Larry Elder often gets asked, usually by liberals, “When was the last time you were called the N word?” He responds, “By a white person, or by a black person?” In this episode, Larry gives a few examples of when people called him the N word, from the distant past to more recently. In contrast, he also provides an example of a listener who apologized after learning a few things from their conversation. In conclusion, racism will always exist to a certain extent, but the situation has likely never been better. If perfection is the goal, then people are always going to be unhappy.

Before the last debate, Larry tweet-pleaded for President Trump to bring up Curtis Dunn. Who is Curtis Dunn, and why should the president talk about him during that crucial debate? He was the truck driver who struck and killed former Vice President Joe Biden’s first wife and daughter in 1972. The accident also badly injured their two sons Hunter and Beau. Decades later, Biden falsely and publicly accused Dunn of drinking and driving during the accident when there was no evidence suggesting the claim. Everybody is talking about improving race relations. In today’s America, race relations pretty much comes down to how black people feel about white people and how white people feel about how black people feel about white people. It’s quite the conundrum. Here’s an idea on how to improve race relations: leave a tip! Jacob Blake, who was shot seven times by Kenosha police officers, gave some rather philosophical advice recently from his hospital bed. But it didn’t include one crucial message: If he would have complied with police officers, odds are he would have been unharmed by those officers. A few years ago, a longtime activist from Phoenix was invited to take a police training class, and when he did, his assumptions about the split-second choices made by police officers were shaken to the core. After the class, he said, “People need to comply with the orders of law enforcement officers, for their own sake.”

The term “African-American” is demeaning, divisive, and pretty stupid. After all, the constitution banned the importation of new slaves in 1808. Why is the term hyphenated, but not for many White Americans who arrived after imported Black slaves? Isn’t it interesting how the Republican Party is often criticized for a lack of diversity, yet black and other minority conservatives who support the Republican Party are frequently called sellouts? That’s a bit inconsistent. Remember when the black Kentucky Attorney General’s decision on the Breonna Taylor case was compared to black people kidnapping, selling, and shipping other black people as slaves to the United States? So, the Republican Party is racist through and through, but they should still have more black people? Are these people listening to themselves?

Vice President Joe Biden aims to be the most progressive president on the issue of climate change. The man who spent most of 2020 hiding in the basement believes the future of energy is renewable energy like wind and solar. Biden should go back to the basement, watch Michael Moore’s “Planet of the Humans,” and rethink his advocacy for renewable energy. Wind and solar are not the answer, and the idea of converting our fossil fuel-based economy into renewables could be a devastating take-down to society.

After becoming the leader of the Democratic party in the Senate in 2017, Schumer spent the last four long years accusing time and time again President Trump is a racist. Flashback to 1974: Sen. Schumer came to power as an Assemblyman by an overtly racist scheme he created to force out Black people from a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. Much to his dismay, the plan failed, and the residents remained in the neighborhood with nicer digs. To this day, the saint of anti-racism somehow still has a no-fly zone over him.

According to Larry Elder, Denzel Washington is the only person in Hollywood speaking the truth about race relations in America. He may not be a conservative, but he’s got the right perspective when it comes to developing personal responsibility in the home and not waiting around for the government to fix other people’s hatred. He also doesn’t shy away from pointing out the freedoms that we have in the United States compared to other places in the world. Finally, he says, “Put God first.”

People have had it with the COVID-19 mandates, restrictions and lockdowns. After nine months of implementing “a new normal,” the unintended consequences continue to show the cure is worse than the disease. From suicide rates to domestic violence, citizens around the globe are protesting for their right to return to normalcy. Even the politicians themselves, barely abide by their own rules. At this point, it sure feels the coronavirus turned 2020 into a terrible film that seems to never end.

The absence of fathers is the number one social problem in the United States, especially for Black Americans. Today, approximately 70% of Black kids are raised without fathers. Has the welfare state incentivized women to marry the government and men to abandon their financial and moral responsibilities? President Donald Trump recently appointed Larry Elder to the Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys. In this episode, Larry explains the need for families in the United States to restore the presence of fathers in the home.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama, one of the most admired women in America, has again pulled the race card. The Obamas recently purchased a $12.7 million dollar house in Martha’s Vineyard, within walking distance to the ocean, yet they stoke fear in others about climate change eroding the coast. Michelle opposes school choice but chose to attend a high school outside of her own neighborhood. Her own children attended private schools, yet other parents are denied the same freedom for their own families. Democrats still hold a large percentage of the black vote, and the Obamas could foster a great deal of racial healing, but instead they choose to pull out the race card.

After vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris recently said “there is no vaccine for racism,” Larry Elder decided to point out some interesting statistics about who’s considered the most racist in this country, as well as what’s the biggest issue facing the black community today. Harris also said, “We’ve got to do the work.” What exactly does that mean?

A young man raised in a Christian home explains how at a young age, he began to be influenced by his friends and society to hate white people and assume every white person is racist. He went to his pastor, who was black, to ask him for help with this problem and to find some clarity. The pastor talked to him about the ugliness of hate and how we all help each other and depend on each other in this country, and all races are equal. The young man also started listening to people like Larry Elder and soon became a conservative. Another young woman also shares a similar experience.
