COVID-19: Tennis star Novak Djokovic in Deportation Limbo
Tennis world No 1 Novak Djokovic will spend the weekend in a deportation hotel in Australia after his attempt to get into the country to play in the Australian Open was blocked.
The Serb - who has spoken out against vaccination - had tried to enter the country using a medical exemption. But his visa was revoked on arrival with border officials saying he "failed to provide appropriate evidence" for entry.
He's appealed against the ruling and a decision will be made on Monday.
