One World in a New World with Brady Mick - Workplace Design Strategist
We take a deep dive into the sensemaking of design and strategy starting with reminiscing college days at Ball State University. Both of us had similar 'awakenings' that changed our outlook on life. Brady Mick is on sabbatical currently from strategic design and planning, having been a facilitator of process and workplace design.
His passion for co-creating cohesion in customer/vendor/production environments brought much sensemaking to his practice. Then a strange thing happen. He followed his gut feeling that he needed a change and left a leading education and workplace design and thought leadership firm. Although the workplace was a great experience, he felt there was still something more and took a leap of faith to find out.
Our chat explores the trending of organizational development that is springing from the archaic notions of the greats from the era of assembly and production. We explore the new(er) notions of sensemaking and emergence of real innovation in the co-creation of new agile systems within organizations.
Bringing the younger generation on board, Brady speaks to a surprising realization from observing his teenage son playing video games. Most of us are bereft of solutions for engaging teens beyond the gaming lifestyle they have today, often affecting school performance negatively. He sees something beyond that and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the re-framing.
This was a most enjoyable conversation that you'll enjoy, a real-life exploration of things that matter to all of us from personal growth to family to building community. What really is the 'age of enlightenment' as it relates to the evolution of humanity now? Are we moving into, as Brady calls it, the 'age of intuition.'
From Brady... I am designing my future. In this new reality, I imagine that:
“Status quo” is a creative challenge
Divergent and new ideas are welcome
Work process is for people to produce results in a positive experience
Purposeful design requires deep thinking
Teams are built on a strengths-based philosophy
Innovation is valued as equal to collaboration
Learning is currency
The future has meaning and purpose.

Zen is a rare spirit in pursuit of the higher value understanding we all need to thrive. Zen moves with confidence and insight thought the ethereal and the practical to achieve actionable knowledge. Zen had read widely in the plethora of thought offered to each of us, and has thought deeply about the meaning, value and beauty of what he has discovered. What a joy to work with him to build wisdom; the type of wisdom that brings pleasure to the struggles often faced in a business life. I recommend connecting with Zen and participating in his passion for connecting us to the next level evolution/revolution in our culture.

One World in a New World with Steve Bhaerman & Swami Beyondananda
Our conversation spins and twirls in the dance of the making sense humorously. We discuss his early comedic upbringing and surviving in Brooklyn. Then, onto his participation in creating an alternative school in Washington DC during the 60s. The circuity of comedy and conversation takes us through sharing sacred space in truth telling as well. Swami ultimately pronounces an upwising in the awareness of Americans toward the Heartland and our part in the Great Weset.
Steve Bhaerman is an internationally known author, humorist, and workshop leader. For the past 29 years, he has written and performed as Swami Beyondananda, the "Cosmic Comic." Swami's comedy has been called "irreverently uplifting" and has been described both as "comedy disguised as wisdom" and "wisdom disguised as comedy."
As the Swami, Steve is the author of Driving Your Own Karma (1989), When You See a Sacred Cow, Milk It For All It's Worth (1993), Duck Soup for the Soul (1999) and Swami for Precedent: A 7-Step Plan to Heal the Body Politic and Cure Electile Dysfunction (2004).
In his "past life" (before Swami), Steve started an alternative high school in Washington, D.C. and co-authored a book about his experiences, No Particular Place to Go: Making of a Free High School. A political science major, he later taught history to autoworkers at Wayne State University in Detroit as part of the Weekend College. In 1980, Steve co-founded Pathways Magazine in Ann Arbor, Michigan, one of the first publications bringing together holistic health, personal growth, spirituality, and politics. Subsequent to Pathways, Steve was a freelance writer and co-author with Don McMillan of Friends and Lovers: How to Meet the People You Want to Meet (Writer's Digest Books, 1986).
Since 2005, Steve has written a political blog with a spiritual perspective, Notes From the Trail, hailed as an encouraging voice "in the bewilderness." His latest book, written with cellular biologist Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is Spontaneous Evolution: Our Positive Future and a Way to Get There From Here (Hay House, 2009). Steve is active in transpartisan politics and the practical application of Spontaneous Evolution.
Steve currently helps comedians and non-comedians alike bring more joy and playfulness into their work, communicate more effectively through humor, and "humorize" their message. He continues to travel the US and the world performing cosmic comedy in his Swami persona.

One World in a New World with Jim Britt - Best Selling Author, Top 20 in Success Coaches
I invite a legend in the training industry, Jim Britt, to share his own awakening process and tasty tidbits of transcendence. Jim describes a process he went through while living in Sedona, where he had his own apocalypse. His story reflects an old saying I love. “No matter how far you have gone on the wrong road, turn back.” — Turkish proverb.
Jim looks into what being resourceful means and has a very interesting story about his learning process about it. Listen in to experience an accelerated learning curve with what Jim shares. His discovery and questions that evolved are compelling, involving the 'S' section of a very old dictionary in the UK. You'll enjoy the response from me with a similar dictionary story.
What about the programming we live by? How deep does it go? Jim shares about a woman who changes her life in a matter of hours by just changing how she thinks, with support. What kind of support are you getting? Is it for you benefit or detriment?
Spirituality, the Law of Attraction, the Sedona Method et al; move one to a higher level of acceptance and non-attachment. We chat about the apocalyptic moments of realization and the effect of changing your mindset and 'letting go.' Do you have an observer?
What would you ask millionaires or billionaires? Imagine if you had the opportunity. How are we coming out of Covid, Jim? Can we be more caring and compassionate toward one another? Looking back in order to glean the best experiences you've had, including mentors, what do you need to bring back today in order to co-create your 'new normal' today?
Diving further, how do you handle your beliefs? Listen to Jim's question to the Dalai Lama. We further explore how we interact with each other, the challenges we meet and how we overcome them. Perhaps you'll hear something that makes a difference for you. Thanks for the view.

One World in a New World with Dr. Erica Miller - Author, Clinical Psychologist, Holocaust Survivor
Remember to subscribe and share!
The wisdom of our elders is often diminished by their inability to share and our unwillingness to listen. Erica's life story is profound and our journey through the travesty to triumph of a holocaust survivor to her inspirationally-filled lifestyle today as a fearless example for others is replete with tasty tidbits of transcendence she shares here. She's bright and unabashed in her tales of transcendence.
Zen's conversational dance delivers diverse perspectives from Dr. Erica Miller's life story. The horrifying reality of her presence during the holocaust and the imagery she still carries is significant to her passion and purpose now. This octogenarian is still full of life and love for helping others and anticipates living to be well over 100.
As a clinical psychologist, our chat engages her perspectives and perceptions of how a fearless approach to life virtually eliminates destructive behavior patterns. The intertwining of passion and purpose bring the opportunities to share a greater confidence and inspiration for her audiences and example of a connected life. At 88 she continues to travel the world to deliver impactful and life-changing messages.
born on November 10, 1933 in Tshernovitz, Romania. For seven years, Erica and her family lived a “normal” life. At the tender age of seven, Erica and her family were among thousands of Jews herded into cattle cars and imprisoned in a Nazi holding camp in Mogilev, Ukraine.
After four years of indescribable oppression and deprivation, Erica, her parents, and her sister were liberated by the Russians. Erica had no formal education while in the concentration camp. Entering school for first time at age 11 (or fifth grade), she quickly learned the basics of reading, writing and math. Much to the surprise, and in some cases chagrin, of her teachers and classmates, she excelled at all three.
Her family immigrated to Israel in 1949, when she was 15. Erica attended high school at night while working during the day. Since education was not a priority at that time, receiving her high school diploma was an unusual accomplishment.
After high school, Erica, unlike other young girls, pursued her dream to join the Israeli Air Force. Committed to defending her country, she served proudly from 1954-1956, committed to defending her country. After her military service, she landed a prestigious job at the Israeli Government Tourist Information Office in Tel Aviv where she worked from 1956-1958.
Next, fate and opportunity took her life’s journey to Los Angeles, California, where she attended the University of Judaism (now American Jewish University) to pursue a degree in Hebrew education. While in Los Angeles, she met her future husband, Jerry Miller. Together they built a nest and filled it with two children.
In 1970, Erica returned to school and eight years later, graduated with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. Shortly afterwards, leveraging her unparalleled drive and her husband’s keen marketing skills, they opened a chain of mental health clinics throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. In addition, they ran California Diversion Intervention Foundation, a non-profit organization, offering programs to serve the needs of the substance abuse and domestic violence population referred by the Courts.
Today, in addition to public speaking, Dr. Miller oversees her family’s real estate business in Austin, Texas.
She’s written three books:
“The Dr. Erica Miller Story: From Trauma to Triumph,”

“Don’t Tell Me I Can’t Do It: Living Audaciously in the Here and Now”

One World in a New World with Dennis Pitocco, Chief ReImaginator @ 360° Nation
Please do subscribe and share with your friends and cohorts.
Zen climbs in the cabin with another coagulator of possibility who's brought delight and excitement to many by sharing their articles and stories on the BizCatalyst360.com website, as well as other social media platforms. It is an award-winning platform, though the guy behind it is certainly much more than just a publisher. Listen in...
Dennis and his wife enjoyed great careers. Dennis traveled the world for his position in the banking industry for a couple of decades, then decided to give back. They were in position to give back in a magnificent way, building 360° Nation into an ad-free reservoir of great authors from all over the world with over 26,000 articles to date.
His attitude and candor, support of humanity's next steps toward harmony, is replete with demonstrating the best in humanity.... giving back.
It’s time for a renaissance of pure, unbridled wonder. It’s time to renew in both our hearts and in our souls more joy, more kindness, more compassion, more understanding. And that magical sense of truly belonging to something greater than the status quo. The time is long overdue for a paradigm shift, pivoting from where we are to where many of us simply wish to be.
The time is now to come together as a thriving “conscious community” where people are bound together by choice –not chance nor edict –remaining together because they want to. Because they embrace and enjoy listening, respecting, empathizing, and supporting without judgment. A community where they feel welcome and safe. Where authentic relationships can be counted on without hesitation or reservation.
It’s time to bring the spirit of “humanity at its best” back to the forefront. Come along as we reimagine the spirit of humanity at its very best under the universal umbrella of 360° Nation.

Anton shares his vision for building regenerative villages in the UK. He will be sharing the key insights from his whitepaper (https://hotspaces.org/whitepaper) and discussing the importance of rural-urban partnership.

One World in a New World with Dr. Robert Gilman - Planetary Midwife
Zen dives into a discussion about harmony with self, others and nature with Dr. Robert Gilman, an astrophysicist, sustainability pioneer and someone who most definitely qualifies as a cultural “change-agent”. For over 30 years he's been on a mission to help communities around the world understand cultural transitions and encourages everyone to embody practices that will lead to a humane and sustainable future. He feels we are all planetary midwives in the era of change.
Our apocalyptic conversation engages systems thinking, reticence to move on to 'what's next' and the patterns, sequences and observation of an evolving civilization. Robert speaks to the bridge from being where we are to being where we want to go by making existing models, those impeding and imposing unnecessary patterns and systems, obsolete. His work offers a way to explore a way through our current dilemmas with his Bright Future course.
One phrase that stood out regarding the emerging future, Robert speaks of 'Covid the Destroyer, Covid the Illuminator, and Covid the Accelerator.
