Kim Kardashian takes private jet to In-N-Out Burger for her 42nd birthday party
In other follow-up posts, Kim then revealed that she and her crew — which included mom Kris Jenner and sister Khloé Kardashian — dined at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Los Angeles instead.
In one post shared on her Story, Kim told her followers, "We stopped at In-N-Out because we couldn't make it to Carbone in Vegas," before panning the camera over to Khloé, 38, who flashed a peace sign.
Kim then shared an inside look at her visit to the famed fast-food joint, where a camera crew could be seen joining her entourage during their impromptu outing. The reality star was captured wearing a silver bikini top and matching pants.
Kim later reiterated in a follow-up post on her Story how her birthday festivities didn't go exactly as planned.
"For the record ... We did fly to Vegas and tried to land twice at two different airports. And it was too dangerous so safety first and we flew home," she wrote.
The mother of four also shared that LaLa Anthony flew into Las Vegas from New York City to surprise her, and she had "FOMO" — a.k.a. Fear of Missing Out — when Anthony still attended the Usher concert and sent her videos.

Take a look inside Kim Kardashian's 42nd birthday party with the girls
"I should have guessed, the Usher music," Kim said as she held up a menu that featured a list of personalized birthday drinks. "Wait a minute, we’re going to see Usher."
While the group traveled to Vegas, they took a round of jello shots, before the birthday girl celebrated guessing the group's plans.
"Oh My God, we’re going to a f*****g Usher concert, I figured it out," Kim yelled as she stood in the middle of the plane.
Things quickly took a turn in the next slide as she shared a video update. "Well our sound won’t turn on here BUT the plane couldn’t land due to the wind so it looks like our Carbone party and @Usher concert isn’t happening and we are heading back home," Kim wrote over the video of her holding a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts as she and the group got off the plane.
Kim also shared a picture of the empty table at Carbone, that was set up in honor of her birthday. “Our Carbone dinner that could have been,” she wrote.”
The canceled trip didn't stop the party. After Kim shared a video of Khloe holding up one of the party favors while she recorded a message for Usher on Kim’s behalf, she revealed their destination.
“sooooo In-N-Out it is,” the mother of four captioned the picture of the camera crew and her party guests standing in the middle of the fast food chain’s lobby. In the next video, Kim shows off her boa and her outfit as the In-N-Out employee reads back her order.
"We stopped at In-N-Out," she said as she turned the camera to her girls. "And we couldn’t make it to Carbone in Vegas."
Kim ends her video series with a glimpse of her enjoying her burger in the back of the party bus, and one final jello shot. "The jello shots continue on the party bus to nowhere," she wrote.
Kim's wild Saturday night comes after she had a dinner with her family at NOBU to kick off her celebrations. On Friday, the mogul's family -- including Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian -- and friends celebrated her birthday with a series of social media post in her honor.

Cardi B wins in court - Not guilty of copyright infringement
Cardi B, who is expected to testify, is fighting the allegations and said an artist used only a “small portion” of the tattoo without her knowledge.
A self-described family man with a distinctive back tattoo felt humiliated after Cardi B allegedly misused his likeness for her sexually suggestive mixtape cover art, his lawyer said during opening arguments Tuesday.
Kevin Michael Brophy is suing the Grammy-winning musician in a $5 million copyright-infringement lawsuit in federal court in Southern California. His attorneys say Brophy’s life was disrupted and he suffered distress because of the 2016 artwork.
Brophy’s lawyer A. Barry Cappello said photo-editing software was use to put the back tattoo, which has appeared in tattoo magazines, onto the male model used in the mixtape cover. The image shows a tattooed man from behind with his head between the rapper’s legs. The man’s face cannot be seen.
Cardi B, who is expected to testify during the trial, is fighting the allegations and said an artist used only a “small portion” of the tattoo without her knowledge. She had previously said the cover art — created by Timm Gooden — was transformative fair use of Brophy’s likeness.
“Their life has been disrupted,” Cappello told the jury as Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, watched from the defense table. He said the image disturbed Brophy along with his wife, Lindsay Michelle Brophy, who he says initially questioned her husband if it was him in the cover art. The couple has two young children.
Brody has said he once considered his back tattoo featuring a tiger battling a serpent to be a “Michelangelo piece” that has since become “raunchy and disgusting.”
Defense filings have pointed out that the model who posed for the photos was Black, while Brophy is white.
Cardi B’s lawyer Peter Anderson said Brophy and the mixtape image are unrelated. He said the model did not have tattoos on his neck, which Brophy does.
“Brophy’s face wasn’t on the mixtape,” Anderson said during his opening statement. “She was already popular. It has nothing to do with Brophy.”
But Brophy contested in court that everyone who knows him believed he was on the mixtape cover. He said the offensive image was something he would never approve.
Brophy said he sent a cease-and-desist letter to Cardi B’s representatives to remove the tattoo, but he never received a response.
“For me, it was something I took a lot of pride in,” Brophy said about his tattoo. “Now, that image feels devalued. I feel robbed. I feel completely disregarded. There’s a lot of things I would like to be spending time on. But the only way to get this removed was to come here to this courtroom.”
Cappello said Gooden was paid $50 to create a design but was then told to find another tattoo after he turned in an initial draft. He said Gooden googled “back tattoos” before he found an image and pasted it on the cover.
Last month, Cardi B pleaded guilty to a criminal case stemming from a pair of brawls at New York City strip clubs that required her to perform 15 days of community service. Earlier this year, the rapper was awarded $1.25 million in a defamation lawsuit against a celebrity news blogger who posted videos falsely stating she used cocaine, had contracted herpes and engaged in prostitution.

Cardi B sued for $5 MILL - Accused Of Stealing Artwork For Mixtape Cover

The episode follows Kim and Khloe to Miami for an opening of one of Kim's SKIMS pop-ups while Kendall and some of her friends like Hailey Bieber headed to Las Vegas to promote her 818 tequila.
Khloe also opened up about the reason for wanting a boob job: to measure up to her statuesque sisters while joking she had 'different parents' than sister Kim Kardashian.

Ye talking himself out of 250 Million Dollars - George Floyd family sues Kanye
Kanye West has been in the midst of divorce proceedings with ex-wife Kim Kardahian but, this week, he became embroiled in an even more serious lawsuit. The rapper has been hit with a $250 million lawsuit by the family of George Floyd, who died in 2020 after a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for nine-and-a-half minutes. During a podcast appearance, West made false statements about Floyd’s death, and the late security guard’s family has opted to sue the star for defamation and more. And per reports, it looks like political pundit Candace Owens and more could be roped into the suit as well.
The lawsuit was filed by Roxie Washington on behalf of her and George Floyd’s daughter, Gianna, who’s also the late Floyd’s only child. In a statement, Washington’s lawyers confirmed that she’s suing Kanye West and his business partners for defamation, harassment, misappropriation and infliction of emotional distress. Now, according to TMZ, the legal team is considering a number of possible defendants in the case. Aside from the aforementioned Candace Owens, the Drink Champs podcast (on which West made the statements) and the show’s home, Revolt TV, could also face legal action.
The fashion mogul drew the ire of the Floyd family and many commentators after his appearance on last week’s episode of the podcast. When discussing Floyd’s death, he claimed that convicted former police officer Derek Chauvin’s “wasn't even on his neck like that.” He also opined that fentanyl was the true cause of Floyd’s death. During the chat, the “Jesus Walks” performer further asserted that his sentiments were backed up by Candace Owens’ new documentary, The Greatest Lie Ever Sold. (Ye appeared at the movie’s premiere and took photos with Owens, who also took part in his “White Lives Matter” shirt controversy.) The film has proven to be controversial, with many calling its account of events inaccurate. This is reportedly why Roxie Washington could be eyeing Owens in the suit.
Revolt TV, for its part, has since removed the interview from the web, though clips are still making the rounds on social media. N.O.R.E., the co-host of Drink Champs addressed the situation while speaking with The Breakfast Club. The media personality has been criticized for not pushing back against the rapper’s statements and, with that, he shared his take on things will issuing an apology:
I just want to be honest, I support freedom of speech. I support anybody not being censored. But I do not support anybody being hurt. I did not realize that the George Floyd statements [Ye made] on my show were so hurtful. … But I apologize to the George Floyd family, I apologize to anybody that was hurt by Kanye West’s comments.
This is only one of several controversies that Kanye West has been involved in as of late. Earlier this month, West sparked some fashion show-related drama after he criticized Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. Stars like Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber eventually got involved, as they spoke out in support of the journalist. West later claimed to have spoken to Karefa-Johnson and smoothed things out.
As of this writing, Ye has yet to publicly respond to the Floyd family’s lawsuit. And barring any kind of unexpected development, it seems that Roxie Washington will proceed as she intends. It remains to be seen whether she also decides to include Candace Owens, Revolt TV and others.

50 Cent accepts Kanye, but not his son Marquise

50 CENT SAYS:
TRY A RELATIONSHIP WITH ME, NOT MEDIA
... Roasts Son for Going Public
50 Cent is responding to his son Marquise's TMZ Hip Hop interview ... and it doesn't sound like father and child will be enjoying the upcoming holidays together.
The G-Unit rapper was the latest guest on "The Breakfast Club," and when asked about the chance of a reunion, 50 dismissed the notion -- claiming if Marquise really wanted to mend fences, he wouldn't have sat down with us to tell his side of the story.
Fiddy's chalking up everything his son told us to Marquise's mother brainwashing him -- and he still claims she attempted to take advantage of him while raising their son.
In an unlikely twist, 50 says he voluntarily went to court to settle their child support dispute ... intending to reduce her $500k-a-year demands, and it worked.
50 Cent's Oldest Son Offers $6,700 to Repair Their Relationship
The courts lowered the amount to the now infamous $6,700 per month that started this whole mess.
50 claims the mom also mismanaged the money she got -- leaving her Atlanta residence in foreclosure because she refused to work. 50 also clowned Marquise for allegedly working as a hookah server at Vanity strip club in Queens.
Marquise didn't quite see things the same way, telling us he had run out of reconciliation options and going to the media was his last resort.
He made the passionate plea that he was willing to put up the $6,700 just to break new ground with his father.
50 did speak fondly of his second child, Sire, however ... noting how he set him up various companies to run when he got older.
He also addressed the rumors Sire's mother, Daphne Joy, was casually seeing his nemesis Diddy, saying ... "I haven't kissed her in the mouth in 10 years ... somebody's gotta do it!!!"
He also expressed his views on Ye's recent media circus

'RHOP' Alum Monique Samuels and Husband Chris Are NOT getting divorced
A people magazine article stated:
Monique Samuels and her husband Chris Samuels are going their separate ways.
Multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that the Real Housewives of Potomac alum, 39, and the former NFL player are splitting after 10 years of marriage.
The couple share three children, sons Christopher, 9, and Chase, 3, and daughter Milani, 7.
The Samuels' relationship issues were well on display during the first season of Love & Marriage: D.C.. A second season for the OWN reality show has been announced, with Monique expected to be on the show.
Earlier on Sunday, at the Real Housewives of Potomac panel at BravoCon, Monique's former costar Ashley Darby opened up about her friendship with Monique, saying the two had lunch just last week and that Monique was "going through some personal things" at the moment.
In July, Monique told Entertainment Tonight about the state of her marriage while she was filming RHOP.
"People always say that reality TV tears your marriage down. What people don't realize is that Real Housewives of Potomac actually in some ways saved my marriage," she revealed. "Chris and I, before we started filming that show, we were in a really rough place."
Monique Samuels Says She's Not Returning to Real Housewives of Potomac: 'Enough Is Enough'
"We had lost all of the dating in our marriage. Once we started filming reality TV, it actually helped us because it forced us to date," she added. "So we were able to get out, just reignite that intimacy and be excited about each other. So I will not lie, season 2 of RHOP saved my marriage. And at the end of the day, sometimes you still have to come back to those moments. Because some of the things that I expressed on Love & Marriage: DC, people who watched Potomac saw I had those same concerns back then. So it's not like this is something new."
Back in December 2020, Monique announced that she was bidding farewell to RHOP.
After the final episode of the season 5 reunion aired, she revealed on Instagram Live that she would not be back for the show's sixth season.
The Real Housewives of Potomac
"It was a crazy ride. It's not easy doing reality TV, and to be quite honest, I'm over it," she explained at the time. "I appreciate everything that people have done for me, everybody that's been Team Monique — I love y'all, I thank y'all — but when you cross certain lines there's no going back."
"And for me, my family is that line," she continued. "The opinion of my family and my kids and what they think about anything that I do is more valuable than anybody's opinion, so I'm over it."

Ye hangs up on Cuomo live on his TV show - awkward ending
#kanyewest #cuomo #newsnation #newsnationlive
Ye can’t seem to escape controversy. The Chicago billionaire has been in hot water over his anti-Semitic comments, where he threatened to go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.”
In response, social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter have restricted the artist’s accounts, and JP Morgan closed West’s accounts. Most recently, West appeared on Chris Cuomo’s show, where the NewsNation host pressed him about his about his recent statements.
Despite West’s efforts to help clarify his statements, the rapper seemed to have dug himself into a giant hole. West claimed his actions had nothing to do with his mental health but, instead, the lack of ownership among Black artists and entertainers.
“And it’s unfair to make it be about, ‘Oh, are you taking care of yourself?’” West said. “The reason why I repeated it a bunch of times and for all of my friends that are in the entertainment energy industry that are Black actors, Black athletes, and Black musicians […] there’s so many Black musicians signed to Jewish record labels, and those Jewish record labels take ownership, not only of the publishing […] but also ownership of the culture itself. It’s like, ‘Oh, that’s mine.’ This guy signed to me. It’s like modern-day slavery. And I’m calling it out. That’s what DEFCON three meant. I’m gonna call it out. It didn’t mean to wish any harm on [anyone].”
The “Power” rapper also told Cuomo that “Black people are all also Jews” and that he would not be backing down from his statements, noting he had a responsibility to change conventional thinking.
“I don’t have to understand or accept because they’re not willing to understand or accept,” West said. “That’s the reason why I’m not backing down. People have had their careers destroyed. That’s why they keep on saying Ye’s dangerous: because he will keep talking.”
