In this Range Report I get the opportunity to review a 1911 from Kimber that is designed for competition shooting chambered in .38 Super. This is the model Team Match II. It is in stainless steal and has so many options that most people would want in a classic 1911. The only issue I had with this pistol is the magazines. In this Field Strip video, I take apart, reassemble and show identifying marking of a Clark Custom Long Slide 1911 made by Jim Clark Sr. While this pistol comes apart like a typical 1911, it can be a little more difficult due to the tighter tolerances. In this Product Review I take a look at the BraveX Sight pusher tool. This is supposed to be a universal sight pushing and installation tool for most modern pistols. I will tell you that I found this product to be lacking in several areas and found that it really needs to be upgraded and changed before I could recommend it. In this field strip video I show what according to the owner's manual is a "field strip". However, I think it falls way short of that and the fact you can not remove the slide easily is a huge deal breaker for me. In this Range Report I take a look at a really cool copy or clone of a Beretta 80 Series pistol chambered in .380, but unlike the Berettas this pistol has a tip-up barrel. This pistol is the model MC 14T by Girsan. The build quality seems good, however I did have a few issues with both the reliability and take down of the firearm. In this Product Review I take a look at another sight pusher / adjustment tool that does not have a brand name and was sent to me by an Amazon seller. While it says it is "Universal" is seems to be designed with Glock pistols in mind. This is my first 0 out of 5 start review due to the fact is broke. Otherwise it was on track for a 5 out of 5 start review. Needless to say I was a little disappointed.
