Dr. Mercola - Essential Info on Vitamin D
Now as then we're going through a public health crises of ignorance. 40% of the US pop was Vit. D deficient as of 2022.
see also:
https://rumble.com/v33wukf-vitamin-d-how-much-do-you-need.html
A study gave hospital patients 5,000-50,000 I.U.'s a day for 7 years: patients in a normal condition got 5-10k, diseased received 20-50k. They found it was safe long term. The speaker thinks the data show it takes a whole year to get your D levels up if you're malnourished. In normal patients the study just measured how high vit D intake raised vit D levels. In diseased patients they found 20-50k improved their condition.
My D3 supplement is 5000 I.U.'s and I'll usually take one plus a gummy. I'm upping it to 2 plus a gummy now that I watched this. Study says D3 might not be as good as other Vit D but I already have it.
D and K2 are a powerful combo.

Resveratrol: Is it a scam?
I started reading about it after I watched Dr. Shiva's quercetin vid where he says resv. is a zinc ionophore. I didn't find anything on that. The benefits claimed have to do with enzyme production. After getting rich from from resveratrol, Sinclair started marketing it to be taken together with NMNs to boost NAD+ which is supposed to boost metabolism in a way that slows down aging, but now people say resveratrol slows your metabolism.
I have no idea what's true on this but watching YT resveratrol vids sent my BS detector off the page. I do know that boomers and gen x'ers drink wine based on Sinclair's resveratrol studies, when the amount of resveratrol in wine is miniscule: 50-90 Gallons a week needed for the dose they gave mice. So that's an incorrect thing that people have been led to believe and they waste their time and money on it. You can see in the very beginning of the vid, Sinclair says it's concentrated in red wine. That's false, and it looks like he used it to market resveratrol as a natural supplement. There's no way you'll ever get that level of Resveratrol in nature.
The other thing you'll notice in that first clip (pre-botox?) is he says he takes it every day, but in the second clip he mocks people who want to see results from taking it every day, saying they haven't read the supplemental section of the study and should take it every other day (after making lots of money from them taking it every day based on his own suggestions).
He also profited from NMN supplements, which the FDA recently banned, and you can find him playing the game with the FDA after the writing was on the wall for that. Also vids debating its merit. I don't know if the FDA ban speaks poorly for him or speaks well for him, but apparently he agreed with them (maybe for pragmatic reasons) about taking it off the shelf--will he return the profits, forget it. But I don't know the nuances of what he said, don't care enough to research further.
Normally I wouldn't rip on someone for plastic surgery or botox but this guy, he used the youthful looks from the surgery to market the supplement, suggesting he looked young because he took resveratrol.
SO Resveratrol might be a scam. Sinclair's recommendation to fast intermittently probably isn't, in general, IMO and I have some vids I'll post about that. Two vids coming from FLCCC suggest resveratrol so take it with a grain of salt or DYOR. I saw a talk where a doctor compared focusing on the outcome vs on the mechanism and I agree, I don't trust medical jargon about sophisticated body mechanisms, we know very little on how the body works.

find these guys on Truth if you want someone to talk you through the protocol. These are not brain surgeons, don't ask them about theory or anything too complicated, they generally believe in viruses and things like that. But they do the protocols and they talk about it in detail every day. They're a large group.

Simple Guide to making your own QUININE SYRUP from grapefruits in Instant Pot
This is the natural predecessor to chloroquine. See the history here https://rumble.com/v4dvnpr-history-of-quinine-chloroquine-and-gin-and-tonic.html
Bartender version
https://rumble.com/v10nv7a-tonicquinine-syrup-from-the-cocktail-dudes.html
The reason chloroquine was produced was for mass production. It's a quinoline too, basically a harsher version of this that has side effects, which is why they made hydroxychloroquine. Don't let anyone tell you that this doesn't work or that HCQ does anything it doesn't.
She says to cook it 4 hours TWICE in the video, then says you can just do once in the comments. If you cook it too long you might cook out the contents but I can't find a reliable guide for this. If you know one, post it below. I've read the peels should be translucent afterward, which they're not after 4h and that made me question cutting the recommended second 4h.
I've cooked it in the Instantpot pressure cooker for 42 minutes then 42 in the slow cooker. You can't do this one-two because the slowcooker won't turn on until the pressure drops way down and it takes a lonnnng time. In the Instant pot you have to wait overnight +++ (MORE than just overnight) to open or you'll lose some steam and some quinine in it. I've opened it early and it still seems to work but you want max potency so let it cool all the way before you crack the lid.

History of Quinine, Chloroquine and Gin & Tonic
Obscure, well-done video from bitchute.com/aceofswords/
"I've decided to go with a little lighter theme for my next video, a story about the history of malaria, discovery of quinine and chloroquine, the appearance of this dreaded new strain of coronavirus and whether any of it can have anything to do with Gin and Tonic?
This video took me much longer to make than I anticipated and perhaps I should go a bit easier with editing in following videos. At the moment this process simply takes too long and ideally I'd like to get at least a video a week out there as there really is so much I would like to talk about, and not only about these recent events...
Also, a disclaimer, and a sincere one. I'm not a medical doctor and none of this should be taken as medical advice or even as is. I do my research alone from the sources available and conclusions that I make are based on simple deduction. If there is one advice of mine that you should heed, it is to investigate things that interest you for yourself and make your own conclusions from data you trust. Not only is it safer, but it is also more fun that way!

Dr.SHIVA presents - a Systems Analysis on how QUERCETIN Advances Health
Quercetin's in Berries and Onions. Highest concentration in Elderberries, and after that blueberries. A quick search I did says it's 3-3.5x in Elderberries compared to Blueberries. I've read but didn't try to verify that it's in jam and preserves but not in jelly. If it's cooked uncovered it might dissipate, which happens with quinine if you're cooking grapefruit peels and don't cover or open too soon. So thinking out loud, with the onions, they might have to be raw. But there isn't a lot there anyway.
I've tried different chew supplements, Aldi's and Zarbees have a high ratio of elderberry to zinc and elderberry content, costco sambucca tastes the best if you're giving it to your kids, Aldi's probably the worst taste but it's not bad.

EGCG from Green Tea is more potent than Quercetin - with brewing guide
Taking just ECGC can harm your kidneys or liver because there are compounds in the tea that balance that out that aren't there when you just extract the EGCG. Same with the bark they originally used to make quinine, and probably with grapefruit peels too.
Not all Green Teas have EGCG. There are exceptions but generally you want a Japanese grown leaf, harvested later. Sencha probably the best and not too expensive. Gyokuro is harvested earlier IIRC and it's expensive.
I bought some at Costco that are a blend of Sencha and Matcha, the instructions are put the tea bag in the cup, pour 80°C water on top, steep 30 seconds and shake it out. I steep it covered and squeeze it out too (careful it's hot). Three ways to get 80 degrees, from most to least confidence: 1. get an electric kettle that lets you set the degrees, 2. boil not quite all the way and cool for 3 minutes. 3. boil until you get medium sized bubbles: not large and not really fast.
Just boil it once, every boil you release more oxygen from the water.
