This interview with Dr. Shaw is a must watch if you really want to get an idea of what is going on in the science and research world in relation to funding and how unbiased research gets out. He is an informative, funny and hopeful guest to interview. He is the author of over 150 peer reviewed papers and four books. The latest book is 'Dispatches from the Vaccine Wars' is released August 2021 and I'll be doing a follow up interview for CHDC to cover this as well. Dr. Shaw's Bio My laboratory's key focus over the last few years has been on the unusual neurological disease of Guam and the Western Pacific, ALS-parkinsonism dementia complex (ALS-PDC). I view this disease as a kind of neurological Rosetta Stone able to unlock some of the key questions in neurological disease research. For example: what are the causes of ALS, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's and what are the pre-clinical stages of each? Our approach has been to create an in vivo animal model in which we can look at behavioural changes in motor and cognitive functions, as well as systems, cellular and biochemical modifications as the disease process emerges over time. We have identified a novel class of neurotoxins in the course of our initial studies and are now beginning to understand the toxic mechanisms of action that lead to the death of neurons in the spinal cord and brain. The overall goal of this work is to identify key etiological factors involved in sporadic neurological disease and the early stages of the disease process. From the first could come effective prophylaxis; from the latter, early phase treatment before irreversible damage to the CNS has been done. A second theme to our work is to seek potential therapeutic agents for existing neurological disease states using the above, and other, animal models. In particular, we are focusing our attention on progranulin, a neuroepithelial growth factor, and on a class of molecules called ginsenosides. Preliminary data with progranulin suggests that the molecule can exert powerful neuroprotective effects and perhaps even reverse early phase neurodegeneration. The last aspect of our work, and one that is still emerging, is to look at the potential for compounds such as aluminum to be neurotoxic. We are interested in the types of aluminum compounds that can cause neurodegeneration, their route of administration, the impact of dose and duration, and the crucial but largely unexplored aspects of age and sex. These studies are just beginning, but show great promise to help us understand the origin of neurological disorders as diverse as autism spectrum disorder and Alzheimer's disease.

Sherry Strong, Alberta Director of CHDC speaks to Dr. Roger Hodkinson about how the C-shots are leading to the removal of our medical rights and freedoms. Dr. Roger Hodkinson received his general medical degrees from Cambridge University in the UK (M.A., M.B., B. Chir.) where he was a scholar at Corpus Christi College. Following a residency at the University of British Columbia he became a Royal College certified general pathologist (FRCPC) and also a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists (FCAP). He is in good Standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, and has been recognized by the Court of Queen’s Bench in Alberta as an expert in pathology.

Theo Fleury is a former NHL Hockey player and infamous for his tenacity, grit and determination. He's also know for speaking out and telling it like it is. His recent work with helping people heal from the trauma of sexual abuse. This is Dr. Steven Pelech, a tenured professor at UBC. He is a pro-vax scientist and doctor. See his bio below. Steven was the first pro-vax doctor I interviewed for CHDC and I'm sure when you finish listening to what he has to say and given his background that you would acknowledge he has NOTHING to gain from speaking out. Please listen with an open mind and heart as many lives depend on this. Biography & Research Interest: Dr. Pelech received his B.Sc. (1979, Honours) and Ph.D. (1982) degrees in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia (UBC). He undertook five years of postdoctoral training with Sir Philip Cohen at the University of Dundee in Scotland and Nobel laureate Dr. Edwin Krebs at the Howard Hughes Medical Center at the University of Washington in Seattle. In 1987, he was one of the founding scientists of the Biomedical Research Centre at UBC, and he joined the UBC faculty as an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine in 1988. He has been a full professor at UBC since 1997. Concurrently, Dr. Pelech was the principal founder of Kinetek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1992, and served as its president for 6 years. In 1999, he founded Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation, and has also been its president and chief scientific officer for over 19 years. Since 1988, Dr. Pelech has been an active member of the UBC Experimental Medicine Graduate Program Committee, a course instructor in graduate courses in this program (including MEDI-501, MED-502 and MEDI-590), and a direct research supervisor for over 12 graduate students and 150 undergraduate coop–education trainees. Dr. Pelech’s research is focused on mapping and tracking protein kinase-based cell signalling systems to identify diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for drug development for neurological disorders, cancer and diabetes. Experimental disease model systems under analyses in his lab relate to Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Friedreich’s Ataxia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cancer, and diabetes. Other systems under study pertain to the regulation of meiotic maturation of oocytes, mitotic cell cycle progression in human tumour cells, and insulin signalling for metabolic control. Dr. Pelech’s industrial/academic lab has developed and utilized novel proteomics strategies involving the production of antibodies, multi-immunoblotting and protein microarrays. The latest generation antibody microarray developed in his lab features 1300 different pan- and phosphosite-specific antibodies that are printed in quadruplicate on glass microscope slides to provide 5200 separate measurements of protein expression, modifications and interactions with other proteins and drugs. Dr. Pelech has authored over 230 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, over 250 blog commentaries on the GenomeWeb website and created the SigNET KnowledgeBank with 9 open-access websites containing over 3 million webpages of scientific information about genes, proteins and drugs.

Christine Coleback is a deeply private mother of 6 children who lost two of her children to vaccine injury. She doesn't like to be in front of the camera, she'd much prefer to be behind the scenes doing the scientific and legal research for CHDC. When I asked her to tell me her story she agreed reluctantly but you'll understand why she went out of her comfort zone to alert parents to the risks.

Amanda Forbes is a mother of a vaccine injured child who worked doggedly to reverse the injuries in her child. She's been a high profile advocate for vaccine safety and has worked with some of the most informed and credible experts on vaccine information in the world. Amanda was appointed President of Children's Health Defense Canada by Bobbi Kennedy and his team to head up the Canadian arm of the organization dedicated to protecting children from harmful environmental toxins and to advocate for safety.
