The Rise of Malevolent Compassion with Guest Dr. Del Tackett
Without biblical truth, there is no compass to guide us in the way we are to live. Ephesians 6:12 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. Del Tackett gives a moving presentation about our society and the spiritual war against God’s design—specifically, human sexuality. In a culture that wants to base facts on feelings, now is the time for Christians to “speak truth in love” to those around us.
About Today's Guest: Dr. Del Tackett
Dr. Del Tackett is the creator of the worldview curriculum, The Truth Project. He served more than 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force. During the George H.W. Bush administration, Dr. Tackett served at the White House as director of technical planning for the National Security Council. He holds three earned degrees (D.M., Colorado Technical University; M.S., Auburn University; B.S., Kansas State University). Dr. Tackett and his wife, Melissa, have four grown children and make their home in Colorado.

A Discussion With Gary Bauer & Kirk Cameron | Featured Broadcast
Family Talk guest host, Gary Bauer interviews Kirk Cameron, who shares how Christ found him at age 17, while he was starring in America’s top-rated 1980s sitcom, “Growing Pains.” Cameron says, as a successful actor in Hollywood and a staunch atheist, “I didn’t have humility or faith.” It wasn’t until Cameron attended church with a beautiful young girl he wanted to date, that God began working on him through the girl’s father, who quizzed him about that Sunday’s sermon. This began Cameron’s journey towards Christ. More on how Jesus changed the trajectory of Cameron’s life, as well as a discussion about his latest children’s book, "The Fox, the Fair and the Invention Scare."

How to Turn Thanksgiving into Thanks Living - Part 1 with Guest Adrian Rogers
According to the late Pastor Adrian Rogers, “There is no other sin quite like the sin of ingratitude.” On today’s classic edition of Family Talk, we’ll hear a special recorded message from Pastor Rogers on the word “sacrifice,” and how it is used in Scripture. Psalm 107:21-22 states, “Let them give thanks to the Lord for His unfailing love and His wonderful deeds for mankind. Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of His works with songs of joy.” Be reminded that we must not take the Word of God lightly! We need to be grateful for all we have, especially as we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving Day here in America.

His supply-side economic policies advocated tax reduction, economic deregulation, and reduction in government spending. They are survived by their grown children.

In 2020, North and a close friend founded Fidelis Publishing, a company dedicated to publishing books under the guidance of the Bible, shining the light of truth in these dark times. Oliver and his wife, Betsy, have four grown children and numerous grandchildren.
