In my years reporting and living in Donetsk, I have made a bond with the locals so seeing this year after year is Very difficult to see and understand why this can not be stopped. In fact, my wife grew up in one of these Ghost Towns and her family's home has been hit by Ukraine Grad rockets, mortars and artillery more times then can count. Luckily her family was able to evacuate before their home was hit but they as well lost almost everything. I often return to the area to see how it is doing and see how the people are (if there are any people left.) Today is one of those days.
