation. This is not natural and research has found these results in every county in Nebraska this suggests a controlling algorithm was used. Bob's company covered the county officials and other Omaha entities for insurance coverage for many years. They trusted him to advise on many issues. Russ had a very close race and requested a hand recount vs using election machines. This needed legislative seat is very important. We believe some of the Nebraska fraudulent votes were past state INACTIVE VOTERS who were switched back to ACTIVE for the vote and then removed from the voter rolls. This is because we have many affidavits from individuals whose families received mail-in ballots for a deceased person. They should have been on the INACTIVE LIST! Wifi in Nov 2022 Election, in 2020 4,001 votes more than the the voter roll states as reported in The Official Board of Canvassers Report, manipulation seemingly controlled results in Nebraskas votes discussed. SUGGESTION TO THE BOARD TO INVESTIGATE election issues in Douglas County and study of the Supreme Court case involving the Brunson Brothers, the case is involving those that refused to investigate at the Congressional level!

Antrim MI voting machines had an error rate of 68%. Analyst Jeff Lenberg found votes had been flipped & shows us how this occurs. It is the responsibility of your county clerk to certify the machines in an election. It is the responsibility of your county commissioners, county board of supervisors, and canvassing board to certify the whole county's election to be free, fair, and accurate with no hindrances. If there is any doubt, it should not be certified in any election. If it was not accurate in any past election, that election should be obviated declared null and void and a revote done! If 59% of the public doesn't believe the election machines are trustworthy and evidence is brought to Sheriff Wagner of results of output of these machines and faulty database problems that Dave Shively will not address, what can be done? We gave Sheriff Wagner affidavits of multiple ballots received by individuals, people that went to the polls and told they had already voted, 3 people mail in ballots and only 2 are received from the same address, we do not have names for 4001 votes that were counted above the voter roll totals statewide, in Lancaster over 200 voters are phantoms. An initial investigation should be made and if determined not his jurisdiction then it could be passed on. What if the FBI is corrupt. Will Sheriff Wagner protect Lancaster County Citizens

We brought Sheriff Wagner 39 affidavits 4 months ago, I will post the press release that details of the sworn affidavits we took to him asking for an investigation! We also described the Cast Vote Record and that in 85% of cases it shows an illegal election occurred. We have been denied this record dozens of times and asked him to investigate the resistance to providing this to citizens when it has been obtained in counties in other states with ES&S machines. We asked Sheriff Wagner AGAIN TO START AN INVESTIGATION INTO ELECTION FRAUD in Lancaster County we want a free and fair election that's our constitutional right and as a Sheriff his responsibility to protect from any hindrance in our elections!

Sheriff Wagner of Lancaster County said he is NOT a CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFF but believes in and follows the constitution. He said NO NEBRASKA SHERIFFs are Constitutional Sheriffs. This was very CONFUSING and uncomfortable!

He didn't read or understand, when we took the affidavits explaining the unusually high amount of 1, 2, 3 and 4 multiple ballots found with a majority in Lancaster County where I led canvassing and verified votes. I put cover pages explaining the potential fraud, duplicate votes in AZ Dr Shiva had found in his study of ballot envelopes! In Maricopa's election they did not report duplicates then when re-examined Dr Shiva found 17,000 duplicates. 1, 2, 3 and 4. He even found unsigned blank duplicates 2-3 days before the election in early voting as the cheaters cramed the ballot boxes with fake ballots. I believe if we were able to look in NE we would find duplicate votes as well. Nebraska is NOT IMMUNE FROM FRAUD IT HAPPEN ALL ACROSS THE U.S. Time to look again and start an investigation Sheriff Wagner!
