These bantam ducks always chase the mallard ducks in and out of the pond. They’re bully ducks.

The great blue heron is a beautiful wild bird. I was lucky to get this close.

It seems that this hare ran off when it realized it was being filmed.

Water level in the pond is so low it’s easy to see turtles and fish underwater.

Since my good camera with 15x zoom died I need to try to get closer with my sport camera that has only 4x zoom. This blue heron doesn’t like me following.

Lots of ducks at the pond on this beautiful sunny day.

So cool how wildlife watches over each other. This gosling is almost full-grown but mama still stands guard while it feeds.

It’s not easy getting close to a turtle in the pond without startling them.

First time I’ve seen a white egret bird at the pond. Watch as it hops around to catch a fish.

My grandson has a blast showing off his first dirt bike, which his dad got him for his birthday. Check out the different views (driver, helmet & wide views).

Fishing can be a challenge for this blue heron, but it will stay focused as it strolls along the shoreline in search of a meal.

Both are fishing in the pond. Green heron flies off near end.

When one fawn goes into the woods mama follows to ensure its safety.

This bird has an ear pleasing birdcall to draw a mate.

Five goslings feed with their mama.

Came upon a crow sitting in the road.

After watching this nest for a few days I finally got a glimpse of the tiny wren inside.

Lots of activity happening at the pond today. Here’s a short sample.

Geese and goslings walked right up to me before heading to the grass to feed. Maybe they thought I would feed them, but that’s not allowed at the park.

Here are some very young mallard ducklings staying close to mom. I first thought is was nine but now see it's ten.

This green heron misses catching a fish then flies across the pond.
