During the White House press briefing on Friday, Press Secretary Jen Psaki was blindsided by a reporter when she learned that Joe Biden had signed an executive on Tuesday resuming catch and release on the border. The Biden order allows illegal immigrants to remain in the US while awaiting immigration proceedings.
