The flashy Brooklyn minister robbed at gunpoint mid-sermon returned to his Brooklyn church Sunday — and lay down on the floor to reenact the heist for his parishioners. “We could’ve been planning our funerals,” Bishop Lamor Whitehead told worshipers. “But we made it.” Lamor was preaching at Leaders of Tomorrow International Ministry on Remsen Ave. near Avenue D about 11:15 a.m. on July 24 when three masked bandits stormed into the church, video shows. Whitehead stopped his sermon and crouched down, saying, “Yo, all right, all right, all right” as he lay on the floor.Police sources told the Daily News Whitehead’s stolen jewelry was worth $1 million though Whitehead told a Daily News reporter in an exclusive sit-down interview last week that figure is inflated and inaccurate. He declined to give his own estimate. Whitehead rolled up to church in his Rolls-Royce convertible Sunday and preached to a crowd of about 20 worshipers. He discussed a Bible passage where King David brutally smites, with God’s blessing, those who stole from him. Whitehead wore a Gucci and Balenciaga suit Sunday with Gucci loafers along with a large ring on his right hand showcasing an oversized red gemstone. The Mexican Investigative Reporter Gerardo Zuniga was the journalist who broke Shanquella Robinson's story! He gives details about Shanquella's case that you have never heard!! Context: Mexican authorities are pursuing their case against an American suspected of killing her friend at a luxury resort. They're looking to extradite the woman to face charges. There is potential legal limbo as Mexican prosecutors seek to extradite an acquaintance of Shanquella Robinson, the woman found dead while vacationing in Mexico. Authorities are not currently naming her, but said she is a "direct aggressor" against the 25-year old, after video online -- which is too violent to show -- reveals Robinson assaulted in her hotel room. "What makes this uncommon is the Mexican government asking that a U.S. citizen be extradited," said ABC legal analyst, Dan Abrams. Mexican authorities issued an arrest warrant for that acquaintance, who is now back in America, for the crime of "femicide," which is the act of killing a woman based on her gender. "On the one hand, the U.S. government is going to take this seriously, and on the other hand, it's not obligated to turn her over," Abrams said. On October 29, local police reports state that a Baja Resort Town guest told medical staff around 2 p.m. that Robinson had "drunk a lot of alcohol." A doctor determining she was stable but dehydrated, adding Robinson's acquaintances refused to send her to the hospital. The police report said the Charlotte native went into cardiac arrest and was declared dead by 6 p.m. However, an autopsy differs from that report, stating medical officials arrived before 3 p.m., quickly declaring Robinson dead from "severe spinal cord injury" and a dislocated neck. Now, Robinson's family wants answers. "I'm just waiting on that day when someone can be arrested. That's all I'm waiting on," said Robinson's mother, Sallamondra. We spoke outside the courtroom. This hearing was so bad for him--and marriage itself! Context: Despite the astronomical numbers that came out of today's hearing, Tyrese's attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham isn't too down about it. She tells TMZ ... they will file an appeal as soon as the judge's order is entered. She's also filed a motion for a new trial which will be heard next month. As for the money -- Tyrese doesn't have to pay it all at once. The judge set May 15 as the due date for about $258K of it, but Tanya says that could be pushed back once their appeal is filed. Also, the judge made a point of saying Tyrese has been paying child support all along, just not the $10K/month the court ordered. The $237K represents the monthly difference he owes, plus interest. The judge Tyrese publicly called out before his child custody hearing is ordering him to fork over nearly $250K to his ex-wife, and almost $400K to her attorney! The actor/singer was in Fulton County court Tuesday to deal with his ongoing child support battle with Samantha Lee Gibson -- the main issue being Tyrese refusing to pay the $10,000/month he was ordered to pay last August, because he felt the judge was "racist" and biased against him. Also, as he stated on the stand today, Tyrese feels the $10K is excessive -- he claims Samantha doesn't need that much, because she makes good money on her own. Leading up to today's hearing, Tyrese ripped Judge Kevin Farmer in a video calling on people like civil rights attorney Ben Crump and Martin Luther King III to show up in court to support him in his fight against the judge. They weren't there. Inside court, the judge fired back at Tyrese for his failure to cough up the money he'd been ordered to pay, and held him in contempt of court. He could have been arrested, but the judge cut him a break ... well, aside from the staggering amounts of money he's gotta pay now. Tyrese was ordered to pay a total of $237,944 in back child support for their daughter Soraya and $399K for Samantha's attorney fees. Him500 claims all you have to do is go into Navy Federal with the vin number of a car valued at the loan amount you're applying for. Navy Federal will cut you a check for $100,000 within 24 hours, according to him500. Since you never intended to buy the car, you won't have the title to present to the bank within 90 days. Him500 claims the bank will simply convert the car loan into a personal loan and you keep the cash. Thornton says him500 is teaching bank fraud and anyone who follows his advice will end up in federal prison. For context: The defamation case brought by actor Johnny Depp against his ex-wife Amber Heard is ongoing and will likely take weeks to conclude. But what preceded the case? Depp and Heard's relationship began more than a decade ago, and eventually devolved into what appears to have been a toxic marriage. The couple split in 2016, but have continued to battle in court over an op-ed Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described surviving domestic violence -- without mentioning Depp by name. Depp is suing for $50 million in damages and denies ever being physically violent with Heard. Heard is countersuing for $100 million and claims she was only ever violent with Depp in self-defense or defense of her younger sister. As the case plays out, social media has become a frenzy, devouring sound bites, evidence and clips of the courtroom. Depp spent four days testifying, and many celebrities are listed in court documents as potential witnesses who could be called to testify, including James Franco and Paul Bettany. Former NFL football player Travis Rudolph stands trial for allegedly opening fire at a group of people in Palm Beach County, Florida in April 2021, killing one and injuring another. Rudolph faces one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. The former Florida State University and New York Giants wide receiver unsuccessfully tried to claim a “stand your ground” defense in the first-degree murder trial.
