Stir in oil and salt then add the flour one cup at a time. Knead. Separate into 10-12 pieces. Roll out as thin as possible. You may find it easiest to cut each rolled piece into 2-4 pieces before baking Bake on a preheated cast iron or stoneware sheet @ 500° for 2-3 minutes (watch closely!)
