Today's Reading:
1 And they lived on the earth working so they could keep their bodies in good health. And they continued until the nine months of Ḥawwah’s pregnancy were over and the time drew near when she would give birth.
2 Then she said to Aḏam, “The tokens placed in this cave since we left the garden show it to be a pure place. We will be praying in it again in a while. Because of this, it is not appropriate that I should give birth in it. Let us instead go to the sheltering rock cave that was formed by the command of Elohim when Satan threw a big rock down on us in an attempt to kill us.”
3 Aḏam then took Ḥawwah to that cave. When the time came for her to give birth she strained very much. Aḏam felt pity for her and he was very worried about her because she was close to death and the Words of Elohim to her were being fulfilled: “You shall bear a child in suffering, and in sorrow shall you bring forth a child.”
4 But when Aḏam saw the distress Ḥawwah was in, he got up and prayed to Elohim, and said, “O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, look at me with the eye of Your mercy, and deliver her out of her distress.”
5 And Elohim looked at His maidservant Ḥawwah, and delivered her, and she gave birth to her first-born son, and with him a daughter.
6 Then Aḏam rejoiced at Ḥawwah’s deliverance, and also over the children she had given him. And Aḏam ministered to Ḥawwah in the cave until the end of eight days, when they named the son Qayin, and the daughter Luluwa.
7 The meaning of Qayin is “hater,” because he hated his sister in their mother’s womb, before they were born. Because of this, Aḏam named him Qayin.
8 But Luluwa means “beautiful,” because she was more beautiful than her mother.
9 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah waited until Qayin and his sister were forty days old, when Aḏam said to Ḥawwah, “We will make an offering and offer it up in behalf of the children.”
10 And Ḥawwah said, “We will first make one offering for the first-born son and then later we shall make one for the daughter.”

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 27 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 27 (Deuteronomy 27)
1 And Mosheh, with the elders of Yisra’ĕl, commanded the people, saying, “Guard all the Commands which I am commanding you today.
2 “And it shall be, on the day when you pass over the Yardĕn to the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you, that you shall put up for yourselves large stones, and plaster them with plaster,
3 and write on them all the Words of this Torah, when you have passed over, so that you go into the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you, ‘a land flowing with milk and honey,’ as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Elohim of your fathers has spoken to you.
4 “And it shall be, when you have passed over the Yardĕn, that on Mount Ĕyḇal you put up these stones, which I command you today, and you shall plaster them with plaster,
5 and build an altar to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim there, an altar of stones – do not use an iron tool on them.
6 “Build the altar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim with complete stones, and you shall offer burnt offerings on it to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim,
7 and shall offer peace offerings, and eat there, and rejoice before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
8 “And you shall write all the Words of this Torah on the stones – plainly and well.”
9 And Mosheh and the kohenim, the Lĕwites, spoke to all Yisra’ĕl, saying, “Be silent and hear, O Yisra’ĕl: This day you have become the people of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim,
10 and you shall obey the voice of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, and do His Commands and His Laws which I command you today.”
11 And Mosheh commanded people on that day, saying,
12 “These are to stand on Mount Gerizim to baraḵ the people, when you have passed over the Yardĕn: Shim’on, and Lĕwi, and Yahuḏah, and Yissasḵar, and Yosĕph, and Binyamin.
13 “And these are to stand on Mount Ĕyḇal to curse: Re’uḇĕn, Gaḏ, and Ashĕr, and Zeḇulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 “And the Lĕwites shall speak with a loud voice and say to all the men of Yisra’ĕl:
15 ‘Cursed is the man who makes a carved or moulded image, an abomination to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and puts it up in secret.’ And all the people shall answer and say, ‘Amĕn!’
16 ‘Cursed is he who makes light of his father or his mother.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
17 ‘Cursed is he who moves his neighbour’s boundary.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
18 ‘Cursed is he who misleads the blind in the way.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
19 ‘Cursed is he who twists the right ruling of the stranger, the fatherless, and widow.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
20 ‘Cursed is he who lies with his father’s wife, because he has uncovered his father’s bed.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
21 ‘Cursed is he who lies with any beast.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
22 ‘Cursed is he who lies with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
23 ‘Cursed is he who lies with his mother-in-law.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
24 ‘Cursed is he who smites his neighbour secretly.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
25 ‘Cursed is he who takes a bribe to slay an innocent being.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’
26 ‘Cursed is he who does not establish the Words of this Torah.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amĕn!’

Today's Reading:
1 Then Elohim considered the words of Aḏam that they were true, and that he could not wait long for His order, respecting the counsel of Satan.
2 And Elohim approved Aḏam in what he had thought concerning this, and in the prayer he had offered in His presence; and the Word of Elohim came to Aḏam and said to him, “O Aḏam, if only you had had this caution at first, before you came out of the garden into this land!”
3 After that, Elohim sent His messenger who had brought gold, and the messenger who had brought incense, and the messenger who had brought myrrh to Aḏam, that they should inform him respecting his marriage to Ḥawwah.
4 Then those messengers said to Aḏam, “Take the gold and give it to Ḥawwah as a wedding gift, and promise to marry her; then give her some incense and myrrh as a present; and be you both will be one flesh.”
5 Aḏam obeyed the messengers, and took the gold and put it into Ḥawwah’s bosom in her garment; and promised to marry her with his hand.
6 Then the messengers commanded Aḏam and Ḥawwah to get up and pray forty days and forty nights; when that was done, then Aḏam was to have sexual intercourse with his wife; for then this would be an act pure and undefiled; so that he would have children who would multiply, and replenish the face of the earth.
7 Then both Aḏam and Ḥawwah received the words of the messengers; and the messengers departed from them.
8 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah began to fast and pray, until the end of the forty days; and then they had sexual intercourse, as the messengers had told them. And from the time Aḏam left the garden until he wedded Ḥawwah, were two hundred and twenty-three days, that is seven months and thirteen days.
9 This was how Satan’s war with Aḏam was won by Aḏam and Satan was defeated.

DEḆARIM 26 (Deuteronomy 26)
1 “And it shall be, when you come into the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you as an inheritance, and you possess it and dwell in it,
2 that you shall take some of the first of all the fruits of the land which you bring from your land that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you, and shall put it in a basket and go to the place where 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim chooses to make His Name dwell there.
3 “And you shall come to the one who is kohĕn in those days, and say to him, ‘I shall declare today to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim that I have come to the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 swore to our fathers to give us.’
4 “And the kohĕn shall take the basket from your hand and place it before the altar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
5 “And you shall answer and say before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, ‘My father was a perishing Aramean, and he went down to Mitsrayim and sojourned there with few men. And there he became a nation, great, mighty, and numerous.
6 ‘But the Mitsrites did evil to us, and afflicted us, and imposed hard labour on us.
7 ‘Then we cried out to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Elohim of our fathers, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 heard our voice and saw our affliction and our toil and our oppression.
8 ‘And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 brought us out of Mitsrayim with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm, with great reverence and with signs and wonders.
9 ‘And He brought us to this place and has given us this land, “a land flowing with milk and honey.”
10 ‘And now, see, I have brought the first-fruits of the land which You, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, have given me.’ Then you shall place it before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, and bow down before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim,
11 and shall rejoice in all the good which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim has given to you and your house, you and the Lĕwite and the stranger who is among you.
12 “When you have completed tithing all the tithe of your increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, and have given it to the Lĕwite, to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, and they have eaten within your gates and have been satisfied,
13 then you shall say before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, ‘I have put away the qodesh portion from my house, and also have given it to the Lĕwite, and to the stranger, and to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all Your Command which You have commanded me. I have not transgressed Your Commands, nor have I forgotten.
14 ‘I have not eaten any of it when in mourning, nor have I removed any of it for any unclean use, nor given any of it for the dead. I have obeyed the voice of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 my Elohim, I have done according to all that You have commanded me.
15 ‘Look from Your qodesh dwelling place, from the shamayim, and baraḵ Your people Yisra’ĕl and the land which You have given us, as You swore to our fathers, “a land flowing with milk and honey.” ’
16 “Today 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is commanding you to do these Laws and Right-Rulings. And you shall guard and do them with all your heart and with all your being.
17 “You have today caused 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 to proclaim to be your Elohim, and to walk in His Ways and guard His Laws, and His Commands, and His Right-Rulings, and to obey His voice.
18 “And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has caused you to proclaim today to be His people, a treasured possession, as He has spoken to you, and to guard all His Commands,
19 so as to make you high above all nations which He has made, for a praise, and for a name, and for esteem, and for you to be a qodesh people to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, as He has spoken.”

Today's Reading:
1 Then Satan, and ten from his hosts, transformed themselves into maidens, with more grace than any others in the entire world.
2 They came up out of the river in front of Aḏam and Ḥawwah, and they said among themselves, “Come, we will look at the faces of Aḏam and Ḥawwah who are of the men on earth. They are beautiful and their faces look different than ours.” Then they came to Aḏam and Ḥawwah and greeted them, and they stood amazed at them.
3 Aḏam and Ḥawwah looked at them also, and wondered at their beauty, and said, “Is there another world under us with such beautiful creatures as these in it?”
4 And the maidens said to Aḏam and Ḥawwah, “Yes, indeed, many of us were created.”
5 Then Aḏam said to them, “But how do you multiply?”
6 And they told him, “We have husbands who have married us and we bear them children, who grow up and in turn marry and are married and also bear children. Thus we increase. O Aḏam, you will not believe us, we will show you our husbands and our children.”
7 Then they shouted over the river as if to call their husbands and their children. And men and children came up from the river, and every man came to his wife, and his children were with him.
8 But when Aḏam and Ḥawwah saw them, they stood speechless and were amazed at them.
9 Then they said to Aḏam and Ḥawwah, “See all our husbands and our children? You should marry Ḥawwah as we have married our husbands so that you will have children as we have.” This was the way Satan was to deceive Aḏam.
10 Satan also thought to himself, “Elohim at first commanded Aḏam concerning the fruit of the tree, saying to him, ‘Do not eat of it or else you shall die.’ But Aḏam ate of it but Elohim did not kill him. He only gave him by law death, plagues, and trials, until the day he shall leave his body.
11 But if I deceive him to do this thing and marry Ḥawwah without Elohim’s permission, Elohim will kill him.”
12 Therefore Satan worked this apparition before Aḏam and Ḥawwah, because he sought to kill him, and to make him disappear from off the face of the earth.
13 Meanwhile the fire of immorality came over Aḏam and he thought of committing transgression. But he restrained himself, fearing that if he followed the advice of Satan, Elohim would put him to death.
14 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah got up and prayed to Elohim, while Satan and his hosts went down into the river in front of Aḏam and Ḥawwah so they would see them going back to their own world.
15 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah went back to the Cave of Treasures, as they usually did around evening time.
16 And they both got up and prayed to Elohim that night. Aḏam remained standing in prayer but did not know how to pray because of the thoughts in his heart about marrying Ḥawwah. And he continued this way until morning.
17 When light came up, Aḏam said to Ḥawwah, “Get up, let us go below the mountain where they brought us gold and let us ask 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 concerning this matter.”
18 Then Ḥawwah said, “What is that matter, Aḏam?”
19 And he answered her, “That I may request 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 to inform me about marrying you because I will not do it without His permission or else He will kill you and me. For those devils have set my heart on fire with thoughts of what they showed us in their sinful visions.”
20 Then Ḥawwah said to Aḏam, “Why do we need to go to the foot of the mountain? Let us rather stand up and pray in our cave to Elohim to let us know whether this advice is good or not.”
21 Then Aḏam rose up in prayer and said, “O Elohim, you know that we transgressed against you, and from the moment we sinned we were stripped of our bright nature, and our body became brutish, requiring food and drink, and with animal desires.
22 Command us, O Elohim, not to give way to them without Your permission, for fear that You will turn us into nothing. If you do not give us permission we will be overcome and follow that advice of Satan, and You will again kill us.
23 If not, then take our souls from us and let us be rid of this animal lust. And if You give us no order about this thing then separate Ḥawwah from me and me from her, and place us each far away from the other.
24 Then, O Elohim, if You separate us from each other the devils will deceive us with their apparitions that resemble us, and destroy our hearts, and defile our thoughts towards each other. If our heart is not toward each other it will be toward them, through their appearance when the devils come to us in our likeness.” Here Aḏam ended his prayer.

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 25 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 25 (Deuteronomy 25)
1 “When there is a dispute between men, then they shall come unto judgment, and they shall be judged, and the righteous declared righteous and the wicked declared wicked.
2 “And it shall be, if the wicked is to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down and be beaten in his presence with the number of blows according to his wickedness.
3 “Forty blows he gives him but no more, lest he beat him with many more blows than these, and your brother be degraded before your eyes.
4 “Do not muzzle an ox while it is threshing.
5 “When brothers dwell together, and one of them has died, and has no son, the widow of the dead man shall not become a stranger’s outside. Her husband’s brother goes in to her, and shall take her as his wife, and perform the duty of a husband’s brother to her.
6 “And it shall be that the first-born son which she bears rises up for the name of his dead brother, so that his name is not blotted out of Yisra’ĕl.
7 “But if the man does not desire to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate to the elders, and say, ‘My husband’s brother refuses to raise up a name to his brother in Yisra’ĕl, he does not agree to perform the duty of my husband’s brother.’
8 “The elders of his city shall then call him and speak to him, and he shall stand and say, ‘I have no desire to take her,’
9 then his brother’s wife shall come to him in the presence of the elders, and remove his sandal from his foot, and shall spit in his face, and answer and say, ‘Thus it is done to the man who does not build up his brother’s house.’
10 “And in Yisra’ĕl his name shall be called, ‘The house of him who had his sandal removed.’
11 “When men fight together, a man with another, and the wife of one shall draw near to rescue her husband from the hand of the one attacking him, and shall put out her hand and seize him by the genitals,
12 then you shall cut off her hand – your eye does not pardon.
13 “You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a heavy and a light.
14 “You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small.
15 “You shall have a perfect and right weight, a perfect and right measure, so that they prolong your days on the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you.
16 “For all who do these, and all who do unrighteously, are an abomination to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
17 “Remember what Amalĕq did to you on the way as you were coming out of Mitsrayim,
18 how he met you on the way and attacked your back, all the feeble ones in your rear, when you were tired and weary. And he did not revere Elohim.
19 “Therefore it shall be, when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim has given you rest from your enemies all around, in the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you to possess as an inheritance, that you blot out the remembrance of Amalĕq from under the shamayim. Do not forget!

Today's Reading:
1 But when Aḏam heard these words from Satan, he sorrowed much, because of his oath and his promise. And he said, “Shall I commit adultery with my flesh and my bones, and shall I sin against myself, so that Elohim will destroy me and blot me out from the face of the earth?
2 First, I ate of the tree and He drove me out of the garden into this strange land and deprived me of my bright nature, and brought my death. If I do this, He will cut off my life from the earth, and He will cast me into Gĕy-Hinnom, and plague me there a long time.
3 But Elohim never spoke the words that you have said and you are not Elohim’s messengers. He did not send you. You are devils that have come to me under the false appearance of messengers. Away from me, you cursed of Elohim!”
4 Then the devils fled from Aḏam. And he and Ḥawwah got up and returned to the Cave of Treasures, and went into it.
5 Then Aḏam said to Ḥawwah, “If you saw what I did, don’t tell anyone because I sinned against Elohim in swearing by His Great Name, and I have placed my hand once again into that of Satan.” Ḥawwah then held her peace as Aḏam told her.
6 Then Aḏam got up and spread his hands before Elohim, beseeching and entreating Him with tears to forgive him of what he had done. And Aḏam remained standing and praying in that way for forty days and forty nights. He did not eat or drink until he dropped down on the ground from hunger and thirst.
7 Then Elohim sent His Word to Aḏam, who raised him up from where he lay, and said to him, “Aḏam, why have you sworn by My Name? Why have you made agreement with Satan again?”
8 But Aḏam cried and said, “O Elohim, forgive me. I did this unwittingly because I believed they were Elohim’s messengers.”
9 And Elohim forgave Aḏam and said to him, “Beware of Satan.”
10 And He withdrew His Word from Aḏam.
11 Then Aḏam’s heart was comforted, and he took Ḥawwah and they went out of the cave to prepare some food for their bodies.
12 But from that day Aḏam struggled in his mind about marrying Ḥawwah, because he was afraid that if he did it, Elohim would be angry with him.
13 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah went to the river of water, and sat on the bank, as people do when they enjoy themselves.
14 But Satan was jealous of them and planned to destroy them.

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 24 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 24 (Deuteronomy 24)
1 “When a man takes a wife and shall marry her, then it shall be, if she finds no favour in his eyes because he has found a matter of shamefulness in her, and he shall write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand, and send her out of his house,
2 and if she left his house and went and became another man’s wife,
3 and the latter husband shall hate her and write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand, and send her out of his house, or when the latter husband dies who took her to be his wife,
4 then her former husband who sent her away is not allowed to take her back to be his wife after she has been defiled, for that would be an abomination before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. And do not bring sin on the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you as an inheritance.
5 “When a man has taken a new wife, let him not go out into the army nor let any matter be imposed upon him. He shall be exempt one year for the sake of his home, to rejoice with his wife whom he has taken.
6 “No one takes in pledge the lower or the upper millstone, for he would be taking a life in pledge.
7 “When a man is found kidnapping any of his brothers of the children of Yisra’ĕl, and treats him harshly or sells him, then that kidnapper shall die. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst.
8 “Take heed, in an outbreak of leprosy, to diligently guard and do according to all that the kohenim, the Lĕwites, teach you. As I have commanded them, so you shall guard to do.
9 “Remember what 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim did to Miryam on the way when you came out of Mitsrayim.
10 “When you lend your brother a loan, do not go into his house to get his pledge.
11 “Stand outside, and let the man to whom you lend bring the pledge out to you.
12 “And if the man is poor, do not sleep with his pledge.
13 “By all means return the pledge to him at sundown, and he shall sleep in his own garment, and shall baraḵ you. And it shall be righteousness to you before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
14 “Do not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, of your brothers or of the strangers who is in your land within your gates.
15 “Give him his wages on the same day, and do not let the sun go down on it, for he is poor and lifts up his being to it, so that he does not cry out against you to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and it shall be sin in you.
16 “Fathers are not put to death for their children, and children are not put to death for their fathers, each is to die for his own sin.
17 “Do not twist the right-ruling of a stranger or the fatherless, nor take the garment of a widow.
18 “But you shall remember that you were a slave in Mitsrayim, and that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim redeemed you from there. Therefore I am commanding you to do this Word.
19 “When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, do not go back to get it. Let it be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow, so that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim might baraḵ you in all the work of your hands.
20 “When you beat your olive trees, do not examine the branch behind you. Let it be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
21 “When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, do not glean behind you. Let it be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
22 “And you shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Mitsrayim. Therefore I am commanding you to do this Word.

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 23 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 23 (Deuteronomy 23)
1 “One of wounded, mutilated or genitalia cut off, does not enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
2 “One of incestuous birth does not enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, even a tenth generation of his does not enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
3 “An Ammonite or Mo’aḇite does not enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, even a tenth generation of them does not ever enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄,
4 because they did not meet you with bread and water on the way when you came out of Mitsrayim, and because they hired against you Bil’am son of Be’or from Pethor of Aram Naharayim, to curse you.
5 “But 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim refused to listen to Bil’am, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim turned the curse into a beraḵah for you, because 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim loves you.
6 “Do not seek their peace nor their good, all your days, forever.
7 “Do not loathe an Eḏomite, for he is your brother. Do not loathe a Mitsrite, because you were a stranger in his land.
8 “The children of the third generation born to them do enter the assembly of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
9 “When the army goes out against your enemies, then you shall guard yourself from every evil matter.
10 “When there is any man among you who is not clean because of an emission in the night, then he shall go outside the camp. Let him not come into the midst of the camp.
11 “And it shall be, toward evening, that he bathes with water. And when the sun goes let him come into the midst of the camp.
12 “And you shall have a place outside the camp, where you shall go out,
13 and you shall have a sharp implement among your equipment, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig with it and turn and cover your excrement.
14 “For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you. Therefore your camp shall be qodesh, so that He does not see unclean matter among you, and shall turn away from you.
15 “You do not hand over to his master the slave who has escaped from his master to you.
16 “Let him dwell with you in your midst, in the place which he chooses within one of your gates, where it is pleasing to him. Do not oppress him.
17 “None of the daughters of Yisra’ĕl is to be a cult prostitute, nor any of the sons of Yisra’ĕl be a cult prostitute.
18 “Do not bring the hire of a whore or the pay of a dog to the House of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
19 “Do not lend at interest to your brother, interest of silver, interest of food, or interest of whatever is lent at interest.
20 “To a foreigner you lend at interest, but to your brother you do not lend at interest, so that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim might baraḵ you in all that you put your hand to in the land which you are entering to possess.
21 “When you make a vow to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, do not delay to pay it, for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is certainly requiring it of you, and it shall be sin in you.
22 “But when you abstain from vowing, it is not sin in you.
23 “That which has gone from your lips you shall guard and do, for you voluntarily vowed to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim what you have promised with your mouth.
24 “When you come into your neighbour’s vineyard, you shall eat to the satisfaction of your desire, but do not put any in a receptacle of yours.
25 “When you come into your neighbour’s standing grain, you shall pluck the heads with your hand, but do not use a sickle on your neighbour’s standing grain.

For every Scriptures we sell, we are able to get 1 prisoner in the US prison system a free 103 Book Large Print Restored Names Scriptures.
Today's Reading:
1 After this Satan, the hater of all that is good, took the form of a messenger, and two others with him. So, they looked like the three messengers who had brought to Aḏam gold, incense, and myrrh.
2 They came to Aḏam and Ḥawwah while they were under the tree, and greeted Aḏam and Ḥawwah with friendly words that were full of deceit.
3 But when Aḏam and Ḥawwah saw their friendly countenance and heard their sweet speech, Aḏam rose, welcomed them, and brought them to Ḥawwah and they remained all together. Aḏam’s heart was happy all the while because he thought that they were the same messengers, who had brought him gold, incense, and myrrh.
4 This was because when they came to Aḏam the first time peace and joy came over him from them because they brought him good gifts. So Aḏam thought that they had come a second time to give him other gifts to make him rejoice. He did not know it was Satan, therefore he received them with joy and associated with them.
5 Then Satan, the tallest of them, said, “Rejoice, Aḏam, and be glad. Look, Elohim has sent us to you to tell you something.”
6 And Aḏam said, “What is it?” Then Satan said, “It is a simple thing, but it is the Word of Elohim. Will you accept it from us and do it? If you will not accept it, we will return to Elohim and tell Him that you would not receive His Word.”
7 And Satan continued, saying to Aḏam, “Don’t be afraid and don’t shake. Don’t you know us?”
8 But Aḏam said, “I do not know you.”
9 Then Satan said to him, “I am the messenger that brought you gold and took it to the cave. This other messenger is the one that brought you incense. And that third messenger is the one who brought you myrrh when you were on top of the mountain. It was he who carried you to the cave.
10 It was our other fellow messengers who lifted you to the cave. Elohim has not sent them with us this time because He said to us, ‘You will be enough’.”
11 So when Aḏam heard these words he believed them, and said to the messengers, “Speak the Word of Elohim, and I will receive it.”
12 And Satan said to him, “Swear and promise me that you will receive it.”
13 Then Aḏam said, “I do not know how to swear and promise.”
14 And Satan said to him, “Hold out your hand and put it inside my hand.”
15 Then Aḏam held out his hand, and put it into Satan’s hand. Satan said to him, “Now say this; As Elohim who raised the stars in the shamayim, and established the dry ground on the waters, and has created me out of the four elements, and out of the dust of the earth, and is logical and true does speak, I will not break my promise, nor abandon my word.”
16 And Aḏam swore.
17 Then Satan said to him, “Look, some time has passed since you came out of the garden, and you do not know wickedness or evil. But now Elohim says to you, to take Ḥawwah who came out of your side, and marry her so that she will bear you children to comfort you and to drive from you trouble and sorrow. This thing is not difficult and there is nothing morally wrong in it for you.”

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 22 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 22 (Deuteronomy 22)
1 “When you see your brother’s ox or his sheep going astray, you shall not hide yourself from them. Return them to your brother without fail.
2 “And if your brother is not near you, or if you do not know him, then you shall bring it to your own house, and it shall be with you until your brother seeks it, then you shall return it to him.
3 “And so you do with his donkey, and so you do with his garment, and so you do with whatever your brother loses, which he has lost and you have found. You are not allowed to hide yourself.
4 “When you see your brother’s donkey or his ox fall down on the way, you shall not hide yourself from them. Help him raise them without fail.
5 “A woman does not wear that which pertains to a man, nor does a man put on a woman’s garment, for whoever does this is an abomination to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
6 “When you come upon a bird’s nest along the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, with the mother sitting on the young or on the eggs, do not take the mother with the young –
7 let the mother go without fail, and take the young for yourself, so that it might be well with you, and that you have prolonged days.
8 “When you build a new house, then you shall make a parapet for your roof, so that you do not bring blood-guilt on your house when one falls from it.
9 “Do not sow your vineyard with different kinds of seed, lest the yield of the seed which you have sown and the fruit of your vineyard be defiled.
10 “Do not plough with an ox and a donkey together.
11 “Do not put on a garment of different kinds, of wool and linen together.
12 “Make tassels on the four corners of the garment with which you cover yourself.
13 “When any man takes a wife, and shall go in to her, and shall hate her,
14 and shall make abusive charges against her and bring an evil name on her and say, ‘I took this woman, and when I came to her I did not find her a maiden,’
15 then the father and mother of the young woman shall take and bring out the proof of the girl’s maidenhood to the elders of the city at the gate.
16 “And the girl’s father shall say to the elders, ‘I gave my daughter to this man as wife, and he hates her.
17 ‘And see, he has made abusive charges against her, saying, “I did not find your daughter a maiden,” and yet these are the proofs of my daughter’s maidenhood.’ And they shall spread the garment before the elders of the city.
18 “And the elders of that city shall take that man and punish him,
19 and fine him one hundred pieces of silver and give them to the father of the young woman, because he has brought an evil name on a maiden of Yisra’ĕl. And she is to be his wife, he is not allowed to put her away all his days.
20 “But if the matter is true, that the girl was not found a maiden,
21 then they shall bring out the girl to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done wickedness in Yisra’ĕl, to whore in her father’s house. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst.
22 “When a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then both of them shall die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman. Thus you shall purge the evil from Yisra’ĕl.
23 “When a girl who is a maiden is engaged to a husband, and a man finds her in the city and lies with her,
24 then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and shall stone them to death with stones, the girl because she did not cry out in the city, and the man because he has humbled his neighbour’s wife. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst.
25 “But if a man finds the girl who is engaged in the field, and the man seizes her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die.
26 “But you shall do no matter to the girl. The girl has no sin worthy of death – for the matter is like a man who rises against his neighbour and kills him –
27 for he found her in the field, and she cried out the engaged girl, but without anyone to save her.
28 “When a man finds a girl who is a maiden who is not engaged, and he seizes her and lies with her, and they are found out,
29 then the man who lay with her shall give to the girl’s father fifty pieces of silver, and she is to be his wife because he has humbled her. He is not allowed to put her away all his days.
30 “A man does not take his father’s wife, nor uncover his father’s skirt.

2 So, Elohim sent His Word and raised Aḏam and Ḥawwah from death.
3 Then, when he was raised, Aḏam said, “O Elohim, You have burnt and taken the seeds which You had given us. You have emptied out the bucket of water. And You have sent Your messengers, who have caused us to lose our way from the corn field. Will You kill us? If this is from you, O Elohim, then take away our souls but stop punishing us.”
4 Then Elohim said to Aḏam, “I did not burn down the wheat, and I did not pour the water out of the bucket, and I did not send My messengers to lead you astray.
5 But it is Satan, your master who did it. It was he to whom you have subjected yourself, while setting My Commandment aside. It is He who burnt down the corn, and poured out the water, and who has led you astray. All the promises he has made you were just a trick, a deception, and a lie.
6 But now, Aḏam, you shall acknowledge My good deeds done to you.”
7 And Elohim told His messengers to take Aḏam and Ḥawwah, and to lift them up to the field of wheat, which they found as before with the bucket full of water.
8 There they saw a tree and found on it solid manna, and they were astonished at Elohim’s power. And the messengers commanded them to eat of the manna when they were hungry.
9 And Elohim admonished Satan with a curse, not to come again and destroy the field of corn.
10 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah took of the corn, and made an offering of it, and took it and offered it up on the mountain, at the place where they had offered up their first offering of blood.
11 And they offered this offering again on the altar they had built at first. And they stood up and prayed, and besought 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 saying, “O Elohim, when we were in the garden, our praises went up to you like this offering, and our innocence went up to you like incense. But now, O Elohim, accept this offering from us, and don’t turn us away or deprive us of Your mercy.”
12 Then Elohim said to Aḏam and Ḥawwah, “Since you have made this offering and have offered it to Me, I shall make it My Bĕn’s flesh when He comes down on earth to save you. I shall cause it to be offered continually on an altar for forgiveness and mercy for those who partake of it appropriately.”
13 Then Elohim sent a bright fire over the offering of Aḏam and Ḥawwah and filled it with brightness, grace, and light. And the Ruaḥ ha’Qodesh came down on that offering.
14 Then Elohim Commanded a messenger to take fire tongs, like a spoon, and take an offering and bring it to Aḏam and Ḥawwah. And the messenger did so as Elohim had Commanded him, and offered it to them.
15 And the souls of Aḏam and Ḥawwah were brightened, and their hearts were filled with joy and gladness and with the praises of Elohim.
16 And Elohim said to Aḏam, “This shall be a custom to you to perform when affliction and sorrow should come over you. But your deliverance and your entrance in to the garden, shall not be until the days are fulfilled as agreed between you and Me. If it were not for this, I would bring you back to My garden and to My favor and My mercy and pity for you, for the sake of the offering you have just made to My Name.”
17 Aḏam rejoiced at these words, which he heard from Elohim. And Aḏam and Ḥawwah worshipped before the altar, to which they bowed, and then went back to the Cave of Treasures.
18 And this took place at the end of the twelfth day after the eightieth day (92 days), from the time Aḏam and Ḥawwah came out of the garden.
19 And they stood up the entire night praying until morning. Then they went out of the cave.
20 Then Aḏam said to Ḥawwah, with joy in his heart, because of the offering they had made to Elohim that had been accepted by Him, “Let us do this three times every week, on all the days of our life.”
21 And as they agreed on these words and Elohim was pleased with their thoughts and with the decision they made.

DEḆARIM 21 (Deuteronomy 21)
1 “When anyone is found slain, lying in the field in the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you to possess, and it is not known who smote him,
2 then your elders and your judges shall go out, and they shall measure the distance from the slain man to the cities round about.
3 “And it shall be that the elders of the city nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer which has not been worked and which has not pulled with a yoke,
4 and the elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a wadi with flowing water, which is neither ploughed nor sown, and they shall break the heifer’s neck there in the wadi.
5 “And the kohenim, the sons of Lĕwi, shall come near, for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim has chosen them to serve Him and to baraḵ in the Name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and by their command every strife and every stroke.
6 “And let all the elders of that city nearest to the slain man wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the wadi.
7 “And they shall answer and say, ‘Our hands have not shed this blood, nor have our eyes seen it.
8 ‘O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, forgive Your people Yisra’ĕl, whom You have redeemed, and do not allow innocent blood in the midst of Your people Yisra’ĕl.’ And the blood-guilt shall be pardoned to them.
9 “Thus you purge the guilt of innocent blood from your midst when you do what is right in the eyes of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
10 “When you go out to fight against your enemies, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim shall give them into your hand, and you shall take them captive,
11 and shall see among the captives a woman lovely of form, and shall delight in her and take her for your wife,
12 then you shall bring her home to your house, and she shall shave her head and trim her nails,
13 and put aside the mantle of her captivity, and shall dwell in your house, and mourn her father and her mother a month of days. And after that you shall go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.
14 “And it shall be, if you are not pleased with her, then you shall let her go at her desire, but you do not sell her at all for silver. Do not treat her harshly, since you have humbled her.
15 “When a man has two wives, one loved and the other unloved, and they have borne him children, both the loved and the unloved, and the first-born son is of her who is unloved,
16 then it shall be, on the day he makes his sons to inherit his possessions, he is not allowed to treat the son of the beloved wife as first-born in the face of the son of the unloved, who is the first-born.
17 “But he is to acknowledge the son of the unloved wife as the first-born by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the beginning of his strength – the right of the first-born is his.
18 “When a man has a wayward and rebellious son who is not listening to the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have disciplined him, does not listen to them,
19 then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city,
20 and shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This son of ours is wayward and rebellious. He is not listening to our voice, he is a glutton and a drunkard.’
21 “Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst. And let all Yisra’ĕl hear, and revere.
22 “And when a man has committed a sin worthy of death, then he shall be put to death and you shall hang him on a tree.
23 “Let his body not remain overnight on the tree, for you shall certainly bury him the same day – for he who is hanged is accursed of Elohim – so that you do not defile the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you as an inheritance.

DEḆARIM / Deuteronomy 20 - I Read My Scriptures! ❤️ 📖
DEḆARIM 20 (Deuteronomy 20)
1 “When you go out to battle against your enemies, and shall see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them, for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim, who brought you up from the land of Mitsrayim, is with you.
2 “And it shall be, when you draw near to the battle, that the kohĕn shall come and speak to the people,
3 and shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: You are drawing near today to battle with your enemies. Do not let your heart faint, do not fear, or tremble, or be afraid before them,
4 for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.’
5 “And the officers shall speak to the people, saying, ‘Who is the man who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man dedicate it.
6 ‘And who is the man who has planted a vineyard and has not begun to use it? Let him also go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man should begin to use it.
7 ‘And who is the man who is engaged to a woman and has not taken her? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man take her.’
8 “And the officers shall speak further to the people, and say, ‘Who is the man who is afraid and tender of heart? Let him go and return to his house, lest the heart of his brothers faint like his heart.’
9 “And it shall be, when the officers have finished speaking to the people, that they shall appoint commanders of the divisions to lead the people.
10 “When you draw near to a city to fight against it, then you shall make a call for peace to it.
11 “And it shall be that if it accepts your call for peace, and shall open to you, then all the people found in it are to be your compulsory labour, and serve you.
12 “But if it does not make peace with you, and shall fight against you, then you shall besiege it,
13 and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim shall give it into your hands, and you shall smite every male in it with the edge of the sword.
14 “Only the women, and the little ones, and the livestock, and all that is in the city, all its spoil, you take as plunder for yourself. And you shall eat the enemies’ plunder which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim gives you.
15 “Do so to all the cities which are very far from you, which are not of the cities of these nations.
16 “Only, of the cities of these peoples which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim gives you as an inheritance, you do not keep alive any that breathe,
17 but you shall certainly put them under the ban: the Ḥittite and the Amorite and the Kena’anite and the Perizzite and the Ḥiwwite and the Yeḇusite, as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim has commanded you,
18 lest they teach you to do according to all their abominations which they have done for their mighty ones, and you sin against 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim.
19 “When you besiege a city for a long time by fighting against it to take it, you do not destroy its trees by wielding an axe against them. If you do eat of them, do not cut them down. For is the tree of the field a man to be besieged by you?
20 “Only the trees which you know are not trees for food you do destroy and cut down, to build siege-works against the city that is fighting against you, until it falls.

For every Scriptures we sell, we are able to get 1 prisoner in the US prison system a free 103 Book Large Print Restored Names Scriptures.
Today's Reading:
1 When the morning of the day after they had eaten food came, Aḏam and Ḥawwah prayed in the cave, and Aḏam said to Ḥawwah, “Look, we asked Elohim for food, and He gave it. But now let us also ask Him to give us a drink of water.”
2 Then they got up, and went to the bank of the stream of water, that was on the south border of the garden, which they had thrown themselves in before. And they stood on the bank, and prayed to Elohim that He would Command them to drink the water.
3 Then the Word of Elohim came to Aḏam, and said to him, “O Aḏam, your body has become brutish, and requires water to drink. Take some and drink it, you and Ḥawwah, then give thanks and praise.”
4 Aḏam and Ḥawwah then went down to the stream and drank from it, until their bodies felt refreshed. After they drank, they praised Elohim and then returned to their cave, as was their custom. This happened at the end of eighty-three days.
5 Then on the eighty-fourth day, they took the two figs and hung them in the cave together with the leaves of the figs. To them these were a sign and a beraḵah from Elohim. And they placed them there so that if their descendants came there they would see the wonderful things Elohim had done for them.
6 Then Aḏam and Ḥawwah stood outside the cave again and asked Elohim to show them some food with which they could nourish their bodies.
7 Then the Word of Elohim came and said to him, “Aḏam, go down west of the cave until you come to a land that has dark soil, and there you will find food.”
8 And Aḏam obeyed the Word of Elohim and took Ḥawwah, and went down to a land that had dark soil and found wheat growing ripe in the ear, and figs to eat; and Aḏam rejoiced over it.
9 Then the Word of Elohim came again to Aḏam, and said to him, “Take some of this wheat and make yourselves some bread with it, to nourish your body.” And Elohim gave Aḏam’s heart wisdom to work the corn until it became bread.
10 Aḏam accomplished it all until he grew very faint and weak. He then returned to the cave rejoicing at what he had learned and what he had done with the wheat, until it was made into bread.

DEḆARIM 19 (Deuteronomy 19)
1 “When 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim cuts off the nations whose land 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you, and you dispossess them and dwell in their cities and in their houses,
2 separate three cities for yourself in the midst of your land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you to possess.
3 “Prepare a way for yourself, and divide into three parts the border of your land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you to inherit, that anyone who killed someone shall flee there.
4 “And this is the matter of the one who killed someone who flees there and live: He who smites his neighbour unintentionally, not having hated him in time past,
5 even he who goes to the forest with his neighbour to cut timber, and his hand swings a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slips from the handle and strikes his neighbour so that he dies – let him flee to one of these cities and live,
6 lest the revenger of blood, while his displeasure is hot, pursue the one who killed someone and overtake him, because the way is long, and shall smite him, though he was not worthy of death, since he had not hated him before.
7 “Therefore I am commanding you, saying, ‘Separate three cities for yourself.’
8 “And if 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim enlarges your border, as He swore to your fathers, and has given you the land which He promised to give to your fathers –
9 when you guard all this Command to do it, which I am commanding you today, to love 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim and to walk in His Ways all the days then you shall add three more cities for yourself besides these three,
10 so that innocent blood is not shed in the midst of your land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you as an inheritance, or blood-guilt shall be upon you.
11 “But when anyone hates his neighbour, and shall lie in wait for him and rise against him and smite the life from him so that he dies, then he shall flee to one of these cities,
12 and the elders of his city shall send and bring him from there, and give him into the hand of the revenger of blood, and he shall die.
13 “Your eye shall not pardon him, but you shall purge the blood of the innocent from Yisra’ĕl, so that it might be well with you.
14 “Do not remove your neighbour’s boundary, which those in the past have bound, in your inheritance which you inherit in the land that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim is giving you to possess.
15 “One witness does not rise up against a man concerning any wickedness or any sin that he commits. At the mouth of two witnesses or at the mouth of three witnesses a matter is established.
16 “When a malicious witness rises up against any man to accuse him of turning aside,
17 then both men who have the dispute shall stand before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, before the kohenim and the judges who serve in those days.
18 “And the judges shall diligently search and see if the witness is a false witness, who has falsely accused his brother,
19 then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst.
20 “And let the rest hear and revere, and never again do this evil matter in your midst.
21 “And let your eye not pardon, life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
