Using the hive top rapid feeder to feed the queen right splits. I’ll work on my camera skills, sorry again.

This is yet another reason why I don’t treat or remove dandelions. This girl is really working over this dandelion flower.

While doing an OTS split I put a divided bottom board down. This hive will be split with queen cells they are making now. My hope is the forager bees will use the front and back entrance and when split both sides will get foragers and the resources they bring in.

24 hours after moving the Queens to these side by side nucs, I’m letting them out to fly. Hoping the 24 hours will reduce the drift back to the home hives.
