It's Day 5 of Cig-less life and I wish to do violence... Woke up ready to bark at anything that moves. Decided to do a quick live from Locals to see how it goes That went down like a lead balloon. Because when you're pissed off and ready to explode for the slightest reason, you should always try something complicated, public, and new. Cause THAT will keep things calm, right? lol Yeah....rub that lamp and maybe someday it'll happen. Off to go live on YT and throw some spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. With all the stigmatization around mental health issues, I thought I'd share my personal experiences with depression. Never think you're alone. Never think it's abnormal or wrong to feel this way. Never hesitate to ask for help. This is not medical advice, just my opinion based on personal experience.

Based on the trial (I watched it all, multiple times) and my own experiences, I can say with confidence that she is not a part of the survivor community. He is though, and here's why I think that. Nothing could have put a smile on my face today except this news. I've said it before that I owe Nick more than I can repay as he was the motivator behind my decisions to homeschool my son, leave my thankless job to focus on my health, and to do things outside my comfort zone, because fear is something to be overcome. I use the podcasts to reconnect with the world after so long in isolation and have been blessed to make the acquaintance of so many amazing people. Thank you for indulging my nonsense. Come chat whenever you like. I love talking to people. See ya in the funny papers. ♥
