Six experts, including three former top FBI experts, certify planting of evidence in US vs. Raniere; A former US Attorney, Alan Dershowitz, and Central Park 5 Exoneree call for accountability and an immediate evidentiary hearing On October 6th, a press conference was held to unveil the findings of six forensic experts of FBI corruption in the case of US v Keith Raniere. The experts and a panel of advocates, including Professor Alan Dershowitz, Central Park 5 Exoneree Dr. Yusef Salaam, and former US Attorney Bud Cummins, discussed the matter. Former FBI Special Agent and Forensic Examiner Dr. James Richard Kiper said that all six experts “concluded that the digital evidence devices used to convict Mr. Raniere of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor were significantly manipulated. Additionally, we know to a scientific certainty some of the evidence was altered while in the possession of the FBI.” Former Senior Forensic Examiner Stacy Eldridge said, “It is clear that the photos in this case were planted there.” Former FBI Forensic Examiner William Odom said, “In 25 years of digital forensic investigations, five of which was with the FBI, the amount of premeditation to perform this fraud — I’ve never seen anything like that.” Professor Dershowitz, who represents Raniere and Clare Bronfman, said, “If true, this is a historic level of corruption…There must be immediate action. There should swiftly be an evidentiary hearing. Appropriate relief may include a new trial or even dismissal of the indictment due to outrageous government conduct. If there is a hearing, Mr. Raniere wishes to attend by video conference rather than be transported.” Dershowitz challenged the media to cover this issue and remarked, “This is a great test of our legal system. Whether you like Mr. Raniere or not, the question is, ‘Can we be fair to those we despise?’” Professor Sullivan, who also represents Bronfman, said, “The only reason that Ms. Bronfman and the others accepted a plea bargain is because this so-called evidence appeared at the eleventh hour and it was so prejudicial that they felt this was their only option.” Sullivan also criticized the government’s response to this evidence, saying “Assistant US Attorney Kevin Trowel called it “frivolous.” Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis deferred ruling on this evidence, classifying it as not raising a substantial issue. Attorney General Merrick Garland then awarded this prosecution and FBI team for their distinguished service.” US Attorney Cummins said, “If an independent investigation determines that this tampering occurred, there must be accountability. People have to be criminally prosecuted. This is very serious, and the people responsible need to be held accountable.” Dr. Salaam said in a pre-recorded video statement, “If this can happen to someone who is white, who is educated, who has the complexion for acceptance, none of us are safe.” Joseph Tully, Raniere’s appellate attorney said, “It appears that [Mr. Raniere] is being retaliated against in the prison based on our filings…. Now, he is enduring more confinement in the SHU, again without cause, this time for over 60 days and counting. I call upon the warden of the facility where Mr. Raniere is housed, Warden Mark Gutierrez, to investigate Mr. Raniere’s conditions. I am further concerned that Mr. Raniere may be transferred to another location where his safety may be threatened.” Tully filed a motion to stay Raniere’s appeal so that this evidence of FBI fraud and perjury could be presented in a hearing immediately before Judge Garaufis. Tully wrote in an attachment to the motion, “[W]hen the tampering in this case is finally acknowledged in Court… the actions of any governmental actors subsequently proven to be involved, will need to be questioned and reexamined in all other cases in which they were allowed to work.”

Tony has commanded and directed several key operational intelligence organizations that conducted “compartmented” (aka black) operations. These include Special Mission Task Force STRATUS IVY, that conducted direct support to DoD compartmented activities (OSD, SOCOM, JSOC, Army) which was focused on offensive information operations. In addition, he commanded Field Operating Base (FOB) Alpha, a joint DIA/CIA unit conducting classified collection and special operations support regarding terrorists just after the 9/11 attacks. During the 1980s, Tony was a counterintelligence officer. He deployed to Germany to conduct counterterrorism operations in 1985 as part of REFORGER and worked in New York City as part of Army’s anti‐terrorism efforts during OPSAIL 1986 – the re‐opening of the Statue of Liberty. He also worked to monitor Soviet military officers visiting the United States during the INF Treaty missile eliminations, as well as a reserve tour with Army Foreign Counterintelligence Activity (FCA). Lt Col Shaffer transitioned into the Foreign Intelligence area of focus with his graduation from “The Farm” in 1988, and his work at Air Force Special Activities Center (AFSAC) where he worked as a case officer. He was brought to active duty by the Army for the first Gulf War in 1991 and transitioned into the Army’s Military Intelligence Excepted Career Program (MIECP) where he became the chief of Army’s global Controlled HUMINT collection program and ran specific Special Access Program (SAP) operations that netted highly. As a reservist during this period he was the senior HUMINT advisor to the J2/Senior During his two successful, undercover, combat tours he participated in the search for senior Al Qaeda leadership in Afghanistan. These operations provide him with a unique viewpoint on terrorism and its roots in southwest Asia. His New York Times (NYT) and International bestselling memoir, Operation DARK HEART: Spycraft and Special Ops on the Frontlines of Afghanistan – and the Path to Victory, provides an unprecedented look at intelligence operations during a period in the Afghanistan war, in 2003, where a small number of operators were able to effectively control this large country. In recognition of successful high risk/high gain operations Tony received the Bronze Star Medal (BSM) for performance as an Operations Officer of the HUMINT Support Detachment in Afghanistan supporting CJTF 180 and the Chief of the HUMINT Support Element (HSE) for CJTF 121. His latest book, The Last Line, a novel, is a stark warning of how terrorist will use the Southwest Border of the United States to gain access and conduct terrorist activities within the homeland. Lt Col Shaffer in addition to the London Center, has served as a senior fellow with the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (CADS) where he had conducted multiple courses of instruction, to include the Psychology of Terrorism, Leadership and Effects Based Operations, nuclear red teaming and the study of global future trends and assessments. He has testified before Congress on key intelligence issues, lectured at the U.S. Army War College and is nationally known Subject Matter Expert (SME) intelligence collection and policy, terrorism, data mining, situational awareness and adaptive/disruptive technologies. He is also a senior advisor to multiple organizations on terrorism, cyber operations and counterinsurgency issues and a member of the US Nuclear Strategy Forum. Tony is a frequent guest on national electronic media (TV and radio) and is frequently quoted in print media as an analyst regarding defense and national security issues and a trusted advisor to members of the US Congress.

One year ago yesterday an FBI swat team came into my home at dawn, put me in handcuffs, and put me in a concrete cell for several days. This was the beginning of what has turned into a year long nightmare fraught with mistruths, misinformation, abuse of legal process, and a savage campaign to destroy me. It didn’t. There will be many opportunities to hear my story in detail very soon but I want to take a few moments to address a couple of the most pervasive mistruths: Some of my comments on January 6th and the following days have been highly scrutinized and my intent speculated. In particular, one stated to “HOLD. THE. LINE.” in addressing the people at the Capitol. You should all know that I was present on the East side of the Capitol and never witnessed any of the violence taking place on the West side that day. I shot video of the thousands of peaceful protestors standing on the East side singing songs and holding signs. This was the scene when I left the grounds. My statement was to encourage the thousands of peaceful protestors to stand their ground- after all, peaceful protests are still protected by our constitution, right? Please allow me to state again what I have CONSISTENTLY SAID since the night of January 6th, 2021 when I learned of the intense violence that had taken place earlier that day: Violence is NEVER ok. Political violence is never acceptable. Not when fighting racism, not when fighting for election integrity, and not for any other reason. The violent and destructive behavior at the Capitol was absolutely unacceptable, just as all of the violent riots of 2020 were equally unacceptable. Secondly, in the past month the Government put out a document stating that I was providing information that could result in a change to my sentencing recommendation. The left wing media immediately turned that into “Trump Ally Turning Over Significant Information About January 6th”. The word “significant” was created by the media. I BEGGED my attorney to allow me to put out a statement addressing this. But you must understand, navigating through my case with Government has been an impossible situation. I have kept my mouth shut and remained silent all year because constant threats have been made of adding additional felony charges against me. Crushingly, I have had no other option but to allow the Government and the left wing media to control the narrative of this thing until I got through my sentencing. So let’s start here. In the three and a half years that l have been working in the world of politics, I have not attained ANY INFORMATION of ANY KIND about any criminal wrongdoing of any person in the MAGA movement. That includes every person from the very bottom up toDonald Trump and every person in between. It would be impossible for me to “snitch” or “turn people over” because i have NOTHING to share. I do not believe that there was any kind of plot or plan or scheme to initiate violence on January 6th. I do not believe that any kind of plot or plan or scheme will ever be discovered because I feel 100% certain no such thing exists. Like most of you, I’ve employed common sense and come to the conclusion that a very small percentage of people did some very bad things that day, and that this was a spontaneous riot that broke out without planning. If any evidence of anything else ever comes to light, I will be as shocked as anybody else. I have NO INFORMATION of any kind to share about any crime others in the MAGA movement have committed at any point, even prior to January 6th. I believe that the prosecution intentionally used this wording knowing it would trigger the media to run these stories in an attempt to damage public trust in me. Sadly, their plan worked with a handful of people. But the vast majority of you are savvy and wise to this type of propaganda, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me through that part of it. I have many regrets in regards to being present at that event, but one of my biggest regrets is that I acted impulsively in making statements and posting video before I had a real understanding of what the whole situation was on that day. That impulsiveness to comment and share on things I didn’t have a full understanding of ended up causing me a lot of trouble and ultimately contributed to casting conservatives in a negative light. I’m truly sorry for that.
