Who has not heard of the mysterious sudden cardiac deaths that are occurring around the world? They are only the tip of an iceberg. Otherwise, plasmids will also end up in the packages. Kevin McKernan discovered that this crucial step of removing plasmid DNA had not been assiduously undertaken. Huge amounts of plasmid DNA were found in packaged form that guaranteed their successful delivery to cells. Kevin's work has been replicated now in other laboratories. Several are represented at today's panel. Cell uptake of whole or fragmented plasmids alters the entire set of DNA instructions and by definition, equates with alteration of the genome. Heed that the nuclear envelope breaks down when a cell divides so that foreign DNA can gain proximity to and become encased with chromosomes in newly formed nuclei of daughter cells. Whole recipes will cause production of whole products, and continued production of any non self protein will provoke long term inflammation and organ damage throughout the body. Vessel walls will be damaged. Bleeding and blood clot formation are inevitable consequences. Tissues will die for lack of oxygen. The heart is one organ that cannot replace dead cells. Reflect on transplant rejection. You get my kidney. You reject my kidney. Non self is not tolerated even within the same species of humans. And if after first failure, a repeat attempt is made, you get my second kidney, an explosive rejection follows. Fast and furious. The same principle underlies the ever increasing intensity of adverse events following in the wake of booster RNA injections. The numbers of packaged RNA copies administered with each injection are gigantic. Myriad immune attack events will erupt throughout the body that can only halt when production of the alien protein comes to an end. How long will this take? Just a few days? As the vaccine manufacturers, the vaccine perpetrators, and recently, the Nobel Prize committee, are not weary to assert? An alarming finding surfaced over the past year that was not consolable with that assertion. More than 1 billion copies are administered with each injection into the human body. Mass production of mRNA requires mass availability of the DNA templates. How can this be achieved? You have just heard that this is done because the billions and trillions of copies of the DNA recipes are derived from bacteria. The recipes are contained in minute bacterial chromosomes that are turned plasmids. Plasmids are easily manipulated. Foreign recipes, like the genes encoding for viral proteins, can be inserted. Following bacterial multiplication, the plasmids are harvested and used as templates for production of the RNA copies. The RNA molecules are then packaged into tiny fatty globules termed lipid nanoparticles. The packaging material is essential to protect RNA from destruction so that it can travel in the bloodstream to reach all organs of the body. There, the lipid nanoparticles act as Trojan horses. They are taken up by the cells, their cargo is released within and the recipe's direct production of the gene product, that is displayed on the windowsill. What everyone simply must know is that outside the cell, security guards are on the watch. All is well when a cake is produced according to a recipe originating from one's own book of life, one's own genome—but, woe if the recipe originates from an alien book, then the security guards, our immune system, will leap into action and attack that cell." Kevin McKernan: "What's the call to action? We've put these primer sequences public, anyone can download them. Anyone can replicate this. If you're not comfortable doing that, we're making some kits to enable this for pathologists. We've been asked for these from blood banks, sperm banks, fertility clinics, people interested in breast milk, transplant organs and biopsies. So there should be about 5,000 of these tests ready in late November. This is a time for us now to get CLIA labs going and to get IRBs in place so we can begin to measure this in patients that have been injured." Well, there's some papers out there suggesting it's prothrombotic. It can create an interferon response. Keith Peden has published at the FDA some of the risks of genome integration that can occur. [...] We also know the DNA is packaged. We've done some studies adding a nucleus to the vaccine. It does not change the CT scores. That tells you that the DNA is packaged inside the LNPs, which means it's transfection ready." "I think everyone's familiar that we can find this stuff everywhere in the body now. The biodistribution studies touch on this, and now papers are coming out showing this in the heart. To touch on your point about cancer, we are always cancering. It's just when mutagenesis outpaces the immune system that you begin to notice it. You usually need more than one thing to cause cancer. So increasing the DNA alone may not do it. It may increase the mutagenesis rate [...] The third point we have is that there's some papers suggesting we're inhibiting the guardians of the genome, p53 and BRCA1. So, all three of these things create a perfect storm that may be responsible for the cancer rise that we're seeing."

Kevin McKernan: "What I want to touch on today is some new data (https://osf.io/mjc97/) that just came from David Speicher's lab. He studied 24 vials. This is the largest study done to date. [...] He went through 24 different vials, eight from Pfizer, twelve from Moderna. And he's also finding DNA contamination in every one of these vials. The Moderna vials are below the ten nanogram FDA limit, which we're going to touch on why that number is a bit arbitrary based on how you measure it, but the Pfizer vials, three of them, were all over the limit. And if you chart these with the adverse events, Jessica Rose will be touching on this perhaps a bit later, the adverse events seem to stack with the vials that have higher DNA concentrations. If you put this through a dose response curve, David Wiseman put this together, you can see that there does seem to be a response with the small number of samples that we have based on dose." Gavin Nascimento joins us from South Africa to discuss his e-book, 'A History of Elitism, World Government & Population Control'. He believes that humanity has been deliberately kept in a state of ignorance and unawareness by those whom WCH Steering Committee member Shabnam Palesa Mohamed describes as the ‘parasite class’, in order to continue profiting from our exploitation. Many of the worst assaults on humanity have been covered up under layers of deception, resulting in most people being unable to recognise the evidence that we are under attack by this parasite class. Gavin believes that we can use historical patterns as evidence of this malign intent: “Historically speaking … there are certain immutable patterns. And once you see these patterns you can almost make a scientific observation because the outcome becomes predictable … if it’s been done before, it can be done again. Kevin McKernan: "Several other people have replicated this. It started with a group in Japan who took our sequence data and reassembled it, and actually found the same vector that we found. Some other folks were playing around with PCR, finding low levels of DNA, but they found DNA indeed in Japan. I've heard a rumor through Twitter that some folks in France in Didier Raoult's Lab found DNA as well. I've not seen the methods yet, but we're open to further discussion on that. William Engel has also sequenced his own vials in Europe and found the Pfizer sequence as well." Full video: https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/multimedia/kevin-mckernan-plasmid-mrna-vaccines/ "But this shouldn't surprise anybody, because the EMA made note of the high variance of DNA contamination in the Pfizer vials that were presented to them, an 815 fold variance in just the ten vials that they were given. The EMA didn't measure this. This is data that Pfizer gave to the EMA. Since then, more quantitative reproduction has been done with Phillip Buckhaults' work. He has actually replicated this with our qPCR assays. He's also sequenced this with Oxford Nanopore and has found the fragment size distribution. Dr Sin Lee Hang has done replication of this on Sanger sequencing. Now, this was not quantitative replication, but it did give us a nice Sanger of gold standard confirmation that the primers we're using, in fact, target this vector. And I think you're going to hear later today, Brigitte König has also replicated this in Germany. The reason I emphasize this is that half of the papers that come through peer review can't be reproduced. So the attention should be on reproduction, not on peer review."

Kevin McKernan: "Why do we care about SV40? [...] It binds transcription factors that drags any DNA attached to it into the nucleus. So, it's actually a well published tool for gene therapy. If you want to get DNA into the nucleus, this is the shuttle that you use to get it done. If you have lipid nanoparticles that are encapsulating this material, you now have a Trojan horse to get into the cells as well." One that targets the vector, this bacterial origin of replication, inside of the plasmid, and the other one that targets the spike protein. We have a third assay now that we're working on as well to track the presence of this SV40 promoter. In particular, biopsies of interest. The quantitative PCR of this will give you numbers that don't add up to 35%. It's much lower than that with PCR, and I'm going to explain why. PCR does not capture every piece of DNA that's in the vials. But if you take a 1:100 dilution of these things, you'll get CTs in the 22 range. That puts them in around the 17 range if you shoot them straight in. For context, when you're getting a Covid test, you could be called positive at a CT of 35. This is a log two scale. That's about a million times less material than what we're injecting into people with the actual vaccine. So a Covid test might call you positive at 35, we're injecting stuff that's closer to 17, a million times more concentrated than what you'll see that you can be called positive from the actual nasal test."

Kevin McKernan: "This all started back in April with this preprint where we did this RNA sequencing that Mark [Trozzi] was just mentioning. [...] What is not in that preprint is something that Retsef Levi and Josh Guetzkow presented in the BMJ, which is that the vials that were in fact approved are not the vials that were given to the public. The clinical trial was run on something known as Process 1 that used PCR to make the DNA that was going to then turn into the RNA to make the spike protein. Once the trial was complete, they switched. This is a big bait and switch. They moved to a production process that manufactured this DNA in E.coli. And with that, comes a different risk." "Upon sequencing these, I think the most striking revelation was that the Pfizer vaccines actually had a component that was not disclosed to the regulators. This plasmid map on the right is what was disclosed to the EMA. And there is no mention of the SV40 components that are that are now known to be inside this DNA sequence. The plasmid on the left is what we actually found, very similar in length, but has all of these other components in it that are not disclosed to the regulators, nor to the patients taking these." That is, a dose, or certainly serial doses every six months, there is a sufficient body of knowledge now for us to believe that they could promote cancer. Now, rates of cancer are up in every single cancer surveillance system. None of the cancer surveillance systems have merged this with vaccine administration. I can tell you as an internist and cardiologist, my concern is that it's a cumulative dosing effect and underlying susceptibility will be important. Those with p53 and BRCA1 related tumors, I am greatly concerned that they could be at risk in taking multiple injections. Those who have problems with DNA repair or have had considerable exposure to other various environmental exposures that impair DNA repair, like radiation for instance, there would be a great concern for a secondary tumor. And then lastly, those with incipient subclinical or not yet diagnosed cancers, or those with cancers in remission, now we have the situation where multiple administrations of a Covid-19 vaccine could accelerate the progression of that cancer. I think there's probably no better term that's come up for the concern here than 'turbo cancer.' [...] I believe turbo cancer now is conceivably very possible. In the setting of a susceptible person taking multiple injections of the genetic messenger RNA vaccines, where we have a great concern over safety in four domains, previously cardiovascular, neurologic, immunologic and hematologic, but now oncologic concerns, that the Covid vaccines indeed could cause, promote, or accelerate cancer." The hearing, moderated by WCH Steering Committee members Dr Mark Trozzi and Christof Plothe, DO, was held virtually 9 October 2023 and addressed the implications of these findings for all people of the world. There should be an immediate stop to the injections. 2. Tests should be available to the public to detect circulating spike proteins and genomic integration. 4. Treatment (spike detox) and compensation of victims must be made available. The WCH provides various treatments on its website. 5. The level of criminality relating to the Covid-19 event cannot be ignored. Investigation, prosecution, reconciliation, and compensation must follow. 6. Education of health care workers and the public is needed. The knowledge shared in this session must be made available so that the injections can be stopped. 7. Censored experts should be restored to their positions. They can lead the way to a better future. The last words belong to Dr Jessica Rose: “I feel really grateful to be among you guys—that we’re doing this, that we’re persisting. It’s such high-quality work that we’re bringing to the public together. It’s the only thing we can do, and I think we’re doing a great job considering what we’re up against. I think this will reach a lot of people. If there is going to be a turning point away from the normalisation of this platform, this is a good one. I appreciate being involved and really hope that this will open the eyes of the many important people we need, so we can turn this around and help people, because a lot of people need it.”

The World Council for Health hosted an emergency hearing on 9 October 2023 featuring Australian attorney Katie Ashby-Koppens and eight other leading experts to determine what is currently known about #PlasmidGate and the presence of bacterial DNA and genetic sequences found in vials of Covid-19 mRNA ‘vaccines’ manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Our expert panel addressed the implications of these findings for all people of the world. She is urging the Australian regulators to assume responsibility for conducting thorough examinations of these products to ascertain their freedom from contamination and guarantee their overall safety, as they are paid to do. During her presentation, Ashby-Koppens explains why Covid-19 mRNA 'vaccines' meet the criteria of a genetically modified organism (GMO). She issued a cautionary statement regarding the many new manufacturing facilities being established around the world, which proudly claim the ability to produce "at least a hundred million vaccines a year" using this "mRNA technology.”
