Moni worked in china as a teacher for a couple of years, she describes how people are being locked up in their apartments, not being given any food, unable to set foot outside to forage for food for fear of arrest and incarceration. Moni also describes China's social credit system ,social credit system is a government program being implemented nationwide to regulate its citizens’ behavior based on a point system. Citizens with higher scores have had an easier time getting bank loans, free medical check-ups and discounts on heating. Points have been deducted for traffic violations, selling faulty products or defaulting on loan payments. In some cases, people with bad social credit scores have been barred from buying airline or train tickets. Freedom fighter Aida gives an update on Tahra Ahmed 51 who was sentenced to 11 months in a category (A) prison for posting Anti-Semitic remarks regarding the Grenfell fire incident. Ahmed denied any wrongdoing, claiming her posts were political rather than discriminatory. However, following a trial at the Old Bailey, she was found guilty of two counts of stirring up racial hatred by publishing written material and sentenced to 11 months behind bars. The infamous blaze took the lives of 72 people, with 70 others injured and 223 managing to escape. It's one of the UK's worst modern disasters, and inquiries into the incident are still taking place nearly five years later. It completes the UFP Declaration of Journalistic Principles and Integrity and is freely adopted by willing signatories. The Charter is based on major texts of international law, in particular the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and with full consideration and reverence to the inalienable Natural Rights which form the basis of free speech and Equity under Common Law. It is also aligned with and mirrors the International Federation of Journalists Charter of Ethics. It contains 16 articles plus a preamble and defines all signatories and journalists’ duties and rights regarding ethics.
