Now the courtroom is heating up again! Context: @Nicki Minaj just tweeted about the lawsuit, making it clear she isn't playing around ... and will take over the blogs talking smack. Nicki Minaj is making one thing VERY clear, she and her legal team won't put up with social media accounts making wild statements about her ... and now she's filed a lawsuit. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Nicki claims a woman named Marley Green -- who goes by the social media persona "Nosey Heaux" -- posted a video Monday talking about Nicki in which she allegedly said Nicki is, "shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it's true. "F***-listen, I can't even say allegedly with that 'cause I, we all know it's true. I'm not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead." Not only that, but Nicki claims Green has also made "vile" comments about her 1-year-old son ... calling Nicki's entire bloodline disgusting and saying Nicki needs to get her son in therapy because, "Your baby is going to be a rapist, too." While the legal docs call Green a "nobody" and someone "whose main accomplishments in life have been a string of criminal charges, bail jumping and bad debts," they acknowledge her social media posts have still gained some traction ... and the possibility people could believe what she says.

It was released under the name Kim Kardashian, Superstar in 2007. Over the years, there have been persistent rumors that matriarch Jenner orchestrated the release of Kardashian's sex tape in a bid to boost her profile.During a segment in which Jenner sat for a polygraph test, she was asked whether she had a hand in the release of the tape, sparking a gasp among those on the show. "It's OK, no, no," Jenner answered. After the man running the test confirmed that she was telling the truth, she said: "We cleared that up." However, Ray J disputed the events and shared a series of Instagram posts over the weekend, in which he threatened to sue talk show host James Corden, as well as Jenner and Kardashian, for defamation. In a 44-minute video posted on the image-sharing platform, the "One Wish" singer, real name William Ray Norwood Jr., said that he and Kardashian shot one tape in Mexico and another in Santa Barbara, California. He also claimed there was a third tape labeled "Intro."

In a preview for his podcast "Spears & Steinberg" Aries admits there's not a whole lot he can't say, given the pending lawsuit ... but does take the time to thank his listeners and fans for all of their support over the last week. He then gets more serious, calling the lawsuit an "extortion case" and a shakedown, saying, "We won't be shaken down." Spears's comments come just a couple days after Tiffany Haddish posted about the situation on Instagram, saying, "But, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn't funny at all – and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can."Both comedians were sued by a male and female plaintiff who claimed they were groomed and convinced to take part in explicit skits. The girl claims she was 14 at the time and the boy just 7. The skit, "Through a Pedophiles Eyes" with the young boy, included Spears applying massage oil to him as well as the boy making sexually suggestive motions with toys. Tiffany's attorney, Andrew Brettler, has echoed Spears' sentiment, telling us, "Plaintiff's mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years."

The stand-up comedian-turned-actor sat down this week with “The Breakfast Club,” where he revealed it’s been over a year since he last spoke to his kids. “I haven’t talked to them in like a year and a half,” Owen admitted. “They’re mad because I left their mom.” Owen, 48, and Duke, 47, were together for 23 years before filing for divorce. While it was announced back in July that it was Kenya who filed first for the separation, Owen said during the interview that it was he who initially wanted the divorce. “I left, I filed first, I made the phone call first saying, ‘I want a divorce.’” The “Think Like A Man” actor also explained how his kids found out about him and their mother’s divorce, which played a huge factor in what started the rift in their relationship. “We didn’t tell the kids, we were gonna like wait and do it together, but TMZ, that’s how they found out.” Going nearly two years without speaking to his children took a toll on Owen, especially since he’s supposedly never missed a birthday.

More than three years after the fatal shooting of the Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle, whose 2019 killing in front of the local clothing store he owned scarred the South Los Angeles neighborhood he had devoted his adult life to championing, a jury on Wednesday found Eric R. Holder Jr. guilty of first-degree murder in the case, closing a painful chapter in recent hip-hop history. At trial, prosecutors described the gunman as an embittered acquaintance who had belonged to the same street gang as Hussle but felt disrespected by him during a brief parking-lot run-in. That Mr. Holder pulled the trigger was not in dispute in court, with his own public defender and multiple eyewitnesses identifying him in testimony and security footage as the assailant who fired toward Hussle with two handguns, hitting the rapper at least 10 times before kicking him in the head. But Mr. Holder’s legal team had argued that the killing was not premeditated and instead occurred in the “heat of passion,” about nine minutes after a conversation in which Hussle invoked neighborhood rumors that Mr. Holder had cooperated with law enforcement, or snitched, a serious offense in the gang world, and urged him to clear things up. After meeting for less than an hour on a second day of deliberations, the decision by the jury to find Mr. Holder guilty of first-degree murder indicated that they agreed with the Los Angeles county prosecutors that Mr. Holder had made the decision to kill Hussle as he returned to a car after their initial talk, loaded a gun, took a few bites of fries and then marched back through the parking lot to confront the rapper. Mr. Holder, 32, could face life in prison. He will be sentenced on Sept. 15. He was also found guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter, stemming from the two bystanders who were wounded in the shooting, lesser charges than the attempted murder counts prosecutors had brought. A lawyer for Mr. Holder argued that the case was overcharged and that his client had no specific intention of harming either of the other two men, both of whom were strangers to him, when he attacked Hussle. In addition, Mr. Holder was found guilty of possessing a firearm as a felon and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. In court, Mr. Holder stared forward, unflinching. He wore a dark navy suit and white sneakers. Wow! They did it: Roe v. Wade is OVERTURNED!! Call in to express your opinion! For context: The Supreme Court on Friday overturned Roe v. Wade, effectively ending recognition of a constitutional right to abortion and giving individual states the power to allow, limit, or ban the practice altogether. The ruling came in the court's opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which centered on a Mississippi law that banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. The Republican-led state of Mississippi asked the Supreme Court to strike down a lower court ruling that stopped the 15-week abortion ban from taking place. "We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives," Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court's opinion. Alito's opinion began with an exploration and criticism of Roe v. Wade and its holding that while states have "a legitimate interest in protecting ‘potential life,'' this interest was not strong enough to prohibit abortions before the time of fetal viability, understood to be at about 23 weeks into pregnancy. "The Court did not explain the basis for this line, and even abortion supporters have found it hard to defend Roe’s reasoning," Alito wrote. Chief Justice John Roberts agreed that the viability line "never made any sense," but said he would have taken "a more measured course" with this case. Rather than overturn Roe v. Wade altogether, Roberts said he would have continued to recognize a right to get an abortion, and that the right should "extend far enough to ensure a reasonable opportunity to choose, but need not extend any further." The court's majority took a firmer stance against Roe v. Wade and the subsequent case Planned Parenthood v. Casey, holding "that Roe and Casey must be overruled." They countered the Roberts concurrence by claiming that such an approach "would only put off the day when we would be forced to confront the question we now decide." The court described how the Roe opinion did not specifically explain where the right to abortion came from, rather it provided several areas of the Constitution that might provide such a right. Actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are in a contentious defamation trial in a Virginia court, with proceedings set to resume on Monday. Depp is suing Heard, his ex-wife, for $50 million over a 2018 op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in which she described herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse." Though Depp was not named in the article, he claims it cost him lucrative acting roles. Both Heard and Depp, who met in 2009 and were married from 2015-2016, accuse the other of acts of physical violence during their relationship. They have both denied the other's claims.
