The web articles about young men of high school age trending conservative first appeared in July 2023. It took me that long to think through the podcast idea (as much as I think through anything) and of a person I might know who might fit the description and to get around to setting up the interview. Enter "Skeeter". I first met him when he was about 12 years old at a funeral. Now about twenty, he's nothing like the lost little boy I first encountered. He's much more. In this interview you'll get to meet him. Maybe he'll remind you of someone you know in your family or community circle. In any event, the next wave of patriots will not be us as our time is now and will eventually close. But, maybe they might resemble us in some way if not any patriot from any section of history at their core. This is a freeform discussion and not like any VATP podcast produced thus far. One thing I've learned from "Skeeter" is that any impact you can make, deliberate or accidental in a young man's life has far reaching effect. Please leave a comment.

By deception, misrepresentation, and domestic complicity. And, as the title suggests - The Trojan Horse is inside the gates. Commander John Hooper is a native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. He is third-generation U.S. Coast Guard member. His passion is national security, and he has spent his entire adult life as a national security practitioner and educator. He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in December 2010 with 32 years’ service. His service ashore includes four tours with the U.S. Navy, on the Joint Staff, and as the first CG liaison to the National Guard Bureau. Since retiring in 2010 he has been a civilian defense contractor as a Sr. Naval Analyst for the Chief of Naval Operations, and Sr. Defense Strategy Analyst/Planner for the U.S. Army, and Office of the Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense. He is currently a Sr. Defense Strategist/Planner for the National Guard Bureau’s J55 staff. He holds three graduate degrees in Military Studies and National Security Affairs from the U.S. Naval War College, American Military University, and the Royal Military College of Canada. Since 2008 he has been an Adjunct Professor for the U.S. Naval War College of Distance Education, teaching “Strategy and Warfare”, “Joint Maritime Operations” and “Maritime Homeland Defense/Security”.

As the National Spokesman for the American Conservative Agenda, Nelson went to Mar-a-Lago to present 23,000 Birthday Cards for President Trump's Birthday. Well, the left wasn't happy with that! What a story! Also, Nelson updates us on Operation Surgical Strike.

The local school Board has more impact on your personal life than anything else. Especially if you have children enrolled. It's not just about taxes. It's about social engineering right under your nose. Don't be fooled by the surface noise of things like transgenderism, or accusation of being trans-phobic. The real issue isn't what they are saying - its the why and how of what they're doing, or not doing. In this SIP #27, we talk to Angela Allen of Goochland County Virginia. Angela is a currently seated School Board member running for re-election in 2023. Likely, the issue discussed is being made an issue in your county. Ask yourself why. Then ask yourself what you're going to do about it. We suggest that you get behind your local school board candidates like never before - and - make it a point to start attending school board meetings from now on if you aren't already. The Virginia Tea Party always tries to present members with engaging and relevant summits twice a year. Our next summit is June 10th at the Sheraton Airport Hotel (same as last time), 5501 Eubank Rd., Sandston, VA 23150, 804-226-6400 with the same low price of $40, which includes a box lunch. As we all know, America is currently facing many enemies, some like China, are readily apparent but others are often hidden from us. In keeping with this idea, we developed our June summit as the Enemies: Seen and Unseen. We begin our summit with a presentation by Congressman Bob Good, followed by a a Q&A. The seen enemy of China will be presented to us by Commander John Hooper, US Coast Guard retired who is an expert on China. He will share with us information on how China is a threat to our homeland. In view of the recent “weather” balloon, this will be a very interesting presentation. Now who are the enemies that are unseen, lurking behind facades of government? China Joe, of course readily comes to mind!! However, there are others who pretend to be patriots but are secretly working against the best interests of our Congress and our statehouses. To address this we have Congressman Bob Good who held up the appointment of Speaker McCarthy until certain agreements were made. In our own statehouse in Richmond there are many others who hide behind a cloak of conservatism, but are really “woke” leftists, unseen enemies. To address this problem, we have two speakers from Americans For Prosperity, C. J. Sailor, Director of AFP for Virginia and Matt Davison, Assistant Director of AFP. They have spent many months examining all the General Assembly races and the candidates for the November election and will give us their assessment along with suggestions for how we as Tea Party folks can make sure we elect the guys in “white hats” to the GA in November. This summit is an eye opener for all of us and we're glad to see you there!!

To put it simply, Ann is a historian; who while initially was included in the Youngkin administration, found herself abruptly cancelled essentially due to forwarding an instructive account of history that did not voice (and would not be allowed a voice in the current popular "expected" recounting narrative of history) the impelling facts as her research strongly indicated.. VATP Chairman talks with Historian Ann McLean. Ann McLean. Appointed to the state Board of Historic Resources had to resigned in the midst of woke cancelling fire after making widely criticized remarks about Confederate statues and the Civil War. This discussion gets at why that was not only unfortunate, but also why such a thing ultimately results in a loss of long-term understanding.
