The journey has been hard but I was so tired of the weight I had gained and determined to reset my body like it deserves. It may be extreme to some, but there are plenty of studies that show that water fast can be very beneficial for our bodies when under the right circumstances. I wanted to do a long term water fast so that I could reset my body and help it heal - naturally with this came losing weight! #vlog Wow, has it really be that long since I last vlogged? April just wasn't a good month for me if I'm to be honest - personally, a lot was going on that I didn't feel inspired to vlog.
