Biden Admin's Complete Incompetence
Biden Admin's Complete Incompetence
THE family of a Marine killed in the Kabul blast are "disgusted" at the "incompetent" Biden administration and said no US troops needed to die.
Rylee McCollum, 20, one of the marines who was killed in the ISIS-K attack on Thursday, was a newlywed whose wife will give birth to their first child in just weeks.
His sister, Roice McCollum, told The Sun exclusively that her family believes the entire tragedy, which took the lives of 13 US service members, was avoidable.
"As far as Biden goes we are truly disgusted with the administration and how they handled the entire thing," she said.
"It was avoidable and none of those Marines needed to be put in that situation. It was incompetent."
She went on to describe her hero brother as an "amazing man" who always wanted to join the military.
"He wanted to be a marine his whole life and carried around his rifle in his diapers and cowboy boots," she said.
"He was determined to be in the infantry and this was his first deployment."

Trump Estimates 100 Million Dead From COVID 19 Without His Vaccine Efforts
Former President Donald Trump estimated up to 100 million people would have died from COVID-19 without his administration's efforts to spur the development of vaccines.
If not for Operation Warp Speed, which was the name of the Trump administration’s initiative to develop vaccines quickly to protect the public from the coronavirus, Trump said the health crisis death toll would be similar to that of the Spanish Flu pandemic more than a century ago.
"I think if we didn’t come up during the Trump administration with a vaccine you could have 100 million people dead just like you had in 1917. You take the Spanish Flu, 100 million people — up to 100 million people died. I think we’d be in that territory," the former president said in an interview with Fox News host Dan Bongino that aired Saturday night.

"MY BODY, MY CHOICE" IN THE AGE OF MANDATES
"MY BODY, MY CHOICE" IN THE AGE OF MANDATES
Employees of Wyoming County Community Health System, along with participants from other locations and retired nurses, spoke out over the weekend against the mandatory COVID-19 vaccines the state has mandated for healthcare workers and volunteers statewide.
On Monday, the hospital’s chief executive officer said WCCHS has been corresponding internally with its staff and providing updated information.
Among the WCCHS workers lined up along North Main Street, across from the hospital Saturday, were Tina Burton and Lida Sperry.
Burton, a licensed practical nurse, said the rally was not a rally against the hospital.
“The hospital’s hands are tied. They can only do what the state says they have to do,” said Burton. “This is against the mandate. This is my body, my choice.”
Sperry, a certified nursing assistant, said this is a deeper issue than what the rally participants were there for Saturday.
“It’s the basic principle, that they’re trying to take away our basic constitutional freedoms. If that doesn’t outrage the public, no matter what side you’re on, there’s something wrong,” she said.

President Biden's extension of the eviction moratorium is unconstitutional and he knows it
Biden was elected to restore norms to Washington, D.C., but his eviction decision is one of the most egregious acts of executive overreach in decades.

On Tuesday, the President of the United States stood before the nation and announced that he intended to break the law.
Up until that point, Joe Biden had confirmed repeatedly that he did not possess the constitutional authority to extend the eviction moratorium that the Center for Disease Control promulgated last year under President Trump, and that the CDC had renewed back in June. Asked on Monday whether the White House could restore the policy, Gene Sperling told reporters that “the President has “not only kicked the tires, he has double, triple, quadruple checked,” and he has found each time that he cannot. Moreover, Sperling confirmed, Biden had “asked the CDC to look at whether you could even do targeted eviction moratorium – that just went to the counties that have higher rates – and they, as well, have been unable to find the legal authority...” Speaking at his press conference Tuesday, Biden reiterated these findings. “The bulk of the constitutional scholarship,” Biden conceded, “says it’s not likely to pass constitutional muster,” as, he noted, did the Supreme Court, which ruled in June that the scheme “exceeded its existing statutory authority” and could not be extended without explicit congressional approval. But, Biden said, he had decided he was going to do it anyway – if just to exploit the time it would take before the judicial branch struck it down.

Biden's Failure: Total Collapse At The Border
Biden's Failure: Total Collapse At The Border
More than 18 percent of migrant families and 20 percent of unaccompanied minors who recently crossed the U.S. border tested positive for Covid on leaving Border Patrol custody over the past two to three weeks, according to a document prepared this week for a Thursday briefing with President Joe Biden.
Some flights scheduled to deport migrants had more than 25 percent of passengers test positive before departure, leading Immigration and Customs Enforcement to remove those migrants from the flights for quarantine in the U.S., according to the document.
The Department of Homeland Security document does not give precise dates or say how many migrants were tested.
Migrants are not tested for Covid in Border Patrol custody unless they show symptoms, but all are tested when they leave Border Patrol custody, according to DHS officials. Immigrants who are allowed to stay in the U.S. to claim asylum are given tests when they are transferred to ICE, Health and Human Services or non-governmental organizations. Deportees who are scheduled to be put on planes out of the U.S. are tested for Covid and other infectious diseases by ICE.
As of Wednesday, more than 15,000 migrants were in Border Patrol custody, according to Customs and Border Protection data obtained by NBC News.

Angry Senator Ted Cruz Takes Nancy Pelosi to The CLEANERS
We do not like green eggs and ham, and we certainly do not like absolute power. First, the CDC flip-flops on mask rules. Then, Pelosi says she’s going to throw maskless staffers in jail. Following a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week for liberty, science, and common sense, Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to break down the CDC’s big credibility problem and take us inside the Senate to understand what the heck is going on in real time. Plus—shocker!—the multi-trillion dollar infrastructure bill isn’t actually about infrastructure. So what’s actually in it?

Hungarian Prime Minister (Viktor Orban) Hits Back At Biden Calling Him A 'Thug'
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, a prominent right-wing voice in Central Europe, fired back at U.S. President Joe Biden for his remark on the campaign trail that grouped the leader in with autocratic strongmen like Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and North Korea's Kim Jong Un.
During a town hall in 2020, Biden accused then-President Donald Trump of palling around with "all the thugs in the world":
"You see what’s happening from Belarus through Poland and Hungary and the rise of totalitarian regimes in the world", Biden said at the time. "Our current president supports all the thugs in the world."

‘We have failed that no-fail mission,’ administration official says as evacuation ends; Afghans left behind also feel betrayed by US and allies
Despite US President Joe Biden calling the American evacuation from Kabul an “extraordinary success,” officials in his administration were appalled that US forces left with several hundred Americans still in Afghanistan, now under Taliban rule.
“I am absolutely appalled and literally horrified we left Americans there,” one administration official told the Politico news site.
Biden on Tuesday appeared to say that those who remained did so out of their own free will and could leave in the future.
“The bottom line: 90 percent of Americans in Afghanistan who wanted to leave were able to leave. For those remaining Americans, there is no deadline. We remain committed to get them out, if they want to come out,” Biden said.
He contended 100 to 200 Americans are still there and have “some intention to leave,” adding: “Most of those who remain are dual citizens, longtime residents, but earlier decided to stay because of their family roots in Afghanistan.”

BIDEN MET WITH SOME OF FAMILIES OF FALLEN TROOPS
BIDEN MET WITH SOME OF FAMILIES OF FALLEN TROOPS
resident Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden traveled Sunday to Dover Air Force Base to view the dignified transfer of the remains of the U.S. service members killed in Kabul last week.
A dignified transfer is a solemn process in which the remains of fallen service members are carried from an aircraft to an awaiting vehicle. A dignified transfer is conducted for every U.S. service member killed in action.
The Pentagon on Saturday released the names of the 13 U.S. service members killed as the result of a suicide bomber attack while conducting a humanitarian evacuation mission in Afghanistan. The remains were flown from Kabul to Kuwait and then to Germany before arriving in Dover.
The president and first lady met privately with the families of the fallen before observing the movement of the American flag-draped cases from a C-17 military cargo plane to a vehicle.
Sunday’s solemn movement marks Biden’s first time attending a dignified transfer since becoming president.

WHY DEMS ARE STRUGGLING WITH MINORITY MALE VOTERS
WHY DEMS ARE STRUGGLING WITH MINORITY MALE VOTERS
The big headline is that the California recall failed. Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom gets to keep his job. He handily fought off the Republican challenge.
But there is a worrisome detail in the data, one that keeps showing up, one that Democrats would do well to deal with: Black and Latino men are not hewing as close to the party line as Black and Latina women.
There are, of course, issues with exit polls, and results often change as more votes are counted. But that said, the California exit polls do seem to reflect what polls have shown for some time now.
In CNN’s exit poll, nearly half of the Hispanic men surveyed and nearly a quarter of the Black men voted to support the recall. The largest difference between men and women of any racial group was between Black men and Black women.

Today Marks 20 Years Since September 11th Attacks
Commemorations have been taking place in the US today, as the country marks the 20th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the series of attacks exactly 20 years ago today.
US President Joe Biden was joined by his predecessors Barack Obama and Bill Clinton at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York for the first of a series of ceremonies.
The ceremony at ground zero was started by a choir singing the American national anthem, followed by a minute's silence.
The relatives of the victims are reading out the names of every person who lost their lives, while bells tolled at the exact moment the planes hit the Twin Towers.
Other events are due to take place in Washington and Pennsylvania later today

Pompeo Reacts To Bombshell Allegations That Milley Tried To Undermine Trump
Pompeo Reacts To Bombshell Allegations That Milley Tried To Undermine Trump
Pompeo on Milley allegations: We need to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo gave his take on the accusations against General Milley on ‘Hannity,’ saying that if the conversation between Milley and his Chinese counterpart did take place, China would "use that to their advantage."
MIKE POMPEO: We should make sure that we, as quickly as we can, find out if Gen. Milley spoke to Woodward himself. We should find out if Gen. Milley is prepared to testify, we can do it tomorrow or the next day to get clarity about what Gen. Milley said. I don't know the DOD's policy on whether there would be a transcript of this phone call, but I promise you there were note-takers in the room. I am very confident that conversation could be reconstructed.
If you had a senior military leader who was simply an advisor tell the Chinese Communist Party that they would get notice of an attack, this rivals anything we've seen in our nation's history. Only the President of the United States has the capacity to make those decisions, and I'd be shocked if the then-acting Secretary of Defense gave him any authority to even contemplate that very conversation.

Biden, Harris Hold Ceremony For Capital Police
Biden, Harris Hold Ceremony For Capital Police
President Joe Biden on Thursday offered “profound gratitude” to law enforcement officers who responded to the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection as he signed legislation to award them Congressional Gold Medals for their service. The president thanked the officers for saving the lives of members of Congress during those “tragic hours” of the attack seven months ago.
The medal is the highest honor Congress can bestow. Joined by members of Congress, law enforcement officers and the families of police who died following the attack, Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris held the formal signing ceremony in the White House Rose Garden.
Many officers were brutally beaten and injured that day as the violent mob of then-President Donald Trump’s supporters pushed past them to break into the Capitol and interrupt the certification of Biden’s victory. Many of the insurrectionists repeated Trump’s false claims about widespread election fraud as they hunted for lawmakers and tried to beat down the doors of the House chamber with lawmakers inside.
Some of the officers, including four who testified at a House hearing last week, have spoken openly about the lasting mental and physical scars.
“My fellow Americans, let’s remember what this was all about,” Biden said of the siege. “It was a violent attempt to overturn the will of the American people, to seek power at all costs, to replace the ballot with brute force. To destroy, not to build. Without democracy, nothing is possible. With it, everything is.”

Airlift Evacuation Winding Down On Kabul
Airlift Evacuation Winding Down On Kabul
Anxious crowds of Afghans still hoping to join the western evacuation airlift from Kabul have crowded airport gates less than a day after scores were killed in a devastating Islamic State suicide bombing.
As flights from Afghanistan resumed with fresh urgency on Friday, amid fears that the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) affiliate could attack again, more countries announced they had completed their evacuations with only days to go before the deadline for withdrawal by US-led troops.
With a Pentagon reporting continuing specific credible threats at the airport, they added that several countries appeared to be willing to work with the Taliban after the evacuation concludes to keep the airport open.
The UN security council joined international statements of condemnation of the Kabul airport bombings, describing it as “especially abhorrent” for deliberately targeting civilians and personnel assisting in the evacuation.
Thursday’s bombings near the airport killed at least 95 Afghans and 13 US troops, Afghan and US officials said, in the deadliest day for American forces in Afghanistan since August 2011.
Among the dead, the Foreign Office announced on Friday, were two British nationals and the child of another British national. The Pentagon said it appeared a single bomber who had caused the carnage at one of the airport gates rather than two as originally reported.
Amid warnings from UN agencies of an emerging “catastrophic” humanitarian situation, officials said they were planning for a “worst-case scenario” that would displace more than 500,000 across the country’s borders.
While the US has said more than 105,000 people have been safely evacuated from Kabul, as many as 1,000 US citizens and tens of
thousands more Afghans are struggling to leave in one of the largest airlifts in history.
Sweden was among the countries ending their evacuation missions on Friday, the foreign minister, Ann Linde, announced.
“All in all, some 1,100 people have been evacuated by the foreign ministry. All locally employed embassy staff and their families have been evacuated,” Linde told a news conference.
The UK’s evacuation efforts were also expected to end on Friday, while the last German civilian plane carrying Afghans fleeing Taliban rule landed in Frankfurt on Friday.
With an end to the often chaotic airlift imminent, Afghans continued to arrive at the airport, even as countries shut down their visa processing.
The scenes at the airport, with people standing knee-deep in sewage and families thrusting documents and even young children toward US troops behind razor wire, have horrified many around the world as efforts continued to help people escape.
Jamshad, who gave just his one name, arrived early on Friday with his wife and three small children, clutching an invitation to a western country he did not want to name.
This was his first attempt to leave, he said: “After the explosion, I decided I would try because I am afraid now there will be more attacks and I think now I have to leave.”
Another man, Ahmadullah Herawi, said: “Believe me, I think that an explosion will happen any second or minute, God is my witness, but we have lots of challenges in our lives. That is why we take the risk to come here and we overcome fear.”
As the evacuation began to wind down, the head of US Central Command, GenFrank McKenzie, said further attempted attacks were expected.
Joe Biden has vowed to complete the evacuation of US citizens and others from Afghanistan despite the deadly attack at the airport.

BIDEN REFUSES TO TALK ABOUT AFGHANISTAN AT FEMA
BIDEN REFUSES TO TALK ABOUT AFGHANISTAN AT FEMA
President Biden blew off a question about Afghanistan after offering to take questions at the Federal Emergency Management Agency headquarters in Washington on Sunday.
Biden was at FEMA to address the response to Hurricane Ida, which strengthened to a Category 4 before making landfall in Louisiana earlier Sunday.
BLINKEN WAS VACATIONING IN THE HAMPTONS HOURS BEFORE KABUL FELL
"I’m not supposed to take any questions but go ahead," Biden told Bloomberg News reporter Jennifer Jacobs.
Jacobs began, "Mr. President, on Afghanistan—"
"I’m not gonna answer on Afghanistan now," Biden interjected before walking away from the podium.
The Republican National Committee slammed the exchange, which came three days after ISIS-K terrorists attacked the airport in Kabul, killing 13 U.S. service members and more than 170 Afghans.
Biden has faced widespread criticism over his execution of the U.S. military withdrawal in Afghanistan and his actions during and after the collapse of Kabul, which completed the Taliban’s retaking of the country 20 years after their ouster by U.S.-led forces. The president has repeatedly defended his plan while hundreds of U.S. citizens and tens of thousands of Afghan allies and Afghans vulnerable to Taliban reprisal remain stranded in the country.
Just last month, Biden assured Americans that a Taliban takeover of Afghanistan was not likely and that he trusted "the capacity of the Afghan military." The president largely avoided cameras during the Aug. 15 collapse of Kabul, watching it unfold from the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland.
Three days after the Kabul collapse, Biden was fiercely criticized after he gave public remarks about COVID-19 and failed to address the crisis in Afghanistan or take any questions. On Tuesday, his remarks from the White House were delayed more than four hours after being rescheduled twice, and the U.S. evacuation effort in Afghanistan was the last topic he addressed after touting his Build Back Better agenda.
