On this episode of “The Fallen State TV,” Bamby Salcedo, President and CEO of the Trans Latina Coalition discusses how he became a "trans woman," and explains views on gender identity, God, illegal immigration, Donald Trump, White privilege and much more. Raised by a "strong" single mother, Salcedo says he felt empty, confused and had resentment toward his parents. At eight years old he began using drugs. He says he recognized early on that what he felt on the inside didn't match how he looked on the outside and transitioned to a "trans woman" at 19.

Two men who agreed to come on the show to discuss their problems and challenges dealing with their mothers join Jesse Lee Peterson on this episode of “The Fallen State TV.” Most men—especially black men—do not know how to deal with their mothers because they've not had good fathers around to teach them how to develop courage and speak up. As a result, they have a lot of anger, fear, and insecurities. They don't know how to deal with women. One man, Ronald, said his father left home when he was just 3 or 4 yrs. old, so he never developed a father-son bond with him. He recalls how he wanted his father in his life to teach him how to do manly things. He feels like he missed out and didn’t learn how to deal with life like a man because he grew up around all women. He said his mother never disciplined him, and he had a hard time accepting correction. He grew up angry and full of rage. Another man, Genaro, said he never received love from his parents. He wasn’t close to either parent and couldn’t recall a time when his mother was kind to him. He said she was often impatient. He found himself looking for acceptance and love from strangers. As a kid, he didn’t realize anything was wrong at home, but as he got older, he began to question his parent’s relationship and his relationship with them. As an adult, he’s still intimidated around women because of the "fear of failure” and need for acceptance. This problem is present and getting worse in men of all races. Jesse Lee Peterson debated #BlackLivesMatter activists and a member of the Black Student Union from Los Angeles Trade-Technical College on "The Fallen State" TV show. The guests disagreed with Jesse on a host of issues regarding race and police. They were especially upset about Jesse's recent comments rebuking singer Beyoncé for her pro-Black Lives Matter and anti-police Super Bowl half-time show performance. The activists were joined in studio by #BlackLivesMatter LA co-founder, Jasmine Abdullah (AKA Jasmine Richards), the same person who almost caused a riot at a South Los Angeles community meeting with Mayor Eric Garcetti by jumping on top of the mayor's car as he was trying to leave an already hostile meeting. In June, Jasmine Abdullah was convicted of attempted lynching in a Southern California court.

“The Fallen State" TV, hosted by Jesse Lee Peterson convened a special a town hall forum with Donald Trump and Ted Cruz supporters Sunday night (4/10/16) in Los Angeles. The event kicked off with a lively debate between Jesse Lee Peterson, who is pro-Trump, and Andrew Klavan who supports Cruz. The town hall was standing room only, and the crowd support was split down the middle. Jesse and Andrew debated and sparred for the first half, then the audience joined in with their questions and comments. People voiced very strong opinions about the candidates, the Republican Party, and the state of affairs in the country. Despite the acrimony between the presidential candidates and their supporters nationwide, people at this town hall had a vigorous, yet civil debate. They disagreed on many things, but most were open to new information and found some common ground. People left knowing that it’s ok to disagree and support your candidate without hating one another.

Medical marijuana is now legal in half of all U.S. states. This November, 8 states (including California) are going to vote on possibly making marijuana easier to get. Joining Jesse on this episode are Stefan Borst-Censullo, a marijuana attorney and Scott Chipman, the Southern California chair of Citizens Against Legalizing Marijuana (C.A.L.M.)

In this episode, Jesse Lee Peterson and his radio show producer, James Hake, discuss some of the most outrageous examples of the fallen state including celebrities, churchgoers, and prison inmates. The first example is Madonna. The singer is currently involved in a serious custody battle with her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, for custody of their 15-year-old son. The boy used to tour with Madonna and was reportedly a “super fan,” but he got sick of his mother and decided he prefers living with his father. That’s when Madonna become completely unhinged. She’s drinking Tequila on stage and crying during her “Rebel Heart Tour.” Madonna’s crazy antics have her splashed all over TMZ and in other tabloids. Jesse Lee Peterson explains how this is an example of the Fallen State. Wendy Williams, host of "The Wendy Williams Show," recently revealed on Conan O’Brien’s show that she doesn’t allow anyone to close doors inside her home. She recalled an incident when her 13–year-old son walked in on his parents having oral sex in their room. When Conan asked what happened next, Wendy explained that she continued performing the sex act in front of her son. Wendy and her husband are shameless examples of the Fallen State. In Atlanta, GA two homosexual men were severely burned when another man threw scalding hot water on them while they were asleep. The attacker is the boyfriend of one the victim’s mother. He’s being charged with aggravated assault. Jesse discusses this case and explains how this is too is an example of the Fallen State. Then, Jesse discussed his recent speaking tour in Madera, CA (just North of Fresno), where he spoke to teens at the Madera County Juvenile Center, to men and women at the Madera County Jail, to male inmates serving long stretches for serious crimes at Valley State Prison, and to church members and recovering addicts at a church.
