Day 8 will open with the legal arguments over the prior acts proffer by the state to determine if the testimony about financial crimes as a motive or consciousness of guilt will be allowed in. In my opinion, it should be excluded, the state has not made a compelling case that it is logically related to the murder. But we'll see what the judge does!
