A great pairing and the first time I have had a spirit made with blue corn.

This was good pairing and my last one featuring Big Sky. The Madison paired well with Tullamore and made for a very enjoyable smoke. I gave each a 4.0+ rating out of 5.0. Some key takeaways, the Madison really changed about the halfway mark and became much more complex. The Tullamore had a very distinct flavor of banana in the profile. Today's pairing was a very good afternoon treat. The flavor profiles of the stick and the drink melded well with hints of coffee, chocolate, and caramel. The Big Horn also carried in fresh earth and peat in its profile which I think would make it a great stick to pair with a good Scotch.

No one has posted a review of this brand new cigar! The Rocky Patel Sixty debuted in July 2121 at the PCA trade show in Las Vegas. The stick, manufactured to commemorate Rocky's 60th birthday is paired with The Dalmore 12, a 12 year old scotch from the Highlands region. It is my best pairing yet!

I had never heard of this spirit before and while it did not blow me away it was very good at a reasonable price. You could definitely pick up the rum notes and Caribbean flare in the aroma and palate.

I could not help myself, I had to come on right after I finished filming to rave about Big Sky Cigar's Bitterroot. I was an awesome smoke.

This is a surprisingly smooth and mellow. It is one of those spirits that when you hear about it you think, "yeah, right it is probably terrible". But you would be wrong. This is a very good bottle and I will have to pair it with a cigar for a future episode.

Today's pairing looks to be a good one with the affordable luxury of 5 Vega$ and the wonderful notes of Michter's Straight Rye. Enjoy!!
