10 years later, murder of pregnant woman remains unsolved
The Brown County Coroner's Office determined two bullets hit Brittany Stykes and at least three struck the driver's side door of her vehicle. The coroner did not find gunshot residue at the site of the murder, indicating Brittany was not shot at close range. She also had several abrasions to her face, right arm and fingers, as well as abrasions to her right leg.

40 Firefighters respond to burning apartment in OTR
Three people are displaced after an apartment fire in Over-the-Rhine, the Cincinnati Fire Department said in a press release. Around 3 a.m. Friday, 40 firefighters responded to the report of a burning apartment building above the Macaron Bar on Main Street. When they arrived, they saw smoke coming from the top floor of the 5 story building. Investigators said the fire started in the ceiling area between the fourth and fifth floors. Thankfully, they were quickly able to control the fire.

Man shot dead outside hotel, two others suffering gunshot wounds
One person is dead after a shooting outside a Clifton hotel, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. Cincinnati police were called to the hotel on Central Parkway at around 10:40 p.m. Monday night for a report of a person shot. When they arrived, they found a 34-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound; the man was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Cincinnati police said not long after that, two additional people showed up at area hospitals with gunshot wounds. Police did not provide information on how badly they are hurt.
