Everyone is a LIAR Except Amber Heard
Amber Heard indirectly calls everyone a liar but herself in her Today show interview. All the witnesses who came forward for Johnny Depp apparently lied and Amber was the only one telling the truth.

►Excerpt from the Independent:
'Johnny Depp has accused Amber Heard and her legal team of “reimagining” the couple’s bitter legal battle in her first interview since a jury decided against her.A portion of the interview with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie - which will air in full on Dateline on Friday - was released on Peacock on Thursday afternoon, in which Depp’s team responded to Heard speaking out.“It’s unfortunate that while Johnny is looking to move forward with his life, the defendant and her team are back to repeating, reimagining and re-litigating matters that have already been decided by the court and a verdict that was unequivocally decided by a jury in Johnny’s favor,” his team said.It came after an anonymous juror came forward to reveal that Heard’s “ice-cold” testimony was perceived as “crocodile tears” by the panel.Further, he told Good Morning America that the jury found her emotional testimony “didn’t add up” and they believed her to be the “aggressor” in the couple’s doomed relationship.Sections of Heard’s interview aired on Today earlier this week, with her saying she will stand by her testimony “to my dying day” and that she paid the price for “speaking truth to power”.'

'A witness for Johnny Depp’s rebuttal has been allowed to testify despite having called Amber Heard “jealous and crazy” in a tweet posted during the couple’s defamation trial.
Mr Depp’s team on Tuesday called Morgan Night, who worked at the Hicksville trailer park that Ms Heard, Mr Depp and their friends visited in May 2013. During that trip, Ms Heard alleges Mr Depp trashed their trailer before performing a “cavity search” on her.
Before Mr Night took the stand, Judge Penney Azcarate sent out the jury so he could be questioned about what he’d seen of the trial before he learned he would be a witness.
Mr Night said that approximately five weeks ago, a friend of his texted that Hicksville was mentioned in court and he watched a short clip online.

' Consultant testifies that Heard's career would have been on an upward trajectory if not for Depp-Waldman statements
Kathryn Arnold testified Monday that Amber Heard's career was on the rise prior to the 'defamatory' statements made by Depp's former lawyer, Adam Waldman in 2020.
Waldman told media outlets that Heard made false allegations of abuse by Depp and that she staged the 'abuse hoax.'
Arnold said Heard received negativity on social media which halted her career.
She compared Heard's career to that of similar actors in the industry including Jason Momoa, Zendaya, Chris Pine and Ana de Armas - and said her career should have followed the same time frame.
All of them had a 'meteoric' rise after their 'star is born' moment and got lucrative endorsement deals and massive paychecks, Arnold said.
'It would have been very reasonable to believe her career would have been on an upward trajectory.'
Arnold said Heard was set to be on the cover of LA Style following her role on the Stephen King mii-series 'The Stand,' but was taken away following the 'Depp-Waldman statements.'
She said Heard made $200,000 per episode on 'The Stand' and it's likely that fee would have gone up from there with her agents using the leverage of the success of Aquaman. '

Heard details harassment, death threats since 'hoax' allegation
Doha Madani
48m ago / 11:31 AM EDT
During her rebuttal testimony, Heard was asked to explain how she has suffered following statements made by Depp's former attorney, Adam Waldman, to The Daily Mail in 2020, in which he described her allegations of abuse as a "hoax."
“I am harassed, humiliated, threatened every single day even just walking into this courtroom," Heard said.
Heard testified that people have told her about their desire to kill her and put her baby "in the microwave." She told the court that Depp promised her that if she left him, he'd make her "think of him every single day that I lived."
“I receive hundreds of death threats regularly, if not daily,” Heard said. “Thousands, since this trial has started. People mocking, mocking my testimony about being assaulted.”
In the years since leaving Depp, Heard said that she has suffered panic attacks and that her friends and intimate partners have had to learn "unspoken rules" about how to touch her or keep from triggering her.
Charity work, Heard said, was an outlet for her to channel her pain into "providing a voice to other people." But since the allegations of her faking her abuse, Heard said she has been unable to have a career and that people are unable to associate with her because of threats and other attacks.
"Protecting the secret that I did, for as long as I did, has taken enough of my voice," Heard said. "Johnny has taken enough of my voice and the right to tell my story. I have the right to say what happened.. I have the right as an American to talk about what happened to me. To own my story and my truth."
"I have that right," Heard said.

"It's insane to hear heinous accusations of...., that she's attributed to me, that she's accused me of," Depp said. "I don't think anyone enjoys having to split themselves open and tell the truth but there are times when one simply has to because it's gotten out of control. Horrible. Ridiculous. Humilating. I personally think there is a mount of evidence against Amber Heard that shows she has lied on the witness stand, and that she will ultimately lose the defamation case against Johnny Depp.
Excerpt from The Globe and Mail
'On Tuesday, Depp’s attorney read entries from a journal that Heard said the couple kept to share love notes.
“True love isn’t about just the madness of passion or instead picking the safety of peace. No, it’s about both,” Heard wrote in May 2015, two months after Depp’s finger injury.
“I still, perhaps more than ever, want to rip you apart, devour you and savor the taste,” she added.
In another excerpt after their July 2015 honeymoon aboard the Orient Express train, Heard said she “couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous honeymoon,” and added, “I love you more and more every passing day.”
Heard had told jurors on Monday that Depp assaulted her and wrapped a T-shirt around her neck during the trip.
A month later, Heard wrote that Depp was “my cornerstone, my heart, my all.”
“You are my life. I hate it when we fight. I hate having hurt you. I love you more than anything,” she wrote.
Asked about entries, Heard said she tried to “nurture as much peace as she possibly could,” and that “when things were good they were really good.” '

'Key revelations so far in the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard defamation trial
After almost a month of proceedings, Amber Heard’s trial for defamation in a case brought against her by ex-husband Johnny Depp is taking a break for a week.
Court will resume at 9am on 16 May with Judge Penney Azcarate again presiding, as Ms Heard continues her testimony for a third day.
Ms Heard is being sued by Mr Depp for $50m for implying he ab**ed her in a 2018 op-ed in The Washington Post. Although she didn’t name him in the article, he claims her allegations have impacted his ability to land major movie roles.
In 2020 Mr Depp lost a UK defamation case against The Sun after the British tabloid branded him a “wife-be*ter”. In that case, both he and Ms Heard also took the stand as witnesses — as did others who are testifying in the current trial. However, this time, a round of fresh video depositions and in-person appearances in the witness box are all being streamed live for anyone to watch. '

Excerpt from The Globe and Mail:
"“Aquaman” actor Amber Heard told jurors on Monday that Johnny Depp slammed her against a wall and wrapped a shirt around her neck during their 2015 honeymoon on the Orient Express.
Heard returned to the witness stand in Virginia where jurors are considering duelling defamation claims by the former spouses.
The pair married in February 2015 and took their honeymoon on the Orient Express train in July of that year after Depp finished filming the fifth “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie.
Under questioning from her lawyers, Heard said the couple argued about whether Depp should drink during the trip. She said they had a loving relationship when Depp was sober but that he often turned violent when drinking or using drugs.
In a sleeping car on the train, Heard said, Depp slapped her across the face and repeatedly slammed her body against a wall. He then took his shirt off and wrapped it around her neck, she told the jury.
“That’s how I woke up the next morning,” Heard said. “I woke up with it still around my neck and a giant knot on the back of my head.” "
