At this local coin shop or bullion dealer we looked at rare silver bars and worked our way up to the biggest silver bar. The 1000 oz silver bars are extremely heavy. At the end of the video I lift the 1000 ounce silver bar and it was not easy. I have never seen a 1000 oz silver bar before. This particular large silver bar weighed about 990 ounces. In this video I talk about buying gold coins and a mistake I made when I first started investing in physical gold. If you are wanting to buy physical gold then this is the video for you. The larger a piece of gold is the smaller the premium on that piece of gold is typically. This goes for gold coins such as gold krugerrands and gold eagles as well as gold bars. If you want to pay the lowest premium and get the most for your money they I advise buying gold in the 1 oz size. When you buy a 1 oz gold coin the total cost will run you just over $2,000 today, but the premium you pay for the gold will be significantly lower compared to fractional gold. In this video I talk about a disturbing new trend is silver coins. I have been silver stacking since 2018 and I have noticed that there has been a large increase in new semi-numismatic silver coins. These silver coins carry a high premium and are not the best thing to buy for silver investing or for silver stacking. Many of the online bullion dealers and coin shops are now pushing these coins and trying to sell more and more of them. I fear that new silver stackers will opt to purchase these silver coins instead of the low premium types of silver that are better for silver investing. Silver rounds, silver bars, and low premium silver coins are a much better option and will give you more silver in your stack at the end of the day. I feel as though silver spot price is relatively low and now is great time to be increasing your silver stack as much as you can. this video I show off some FAKE GOLD COINS that were discovered at Harry's coin shop. Someone brought in fake slabbed gold coins and tried to sell them to the shop. The fake gold coins appeared to be certified and were even in NGC holders. The holders were fake along with the coins. Fake gold and fake silver scams are becoming more prevalent. If you want to avoid getting scammed then you need to be checking all of your gold and silver for authenticity. There are many different types of fake gold coins out there such as fake gold buffalo coins, fake Krugerrand gold coins, fake gold eagle coins, and fake pre 33 gold coins like I show in the video. one easy fake gold coins test is to see if you coin is magnetic. Counterfeit gold coins can be made out of a variety of materials so they will not all be magnetic. Tungsten fake gold coins are the hardest to detect but they do exist. The new fake silver coins are much better than the old fake silver coins. I talk about all of the fake American Silver Eagle coins that are now out there. It is illegal to sell these fake silver coins, but the companies from China don't care. Many people have been scammed by these fake bullion dealers and I want to put the word out there. I have seen fake silver bars, fake silver coins, and fake silver bullion before , but never anything this good before. The fake silver eagle that I purchased weighed correctly, was not magnetic, and even had the silver eagle security feature duplicated. The silver eagle did not end up being silver I believe it is made out of copper and silver plated.
