Those who say Alejandro Mayorkas shouldn’t have been impeached no nothing about the constitution. The Framers defined high crimes and misdemeanors as a category of political crimes against the state-- an attack on the civil society, on the culture, and on our governing system. Whether you are President or a cabinet member, you take an oath to uphold the Constitution. If you go rogue and violate federal law, that is a political crime against the body politic. And it’s exactly what Mayorkas is doing at the border. Now it’s Biden’s turn to face the music.

While the Democrats try to find obscure legal arguments to keep Trump off the ballot, most of the mainstream media is ignoring, excusing or not taking seriously the long list of Biden illegalities.
