Today I walked up to the store and picked up a product by Superior Cannabis called Alien Moon Pie, and it make me pie-eyed. This bud was cured so nicely that you can roll or pack your bowl, it doesn’t burn up, I like it! While smoking this I felt a fast head high. Today we review our second subscription box from Hemper. The Candy Monster Box is not currently their box-of-the-month, so it's in the "theme boxes" archive going for $100 a pop, a far inflated price over their subscription rate of ~$35/monthly-box. The theme box price is not worth it, and the average out of this and the Chinese Takeout box we reviewed yesterday is just breaking even at the subscription rate. With that said, the glass pieces are imaginative, but you really buy this for the glass only. The rest of the boxes tend to repetitious filler. This is the "Chinese Takeout" theme which Hemper Box ran for their November selection. Bottom line: I've had more thrilling boxes, and while this was a decent effort and quality overall, it's not quite as much of a bargain as other cannabis industry boxes out there.
