"Be an active participant in this thing. Don't let anybody tell you you can't have an opinion about this. You don't have a role in this because what you've described is a wish. Be educated, go to the Lamas classes, go to these OB visits, have the awkward conversations, and you're going to expose some ignorance that you had. We don't know everything as much as we think we know our wives. There's more to learn, there's more to understand Dr. Kaleb Valdez is a chiropractic physician, bestselling author, and passionate advocate for male involvement in birth and breastfeeding. He specializes in pediatric chiropractic and works with often premature births and stressed pregnancies. A passionate Dr Kaleb Valdez used his experience working with thousands of patients and babies to advocate for the role of men in childbirth and early parenting. Stephen Arms was born and raised in California, and moved to Oregon to pursue a relationship with his future wife. A father of two, he was always interested in understanding how things work and pushing his body to its limits. We dive into rites of passage, which his father had organized for him when he was 13. This meaningful event gave Stephen confidence in his identity, and provided the trust and security needed to share his doubts and questions with his father when he was in college. Thanks to this rite of passage, Stephen was able to find his faith again and continue his path to becoming a virtuous, masculine man. Kevin Palmieri, an "entrepreneur" determined to transform his story, discovers that consistency is the key to achieving his goals, but must confront his own human conditioning to overcome the challenge. "I do believe at a deep level that human beings are consistent creatures, just not always in the proper direction. So if you identify as the type of person who is not consistent, do you hit the drive through every day on the way to work? That's a consistent behavior. It's just not consistent with your goals. So I think that's an interesting part for humans is I do believe we are consistent creatures." Kevin Palmieri is an entrepreneur and self-improvement enthusiast who believes in the power of consistency to achieve goals.
