Shalom Pillars, My good friend, Janice Sturkie, hosted David Rubin of Shiloh Israel Children's Fund in her home in Hempstead, Texas. David shared a lot of the current political and spiritual state of Israel and also America. David holds dual citizenship in Israel and America. He also talked about his organization, Shiloh Israel Children's Fund. It all began when David Rubin, former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, was attacked by Islamic terrorists.
