Spire 73 is a really cool bar, as it's the highest open air bar/rooftop bar in the Western Hemisphere. This workout was pretty brutal, as I did various Planche & Gymnastic Exercises, all while wearing a 12lb weighted vest. Ugh...the trip from Connecticut back to California was a crazy one, mainly because of the intense thunderstorms in Chicago. We had to keep circling around, then stopped in Grand Rapids, Michigan to refuel, then finally going back to Chicago.
